技术领域
  本发明涉及一种弹簧用打标系统,尤其是一种在进行各种测试后,为了依据各种特征进行识别,在弹簧的侧面部利用墨水进行打标的弹簧用打标系统。
背景技术
  一般来说,为了使制造成的弹簧符合设计值,为了进行确认,需要进行几个测试作业。
  为了显示弹簧的负重特征,需要有通过打标的区分,为了划分不良产品,也可以使用打标,为了区分这些的打标作业是为了提高产品的信赖性所必须的工程之一。
  在进行打标后,为了确认打标是否符合规格,需要进行打标检查,为了进行自动化的打标作业,需要使用颜色和形状很分明的标记来区分自动化打标作业的准确性。
  对此,作业人员需要通过手工,直接接触在弹簧上沾有墨水的垫,然后采用打标的方式进行作业,但是,手工作业会导致工时拖延,而且在垫上涂抹墨水也非常耗费工时,导致弹簧打标作业工时较长,从而致使生产效率低下。
  为了改善上述问题,在利用喷涂进行打标时,虽然可以减少在垫上沾上墨水的工时,但是打标形状的边缘部分会沾上墨水,从而不仅使打标形状不清晰,也无法准确的确认打标位置,最终导致打标检测时,自动化装备无法识别标记,致使打标检查作业时间滞延。
发明内容
  本发明的目的是提供一种为了识别弹簧的强度及极性等特征,利用墨水杯和垫,将识别标记打在弹簧侧面上,可形成鲜明的标记形状,通过自动化工程可缩短工程时间的弹簧用打标系统。
  为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种弹簧用打标系统,其特征在于,包括:排列弹簧的排列装置和在所述弹簧上打上识别标记的打标装置。
所述打标装置包括:内部形成进行打标进行空间的框架;位于所述框架内部,在所述弹簧上打标的垫部;向所述垫部供给墨水的墨水部。

如图20所示,墨水部200包括:墨水部底座201;与墨水部底座201连接,前后移动的打标板移送部202;安装在打标板移送部202上,形成进行打标形状腐蚀处理的腐蚀处理部206的打标板205;内部保管墨水,向打标板205的腐蚀处理部206沾墨水的墨水杯204;固定墨水杯204的墨水杯固定棒208。打标板移送部202包括:上端面上安装打标板205,下侧面上具有打标板移送部202前后移动的驱动用墨水部气缸;用于限制打标板移送部202的移动距离的打标板移送部限位器209。墨水部底座201的下侧面具有用于固定墨水部气缸203的墨水部气缸固定部211,及用于限制打标板移送部202移动距离的墨水部底座限位器210。墨水部底座限位器210在打标板移送部限位器209与之相接时,使打标板移送部202的移动停止。墨水部底座201的上侧与固定墨水杯204的墨水杯固定部207连接,与墨水部底座201连接的墨水杯固定部207的墨水杯固定棒208按压固定墨水杯。在本发明的实施方式中,仅仅举例了含有四个打标部40的打标装置,各个打标部40的墨水杯204中,放有不同颜色的墨水,依据弹簧102的特性进行不同颜色的打标。本发明也举例了5个打标部30,根据需要可以为5个以上或以下。
本发明的实施方式的其他弹簧用打标装置30的动作顺序如下。如图13所示,在检查装置30中,结束负重检查的弹簧102因传送带50向打标装置40移动,如图14所示,在墨水部200,使打标板移送部202向后移动后,在墨水杯204的下侧使打标板205的腐蚀处理部206归位后,再使打标板移送部202向前移动,将墨水杯204中的墨水涂在打标板205的腐蚀处理部206上,然后如图15所示,使位于打标板205的腐蚀处理部206上侧的垫301向下侧移动,使腐蚀处理部206的墨水沾到垫301上,然后使垫301向上侧移动。如图16至18所示,沾有墨水的垫301为位于弹簧102的侧面的上侧,向前移动。然后如图17所示,使垫301向弹簧的侧面向下移动,在弹簧102侧面上垫301贴附,沾在垫301上的墨水被打标在弹簧102上后,垫301再次向上侧移动,向墨水部200后方向移动归位。本发明的打标装置30可谓5个墨水部200和垫部300,各个墨水部200可保管不同颜色的墨水。弹簧102因传送带移动一栏,在打标装置40内的五个墨水部200的前面分别占有一个位置,但是不是在所有墨水部200内进行打标,控制部接收到信号后,依据在检查装置30内测定的负重值,然后在保管不同颜色的墨水部200内进行打标。
本发明的弹簧用打标系统不局限于上述实施方式,在本发明的精神原则和技术思想的范围内,所做的任何替换、更新、更替等均属于本发明的保护范畴。

Claims (6)

1. 一种弹簧用打标系统,其特征在于,包括:排列弹簧的排列装置和在所述弹簧上打上识别标记的打标装置;
所述打标装置包括:内部形成进行打标进行空间的框架;位于所述框架内部,在所述弹簧上打标的垫部;向所述垫部供给墨水的墨水部。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的弹簧用打标系统,其特征在于,所述垫部包括:在所述弹簧上打标的垫;与所述垫连接,使所述垫上下及前后移动的垫移送部;与所述垫连接,提供使所述垫上下移动动力的垫部气缸;与所述垫移送部连接,提供使所述垫前后移动动力的无杆气缸。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的弹簧用打标系统,其特征在于,所述墨水部包括:墨水杯底座;供入墨水的墨水杯;沾上装入所述墨水杯中墨水的打标板;安装所述打标板,使所述打标板在所述墨水杯下侧前后移动的打标板移送部;提供使所述打标板移送部前后移动动力的打标部气缸。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的弹簧用打标系统,其特征在于,所述排列装置包括;排列部底座;固定在所述排列部底座,与弹簧的一面相接的第一排列夹具;相对于所述第一排列夹具,与所述第一排列夹具相接的弹簧面的其他面相接的第二排列夹具;与所述第二排列夹具连接,使所述第二排列夹具旋转的旋转马达;固定有所述第二排列夹具,向着弹簧前后移动的排列部移动部;穿过所述排列部移动部的排列部移动轴;与所述排列部移动部连接,使所述排列部移动部前后移动的排列部气缸。
5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的弹簧用打标系统,其特征在于,在所述第二排列夹具上,形成与所述弹簧的旋转末端部分相接的回避部,通过所述第二排列夹具的旋转,所述回避部与所述弹簧末端相接,使所述弹簧旋转。
6. 根据权利要求 4 所述的弹簧用打标系统,其特征在于,在所述第一排列夹具上,形成与所述弹簧的旋转开始的开始部相接的突出部,通过所述弹簧的旋转,所述突出部与所述弹簧的开始部相接,排列所述弹簧的位置。
