Abstract

本发明公开了一种高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯81-92、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 43-55、氯醚树脂 27-39、凡士林 3-5、结晶硅微粉 22-26、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷 4-6、对羟基苯甲酸酰肼1-2、吡咯烷酮羧酸锌3-4、辛酸亚锡2-3、三硬脂酸甘油酯4-6、煅烧高岭土15-20、三盐基顺丁烯二酸铅3-4、α-苯基吲哚1-2、复合阻燃剂21-27、抗氧剂1520 1.5-2.5。本发明生产出来的电缆料吸水率低,耐水性优越,同时具有强度高、热稳定性好、抗冲击、耐老化、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、环保阻燃等优异性能,具有十分广阔的应用前景。

Description

一种高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的迅速发展,电线电缆在高速铁路动车行业中得到了广泛的应用。近几年高速铁路动车电气火灾事故的频繁发生,电线电缆的阻燃问题逐渐引起世界各国的重视。电缆燃烧时释放出大量烟雾和有毒的、腐蚀性的气体严重妨碍了人们的安全撤离和灭火工作,使生命财产遭到严重损失。同时目前市场上的高速铁路动车组用电缆料还普遍存在着吸水率高的缺点,导致其使用寿命短,无法满足市场需求。因此,急需改变传统高速铁路动车组电缆料配方,开发一种全新的高速铁路动车组电缆料,以降低高速铁路动车组电线电缆的吸水率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐水性好、机械强度高、耐腐蚀性好的高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯81-92、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯43-55、氯醚树脂27-39、凡士林3-5、结晶硅微粉22-26、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷4-6、对羟基苯甲酸酰肼1-2、吡咯烷酮羧酸锌3-4、辛酸亚锡2-3、三硬脂酸甘油酯4-6、煅烧高岭土15-20、三盐基顺丁烯二酸铅3-4、α-苯基吲哚1-2、复合阻燃剂21-27、抗氧剂1520 1.5-2.5;
所述复合阻燃剂的制备方法如下:
(1)按质量比4-7:3-5:2-3的比例称取坡缕石、凹凸棒土和偏硼酸钡,混合均匀,粉碎,过100-150目筛,然后600-800r/min球磨0.5-1h;
(2)将上述球磨得到的粉末加水搅拌配制成浓度为50-60g/L的悬浮液,再加入一定体积的1mol/L Mg(NO3)2溶液,使Mg(NO3)2与步骤(1)球磨得到的粉末的质量比为1:2-3;超声分散15-20min,然后水浴加热至60-70℃,在搅拌和超声的同时滴加1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,直至溶液PH=9-10,停止滴加,恒温搅拌3-6h,过滤,烘干,研磨,过150-200目筛,即得氢氧化镁一次包覆处理的粉体;
(3)按摩尔比3-6:2-4:1-2的比例称取硫酸锌、磷酸二氢钠、聚丙烯酰胺,取硫酸锌加4-8倍量的去离子水,搅拌均匀后再加入相当于溶液重量35-45%的步骤(2)制得的粉体,200-400r/min分散1-2h,然后加入磷酸二氢钠、聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌升温至80-90℃,搅拌反应5-7h,过滤,烘干,即得磷酸锌二次包覆处理的粉体;
(4)上述步骤(3)制得的粉体中加入3-6%的十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、2-4%的三(三甲基硅烷)硼酸酯、1-2%的蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯,1000-1500r/min高速分散8-12min,烘干,研磨,过150-200目筛即可。
上述复合阻燃剂是先将坡缕石、凹凸棒土和偏硼酸钡三种无机物混合制成粉体,然后再依次在混合粉体表面包覆氢氧化镁、磷酸锌,最后用十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、三(三甲基硅烷)硼酸酯、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯对包覆粉体进行表面改性,提高包覆粉体与高分子聚合物的相容性,该方法实现了坡缕石、凹凸棒土、偏硼酸钡、氢氧化镁和磷酸锌这几种无机阻燃剂的化学复合,最大程度地发挥上述无机组分的协同阻燃抑烟效应,显著提高复合无机阻燃剂的阻燃效果。
本发明的高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、氯醚树脂、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、辛酸亚锡、三硬脂酸甘油酯加入到高速混合机中高速搅拌,当物料温度达到75-95℃时,再加入余下原料,继续搅拌至料温达到90-100℃时,将物料放入冷混机中低速搅拌,当物料冷却至45-55℃时出料;将混合好的物料转入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,粒料经干燥、筛选、包装后即得成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明生产出来的电缆料吸水率低,耐水性优越,同时具有强度高、热稳定性好、抗冲击、耐老化、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、环保阻燃等优异性能,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
一种高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:聚丙烯86、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯52、氯醚树脂33、凡士林4、结晶硅微粉24、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷5、对羟基苯甲酸酰肼1.5、吡咯烷酮羧酸锌3、辛酸亚锡2.5、三硬脂酸甘油酯5、煅烧高岭土18、三盐基顺丁烯二酸铅3.5、α-苯基吲哚1.5、复合阻燃剂24、抗氧剂1520 2;
所述复合阻燃剂的制备方法如下:
(1)按质量比5:3:2的比例称取坡缕石、凹凸棒土和偏硼酸钡,混合均匀,粉碎,过150目筛,然后650r/min球磨1h;
(2)将上述球磨得到的粉末加水搅拌配制成浓度为50g/L的悬浮液,再加入一定体积的1mol/L Mg(NO3)2溶液,使Mg(NO3)2与步骤(1)球磨得到的粉末的质量比为1:2;超声分散16min,然后水浴加热至65℃,在搅拌和超声的同时滴加1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,直至溶液PH=9,停止滴加,恒温搅拌4h,过滤,烘干,研磨,过150目筛,即得氢氧化镁一次包覆处理的粉体;
(3)按摩尔比4:3:2的比例称取硫酸锌、磷酸二氢钠、聚丙烯酰胺,取硫酸锌加5倍量的去离子水,搅拌均匀后再加入相当于溶液重量40%的步骤(2)制得的粉体,300r/min分散1.5h,然后加入磷酸二氢钠、聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌升温至90℃,搅拌反应5h,过滤,烘干,即得磷酸锌二次包覆处理的粉体;
(4)上述步骤(3)制得的粉体中加入4%的十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3%的三(三甲基硅烷)硼酸酯、1.5%的蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯,1500r/min高速分散8min,烘干,研磨,过150目筛即可。
一种高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、氯醚树脂、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、辛酸亚锡、三硬脂酸甘油酯加入到高速混合机中高速搅拌,当物料温度达到75-95℃时,再加入余下原料,继续搅拌至料温达到90-100℃时,将物料放入冷混机中低速搅拌,当物料冷却至45-55℃时出料;将混合好的物料转入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,粒料经干燥、筛选、包装后即得成品。
上述制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯81-92、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 43-55、氯醚树脂 27-39、凡士林 3-5、结晶硅微粉 22-26、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷 4-6、对羟基苯甲酸酰肼1-2、吡咯烷酮羧酸锌3-4、辛酸亚锡2-3、三硬脂酸甘油酯4-6、煅烧高岭土15-20、三盐基顺丁烯二酸铅3-4、α-苯基吲哚1-2、复合阻燃剂21-27、抗氧剂1520 1.5-2.5;
所述复合阻燃剂的制备方法如下:
    (1)按质量比4-7:3-5:2-3的比例称取坡缕石、凹凸棒土和偏硼酸钡,混合均匀,粉碎,过100-150目筛,然后600-800r/min球磨0.5-1h;
    (2)将上述球磨得到的粉末加水搅拌配制成浓度为50-60g/L的悬浮液,再加入一定体积的1mol/L Mg(NO3)2溶液,使 Mg(NO3)2与步骤(1)球磨得到的粉末的质量比为1:2-3;超声分散15-20min,然后水浴加热至60-70℃,在搅拌和超声的同时滴加1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,直至溶液PH=9-10,停止滴加,恒温搅拌3-6h,过滤,烘干,研磨,过150-200目筛,即得氢氧化镁一次包覆处理的粉体;
    (3)按摩尔比3-6:2-4:1-2的比例称取硫酸锌、磷酸二氢钠、聚丙烯酰胺,取硫酸锌加4-8倍量的去离子水,搅拌均匀后再加入相当于溶液重量35-45%的步骤(2)制得的粉体,200-400r/min分散1-2h,然后加入磷酸二氢钠、聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌升温至80-90℃,搅拌反应5-7h,过滤,烘干,即得磷酸锌二次包覆处理的粉体;
(4)上述步骤(3)制得的粉体中加入3-6%的十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、2-4%的三(三甲基硅烷)硼酸酯、1-2%的蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯,1000-1500r/min高速分散8-12min,烘干,研磨,过150-200目筛即可。
2.   根据权利要求1所述的高速铁路动车组用低吸水电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、氯醚树脂、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、辛酸亚锡、三硬脂酸甘油酯加入到高速混合机中高速搅拌,当物料温度达到75-95℃时,再加入余下原料,继续搅拌至料温达到90-100℃时,将物料放入冷混机中低速搅拌,当物料冷却至45-55℃时出料;将混合好的物料转入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,粒料经干燥、筛选、包装后即得成品。
