Description

技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的、用于运行电气传动系的方法。此外本发明涉及计算机程序、用于存储该计算机程序的电子数据载体和能够借其执行按本发明的方法的电子控制设备。
背景技术
电气驱动的车辆或者机器具有电气的或者机电的传动系,该传动系大多包括电动机和由驱动装置和从动装置构成的传动装置。该传动装置在一些情况下能够非常简化,其中电动机几乎直接驱动相应的机械负载。
在这样的传动系中,从静止状态向运动状态的过渡或者电动机以相对较低转速的运行是驱动装置的特别的机械负荷状态,因为在静止状态下相对较大的静摩擦既存在于电动机的运动部件中也存在于传动装置的运动部件中,为了克服该静摩擦,必须施加特别大的力或者转矩。
此外,上述向运动状态的过渡尤其在永磁激励的电机(例如永磁激励的同步电机)中或者在所述电机中安装的功率电子器件中还意味着大的电气负荷或者热负荷,因为在“静止状态下的高转矩”的运行点中,大部分电流在较长的时间段内流经功率电子器件的多个(大多为六个)功率开关中仅一个功率开关并且在该电机的一个固定的相位内流动,并且由此无论功率电子器件还是电机都承受强烈的热负荷。
发明内容
本发明的构思在于,在这里所涉及的电动机以相对较低的转速运行的情况下或者在相应的驱动装置在从静止状态向运动状态过渡的情况下,通过以下方式克服所述静摩擦,即在电气传动系的从动装置上,在电动车辆的情况下优选在车轮上,通过传动系振荡的激励或者通过相应的额定转矩的强迫振动产生尤其基本上短时的转矩峰值,借助该转矩峰值能够使电气传动系受控地起动或者开始抖动。由此显著地扩展或者改善驱动系统的使用潜能。
所述传动系振荡的产生尤其在将该方法用于永磁激励的电机中时具有另外的优点,即传动系振荡反作用于电动机并且在那里引起围绕由电动机的静止状态决定的静止点的轻微摆动,所述轻微摆动显著减小了功率电子器件和电机在所提到的相位中的热负荷,只要传动装置或者传动系的从动装置还处于静止状态。因此通过避开所提到的不利的运行点,能够显著地改善功率电子器件和/或电机的寿命或者效率。
根据一种优选的设计方案,按本发明的方法包括下面的步骤:检验是否存在新的额定转矩,检验传动系或者其从动装置的相应于新的额定转矩的转速是否未超过阈值,在满足所提到的步骤的情况下,给所述额定转矩施加振荡,检测传动系的瞬时转速,以便识别传动系是否不仅振荡而且沿一转动方向有效地运动,并且在未识别到传动系或者其从动装置的有效的旋转运动的情况下重新给额定转矩施加振荡。该方法在技术上能够简单地从而低成本地实现,例如通过对电机或者车辆中已经存在的控制设备相应地进行编程实现。
按本发明方法的运行可靠性通过以下方式能够得到进一步改善,即在对于传动系的所述起动来说转矩峰值不足够的情况下,重新激励相对于先前的振荡经过修改的振荡。该修改能够通过改变要叠加的振荡的波形和/或通过改变要叠加的振荡的频率和/或振幅进行,其中所述频率基本上在传动系或者其从动装置的固有振荡频率的范围内改变。通过最后提到的措施保证了能够尽可能有效率地产生转矩峰值。
本发明能够带着在这里说明的优点用于任何类型的电气运行的机器或者车辆。本发明的其他优点和设计方案由说明和附图给出。
应该理解的是,上述以及下面还要说明的特征不仅能够在相应给出的组合中使用而且也能够在其他组合中使用或者单独使用,而不离开本发明的范围。

具体实施方式
图1中示出的弹簧-质量模型包括在左侧的驱动装置100和在右侧的在该实施例中固定的从动装置105。据此,该模型包括三个分别具有弹簧常数Ks1、Ks2和Ks3的扭转弹簧100、105、120。两个振动质量110、115通过其各自的惯性矩Jm1和Jm2表征。现在如果在左侧施加所示的转矩(τ)107,则在假定扭转弹簧100、105、120没有固有质量的情况下在右侧引起相应的转矩。
这里所涉及的、包括电机在内的传动系因此能够被视为这样的弹簧-质量系统。通过激励固有震荡或者共振在从动装置中产生转矩峰值,所述转矩峰值比纯粹静态的最大可能的驱动转矩更大。由此支持了传动系的所期望的“起动(Losbrechen)”。一旦整个传动系运动起来,就仅必须克服滑动摩擦。因此在这种情况下能够结束如图2中示出的振荡激励。
图2根据典型的测量曲线说明了按本发明的方法的作用原理。在此假定,布置在电动车中的电气的或者机电的传动系从执行器或者传感器、例如油门踏板获得用于电动机或者电机的额定值参数。该额定值参数相应于车辆加速的驾驶员期望并且被传送给马达控制设备。根据附加地布置在电动车中的功率电子器件以公知的方式实现额定值参数向额定转矩200的换算,其换算通过电动机或者传动系借助转速调节器保证。
另假定额定转矩200如此小,使得传动系的从动装置由于上述静摩擦还不能从静止状态向运动状态过渡,则在传动系上使用按本发明修改过的、也就是说振动着的额定转矩205。该振动引起传动系或者其所提到的从动装置的转速210的在图示2中示出的振荡,更确切地说是基本上围绕零点的振荡,所述振荡实现了传动系的所提到的起动并且由此实现了转速210的如图所示的升高。一旦从动装置沿一转动方向有效地运动,额定转矩的振荡就结束。
根据在图示3中示出的、按本发明的方法的实施例,首先检验300是否存在新的驾驶员期望。如果是这种情况,则继续检验305基于所述新的驾驶员期望由转速调节器确定的转速是否未超过阈值,从而能够假定存在所提到的相对较小的转速。如果该条件也满足,则在像所提到的那样计算来的额定转矩上叠加310振荡。
在叠加振荡后,检测315传动系或者从动装置的瞬时转速,以便识别从动装置是否不仅围绕上述零点振荡而且有效地沿一转动方向运动。如果识别到从动装置运动,就不再进行接下来的振荡激励320。否则返回步骤310并且重新叠加如后面说明的必要时经过调整的振荡。
作为所述要叠加的振荡的波形优选考虑正弦振荡,然而基本上也能眵使用其它波形例如矩形、三角形、锯齿形或者上述波形的一种或者多种的组合。振荡的频率和振幅优选可变并且在运行期间也就是说在每一次继续振荡310的情况下都相应地如此修改,使得以不同的方式如在图示2中所示的那样激励传动系。根据应用情况能够限制在振荡激励如上述那样改变时的多样性,例如通过将振荡振幅限制到所算出的额定转矩的20%。
在开头提到的永磁激励的电机、例如永磁激励的同步电机中,在应用所述方法时产生下述另外的优点。在从动装置尚未运动、但是上述振荡已经被激励期间,电机的转子由于所述反作用摆动或者振动。由此使得电流均匀地分布在所有三相上,这导致功率电子器件的功率开关以及电机的绕组的均匀的热负荷。
所述方法能够以用于控制电机的电子控制设备的控制程序的形式或者以一个或者多个相应的电子控制单元(ECU)的形式实现。

Claims (11)

1.用于运行电气传动系的方法,尤其用于基于额定转矩从静止状态向运动状态过渡期间运行电气传动系,其特征在于,通过所述传动系的振荡激励(310)产生转矩峰值,借助所述转矩峰值实现所述传动系从静止状态向运动状态的受控的过渡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述振荡激励是基本上短时的振荡激励。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述转矩峰值在所述传动系的从动装置上产生。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,尤其用在永磁激励的电机中,其特征在于,所述振荡激励以下述方式实现,即传动系振荡反作用到电机上并且在所述电机处引起基本上轻微的、围绕由电机的静止状态所决定的静止点的摆动。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于下面的步骤:检验(300)是否存在新的额定转矩,检验(305)传动系或者其从动装置的相应于新的额定转矩的转速是否未超过阈值,在满足所提到的步骤(300、305)的情况下,给所述额定转矩施加(310)振荡,检测(315)传动系的瞬时转速,以便识别传动系是否不仅振动而且沿一转动方向有效地运动,并且在未识别到传动系或者其从动装置的有效的旋转运动的情况下。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,用相对于先前的振荡经过修改的振荡重新给所述额定转矩施加(310)振荡。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述修改通过改变要叠加的振荡的波形来实现。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述修改通过改变要叠加的振荡的频率和/或振幅来实现,其中所述频率基本上在传动系或者其从动装置的固有振荡频率的范围内改变。
9.计算机程序,用于当所述计算机程序在计算设备或者在电子控制设备上执行时执行根据权利要求1到8中任一项所述的方法。
10.电子数据载体,用于存储根据权利要求9所述的计算机程序,其中当所述计算机程序在计算设备或者在电子控制设备上执行时,所述计算机程序执行根据权利要求1到8中任一项所述的方法的全部步骤。
