Abstract
本發明提供一種用於光固化之有色塗料,其中有色塗料包括一光起始劑、一紫外光樹脂、及一紫外光感光螢光粉,其中固化有色塗料為將光起始劑、紫外光樹脂、紫外光感光螢光粉予以混合、及分散,而後塗佈於一基體,藉由紫外光感光螢光粉可大幅縮短光有色塗料的固化時間。
Description
本發明係關於一種有色塗料,特別是一種用於光固化之有色塗料。
塗料係廣泛應用於電子產品、建築材料、汽車...等基體的表面,以達到裝飾或保護的功效。然而,習知的塗料必須經過重覆的噴塗製程才能均勻地附著於電子產品的外殼,且在每次噴塗製程結束後,還需要以高溫烘烤,待塗料乾燥後,才能進行下一次噴塗製程,因此相當耗費製程時間及能源。
另外,也有業者研發出一種珍珠漆紫外光塗料,其係於一次噴塗製程後,再以紫外光固化於電子產品之外殼。然而,這種珍珠漆紫外光塗料中的紫外光樹脂與有色顏料中的顏色粉體之間的密著性不佳,使得塗料顏色不易控制。此外,由於顏色粉體有屏蔽光的性質,導致紫外光無法穿透至塗層的深層位置處,使得塗層難以完全固化。
因此,本發明的目的即在提供一種光固化之有色塗料,其不需反覆塗佈,且在室溫中即可固化,因而具有節能、環保、製程成本低等優點。
本發明為解決習知技術之問題所採用之技術手段係揭露一種用於光固化之有色塗料,係用於塗佈於一基體,該光固化之有色塗料,包括一光起始劑、一紫外光樹脂、及一紫外光感光螢光粉,其中固化有色塗料為光起始劑、紫外光樹脂、及紫外
光感光螢光粉予以混合、及分散而形成,且經過一固化光照射後為固化。
在本發明的一實施例中,該紫外光感光螢光粉之重量百分比為在0.5%至70%的範圍。
在本發明的一實施例中,更包括一顏色粉體。
在本發明的一實施例中,固化光之波長範圍為193~445nm。
在本發明的一實施例中,其中該紫外光感光螢光粉係為吸收該固化光而激發發射具有高螢光量子產量且波長為>193nm的光。
在本發明的一實施例中,紫外光感光螢光粉係為氧化物予以混合IA、IVB、VB、VIB、VIIB、IIB、IIIA、IVA、VA、VIIA族或鑭系族之原子、離子或化合物並經燒結而製成。
在本發明的一實施例中,基體係選自塑膠、玻璃、陶瓷、紙、金屬。

在本發明的一實施例中,該添加劑係選自熱定劑、抗氧化劑、防黴劑、填加劑、補強劑、強化劑、交聯劑、可塑劑、發泡劑、消泡劑、滑劑、加工助劑、難燃劑、不燃劑、防燃劑、增光劑、消光劑、明色劑、抗靜電劑、及抗相黏劑中之一種或多種。
經由本發明所採用技術手段,本發明所提供的有色塗料係添加有紫外光感光螢光粉,紫外光感光螢光粉於吸收固化光的能量之後,會將所吸收的能量以光的形式放射出來,使得光能傳遞至光固化之有色塗料的深層位置處、提高交聯速度,因此能有效地加速光有色塗料的固化速度。
此外,由於習知的珍珠漆紫外光塗料的深層位置處
不易固化,必須以紫外光多次照射以使其完全固化,因此往往造成基體因為過量的紫外光或過高的溫度而產生脆化的問題。藉由紫外光感光螢光粉加速有色塗料的深層位置處的固化,因此可避免以紫外光多次照射基體而造成基體材質脆化的問題。
再者,由於有色塗料在照射固化光後即可固化,可在常溫下進行反應,而不需要以高溫烘烤,亦無需反覆塗佈,因此能有效降低製程的時間及成本。
為更進一步闡述本發明為達成預定發明目的所採取的技術手段及功效,對依據本發明提出一種用於光固化之有色塗料,和其應用其具體實施方式、特徵及其功效,詳細說明如後。
本發明之光固化之有色塗料,其中有色塗料包括一光起始劑(photoinitiator)、一紫外光樹脂、及一紫外光感光螢光粉。
光起始劑能夠吸收固化光之輻射能,且能於有色塗料之固化過程中,誘使其聚合作用,並具有熱安定性佳的特性。舉例而言,光起始劑係為對甲氧基苯基丙酮(分子式C10H12O2)、9-苯基吖啶(分子式:C19H13N)、N-苯基甘氨酸(分子式:C8H9NO2)...或其他等。
紫外光樹脂係經過吸收固化光後,產生活性自由基或離子基,從而引發聚合、交聯和接枝反應(grafting reaction),使紫外光樹脂於數秒內由液態轉化為固態(此變化過程稱之為「光固化」)。舉例而言,紫外光樹脂係為脂肪族胺基甲酸丙烯酸酯寡聚體樹脂、脂肪族胺基甲酸丙烯酸酯(PU-acrylate)、脂肪族胺基甲酸丙烯酸酯寡聚體樹脂、環氧壓克力樹脂(Epoxy-acrylate)、酚醛環氧壓克力樹脂(Novolac Epoxy-acrylate)...或其他等。
紫外光感光螢光粉係為將氧化物與IA、IVB、VB、
VIB、VIIB、IIB、IIIA、IVA、VA、VIIA或鑭系族之原子、離子或化合物予以混合(mixing)、及分散,並經燒結製程而形成。詳細而言,紫外光感光螢光粉係藉由將氧化物與IA、IVB、VB、VIB、VIIB、IIB、IIIA、IVA、VA、VIIA或鑭系族之原子、離子或化合物混合而形成一前製粉體,並將前製粉體經燒結製程而形成。詳細而言,燒結製程係將前製粉體放置於充填有不反應式氣體(如:氮氣、惰性氣體)的環境中,以400~1000度的高溫將前製粉體燒結而形成紫外光感光螢光粉結構。選擇性地,經過燒結的紫外光感光螢光粉還可再放置於充填有反應式氣體(如:氫氣、氧氣、氨氣等)的環境中,以400~1200度的高溫進行還原反應。進一步地,經燒結製程的紫外光感光螢光粉還可經過研磨而具有適當之粒徑,俾利與其他成分混合均勻。
紫外光感光螢光粉不僅能吸收固化光,同時受此固化光激發後,固化光感光螢光粉更進一步發射波長>193nm的光。在本實施例中,紫外光感光螢光粉之重量百分比為在0.5%至70%的範圍。意即,光起始劑及紫外光樹脂之重量百分比為在95.5%至50%的範圍。
將如上所述的光起始劑、紫外光樹脂、紫外光感光螢光粉予以攪拌混合,並以三滾筒或以均質機分散而形成有色塗料,接著將有色塗料予以塗佈於一基體,並使基體經過一固化光而固化照射。詳細而言,固化光之波長範圍為193~445nm。在本實施例中,固化光係為紫外光,其波長範圍為10nm至400nm。選擇性地,固化光係為波長範圍為300nm至400nm的近紫外光(NUV,Near UV)、波長為405nm的H-line光、波長為436nm的G-line光、或波長為193nm的ArF光。舉例而言,塗佈方式可利用塗佈機、滾塗機、淋塗機、噴塗機、刮塗機或印刷機而將本發明之固化有色塗料塗布、滾塗、淋塗、噴塗、刮塗或印刷於基體表面。另外,基體可為電子產品、生活產品、建築產品、電器產品等外殼、外
表面或內鍵電路板、電子元件、電子墊片等等。
由於紫外光感光螢光粉於吸收固化光的能量之後,
促使能態躍遷至激發態,而後釋放可見光,並回到基態,使得光能傳遞至光固化之有色塗料的深層位置處、提高交聯速度,因此能有效地加速光有色塗料的固化速度,如此可使本發明之有色塗料能夠快速固化於塑膠(如聚酯(polyester)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate)、樹脂(ABS)、聚酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚醯亞胺(PI))、玻璃、紙、陶磁、或金屬等基體之表面。
並且,由於有色塗料之塗層容易固化,在室溫環境
中,於照射固化光後隨即固化,因此具有節能、省時、環保、生產成本低等優點。另外,本發明的有色塗料甚至進一步也可應用於建築物的基體之外牆面,具有不易變色的特性。
選擇性地,光固化之有色塗料還包括一添加劑。舉
例而言,添加劑可包括熱定劑、抗氧化劑、防黴劑、填加劑、補強劑、強化劑、交聯劑、可塑劑、發泡劑、消泡劑、滑劑、加工助劑、難燃劑、不燃劑、防燃劑、增光劑、消光劑、明色劑、抗靜電劑、抗相黏劑等而有安定化、強化、硬化、軟化、輕便、加工性改善、表面改良等功效。
選擇性地,光固化之有色塗料還包括一填充劑。一
般而言,填充劑之價格低廉,適量添加於光固化之有色塗料中可降低光固化之有色塗料的原料成本。舉例而言,填充劑可採用碳酸鹽類、矽酸鹽類...等之填充劑。較佳地,填充劑不與光固化之有色塗料中的其他成分產生化學反應。
詳細而言,紫外光樹脂係呈現透明無色、透明淡黃
色...或其他顏色等,光固化之有色塗料可直接塗佈於基體而呈現出紫外光樹脂的顏色。選擇性地,於需要調整光固化之有色塗料之顏色時,可添加各種不同的顏色粉體以使光固化之有色塗料呈現出不同的顏色。在本實施例中,顏色粉體係為具遮光性之無機
顏料(inorganic pigments),例如二氧化鈦、氧化鐵、鉻黃、鉬紅...等。由於光固化之有色塗料中具有可放射光的紫外光感光螢光粉,因此即便添加了顏色粉體,仍然能將固化光傳遞至塗料的深層位置處而達到快速固化的效果。再者,紫外光樹脂與顏色粉體之間的密著性良好,使得光固化之有色塗料之顏色可藉由顏色粉體而作調整,而符合各種用途的使用需求。當然,本發明並不以此為限。顏色粉體亦可為有機顏料(organic pigments)。有機顏料如雙偶氮、單偶氮、酞菁、或稠環顏料等幾大類。

- 一種用於光固化之有色塗料,係用於塗佈於一基體,該光固化之有色塗料包含:一光起始劑、一紫外光樹脂、及一紫外光感光螢光粉,其中該光固化之有色塗料為將該光起始劑、該紫外光樹脂、及該紫外光感光螢光粉予以混合、及分散而形成,且經過一固化光照射後為固化。
- 如請求項1之用於光固化之有色塗料,其中該紫外光感光螢光粉之重量百分比為在0.5%至70%的範圍。
- 如請求項1之用於光固化之有色塗料,更包括一顏色粉體。
- 如請求項1之光用於固化照射之固化有色塗料,其中該固化光之波長範圍為193~445nm。
- 如請求項1之用於光固化之有色塗料,其中該紫外光感光螢光粉係為吸收該固化光而激發發射具有高螢光量子產量且波長為>193nm的光。
