本发明属于功能性纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
毛涤混纺织物具有保暖性好、舒适耐穿等特点,深受广大消费者的喜爱。但毛涤面料中的纤维对油污的亲和力很强,容易吸附油污,而且穿着过程中易产生静电而吸附灰尘。
静电现象会吸附灰尘,不美观,影响穿着舒适感,且不易清洁。在某些特殊场合,静电会产生火花,导致发生火灾甚至爆炸事故。纺织品一旦遇火很快会燃烧起来,日常生活或工业生产中常常会因为疏忽造成纺织品燃烧引起火灾。对于频繁接触油、水介质的石油、化工、工矿等行业工人,油、水常常会渗入衣物接触皮肤影响人体健康。
为了加强对劳动人员的安全保护,对毛涤混纺织物的功能提出了更高的要求。针对以上问题,纺织品防静电、阻燃或防油拒水的性能是目前研究较为广泛的功能。然而目前市场上普通的毛涤混纺织物普遍只具有单一的防静电、阻燃、防油、拒水的功能,仅能满足一部分需求。针对特殊工作领域,如石油、电力、煤炭矿业的劳动防护服、部队装备用服装等,亟待开发一种既能防静电,又能阻燃还具备防油拒水的多功能于一体毛涤混纺织物。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中存在的普通的毛涤混纺织物普遍只具有单一的防静电、阻燃、防油、拒水功能的问题。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现。
一种防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物,其特征在于,采用以下方法制备而成:
步骤一,防静电坯布织造
将导电丝与毛涤混纺纱并捻为导电纱;以毛涤混纺纱作为经纱和纬纱织造坯布,织造过程中分别在经向和纬向间隔织入所述导电纱,制成防静电坯布。
步骤二,染色
对步骤一所述防静电坯布进行染色前处理,再在染色机上一浸一轧,再经烘干、皂洗,得防静电毛涤混纺色布。
步骤三,阻燃整理
1)分别称取阻燃剂和助剂,将所述阻燃剂和助剂溶解在水中,混合并搅拌均匀,制得阻燃整理液。
2)将所述阻燃整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤二所述防静电毛涤混纺色布浸没在所述阻燃整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,然后依次经烘干、烘焙,得到防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物。
步骤四,防油拒水整理
1)称取防油拒水整理剂,将其溶解在水中搅拌均匀,制得防油拒水整理液;
2)将所述防油拒水整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤三所述防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物浸没在所述防油拒水整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,最后依次经烘干、烘焙,即得到防静电阻燃防油拒水毛涤混纺织物。
本发明的特点还在于,
步骤一中,所述导电纱的捻度为25-55捻/10cm;经向的相邻两根所述导电纱的间距为0.5-2cm,纬向的相邻两根所述导电纱的间距为0.5-2cm。
步骤一中,所述导电丝可以为金属纤维、炭黑系纤维、导电型金属化合物纤维和导电高分子型纤维中的任意一种。
优选地,所述导电丝为尼龙20D/3F导电丝。
步骤三中,所述阻燃剂为含氮有机磷酸酯化合物,所述助剂为水溶性聚氨酯、氯化镁、硫酸铝和醋酸的混合液,其中水溶性聚氨酯为交联剂,氯化镁和硫酸铝为催化剂,醋酸为渗透剂和pH调节剂;所述阻燃剂和助剂的质量比为4:1-6:1;所述阻燃整理液中阻燃剂的浓度为135-175g/L。
优选地,所述阻燃剂为FPK8002。

(1)本发明的毛涤混纺织物同时具备防静电、阻燃、防油和拒水四大功能,是一种多功能面料,且性能优良,符合国内相关标准规定,能满足工业生产和使用的需求,突破了传统毛涤混纺织物仅具备单一或少数几种功能的限制,具有较强的市场竞争力和巨大的社会经济效益。
(2)本发明的毛涤混纺织物的制备方法工艺简单,可适合批量生产,可用于多种场合,尤其适合用作特殊工作服,如煤炭、石化、矿业、燃气等工业部门,炮兵、导弹、卫星发射等部队,以避免或减少静电、人为失误、环境因素等引起的火灾损失和人身安全事故。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行的详细说明,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物,采用以下方法制备而成:
步骤一,防静电坯布织造
将尼龙20D/3F导电丝与40S 30W70P的毛涤混纺纱并捻为导电纱,导电纱的捻度为25捻/10cm。以毛涤混纺纱为经纱和纬纱织造坯布。织造过程中在经向和纬向分别间隔织入导电纱,经向的相邻两根导电纱的间距为0.5cm,纬向的相邻两根导电纱的间距为0.5cm。制得防静电坯布。
步骤二,染色
对步骤一的防静电坯布进行染色前处理,再在染色机上一浸一轧,再经烘干、皂洗,得防静电毛涤混纺色布。
步骤三,阻燃整理
1)分别称取20kg阻燃剂FPK8002、2kg水溶性聚氨酯、1kg醋酸、1kg硫酸铝和1kg氯化镁,将其溶于水,使阻燃剂FPK8002的浓度为135g/L,混合并搅拌均匀,得阻燃整理液。
2)将阻燃整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤二的防静电毛涤混纺色布浸没在阻燃整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,调整机速为30m/min,轧余率为60%,然后100℃烘干,再经150℃烘焙,得到防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物。
步骤四,防油拒水整理
称取20kg含氟树脂整理剂MCH-SR8配置为浓度为100g/L的防油拒水整理液,将防油拒水整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤三的防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物浸没在防油拒水整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,调整机速为30m/min,轧余率为60%,100℃烘干后,再经185℃烘焙,即得到防静电阻燃防油拒水毛涤混纺织物。
实施例2
一种防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物,采用以下方法制备而成:
步骤一,防静电坯布织造
将尼龙20D/3F导电丝与40S 30W70P的毛涤混纺纱并捻为导电纱,导电纱的捻度为40捻/10cm。以毛涤混纺纱为经纱和纬纱织造坯布。织造过程中在经向和纬向分别间隔织入导电纱,经向的相邻两根导电纱的间距为1cm,纬向的相邻两根导电纱的间距为1cm。制得防静电坯布。
步骤二,染色
对步骤一的防静电坯布进行染色前处理,再在染色机上一浸一轧,再经烘干、皂洗,得防静电毛涤混纺色布。
步骤三,阻燃整理
1)分别称取25kg阻燃剂FPK8002、2kg水溶性聚氨酯、1kg醋酸、1kg硫酸铝和1kg氯化镁,将其溶于水,使阻燃剂FPK8002的浓度为150g/L,混合并搅拌均匀,得阻燃整理液。
2)将阻燃整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤二的防静电毛涤混纺色5布浸没在阻燃整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,调整机速为50m/min,轧余率为70%,然后110℃烘干后,再经160℃烘焙,得到防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物。
步骤四,防油拒水整理
称取25kg含氟树脂整理剂MCH-SR8配置为浓度为130g/L的防油拒水整理液,将防油拒水整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤三的防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物浸没在防油拒水整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,调整机速为50m/min,轧余率为70%,110℃烘干后,再经185℃烘焙,即得到防静电阻燃防油拒水毛涤混纺织物。
实施例3
一种防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物,采用以下方法制备而成:
步骤一,防静电坯布织造
将尼龙20D/3F导电丝与40S 30W70P的毛涤混纺纱并捻为导电纱,导电纱的捻度为50捻/10cm。以毛涤混纺纱为经纱和纬纱织造坯布。织造过程中在经向和纬向分别间隔织入导电纱,经向的相邻两根导电纱的间距为2cm,纬向的相邻两根导电纱的间距为2cm。制得防静电坯布。
步骤二,染色
对步骤一的防静电坯布进行染色前处理,再在染色机上一浸一轧,再经烘干、皂洗,得防静电毛涤混纺色布。
步骤三,阻燃整理
1)分别称取30kg阻燃剂FPK8002、2kg水溶性聚氨酯、1kg醋酸、1kg硫酸铝和1kg氯化镁,将其溶于水,使阻燃剂FPK8002的浓度为175g/L,混合并搅拌均匀,得阻燃整理液。
2)将阻燃整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤二的防静电毛涤混纺色布浸没在阻燃整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,调整机速为80m/min,轧余率为80%,然后120℃烘干后,再经180℃烘焙,得到防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物。
步骤四,防油拒水整理
称取30kg含氟树脂整理剂MCH-SR8配置为浓度为150g/L的防油拒水整理液,将防油拒水整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤三的防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物浸没在防油拒水整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,调整机速为80m/min,轧余率为80%,120℃烘干后,再经190℃烘焙,即得到防静电阻燃防油拒水毛涤混纺织物。
将实施例1-3的防静电阻燃防油拒水毛涤混纺织物按照国家标准进行面料点对点电阻检测、阻燃性检测、防油、拒水性能检测,结果见表1。

由测试结果可知,本发明的防静电阻燃防油拒水毛涤混纺织物具有优良的防静电、阻燃、防油、拒水的功能,且符合国家相关标准规定,且能达到A级标准,大大超出市场现有面料的等级,能满足工业生产和使用的需求。
本发明以上描述只是部分实施案例,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式。上述的具体实施方式是示意性的,并不是限制性的。凡是采用本发明的材料和工艺,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,所有具体拓展均属本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物,其特征在于,采用以下方法制备而成:
步骤一,防静电坯布织造
将导电丝与毛涤混纺纱并捻为导电纱;以毛涤混纺纱作为经纱和纬纱织造坯布,织造过程中分别在经向和纬向间隔织入所述导电纱,制成防静电坯布;其中,所述导电丝为尼龙20D/3F导电丝;所述导电纱的捻度为25-55捻/10cm;经向的相邻两根所述导电纱的间距为0.5-2cm,纬向的相邻两根所述导电纱的间距为0.5-2cm;
步骤二,染色
对步骤一所述防静电坯布进行染色前处理,再在染色机上一浸一轧,再经烘干、皂洗,得防静电毛涤混纺色布;
步骤三,阻燃整理
1)分别称取阻燃剂和助剂,阻燃剂为FPK8002,助剂为水溶性聚氨酯、氯化镁、硫酸铝和醋酸的混合液;阻燃剂和助剂的质量比为4:1-6:1;将所述阻燃剂和助剂溶解在水中,混合并搅拌均匀,制得阻燃整理液,阻燃整理液中阻燃剂的浓度为135-175g/L;
2)将所述阻燃整理液倒入浸轧槽中,将步骤二所述防静电毛涤混纺色布浸没在所述阻燃整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,然后依次经烘干、烘焙,得到防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物;
步骤四,防油拒水整理
1)称取防油拒水整理剂,将其溶解在水中搅拌均匀,制得防油拒水整理液;其中,防油拒水整理剂为含氟树脂整理剂MCH-SR8;所述防油拒水整理液中防油拒水整理剂的浓度为100-150g/L;所述阻燃剂与防油拒水整理剂的质量比为1:1~1.5:1;
2)将所述防油拒水整理液加入浸轧槽中,将步骤三所述防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物浸没在所述防油拒水整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,最后依次经烘干、烘焙,即得到防静电阻燃防油拒水毛涤混纺织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物,其特征在于,步骤三所述浸轧的机速为30-50m/min,轧余率为60%-80%;所述烘干温度为100-120℃;所述烘焙温度为150-180℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物,其特征在于,步骤四中所述浸轧的机速为30-80m/min,轧余率为60%-80%;所述烘干温度为为100-120℃;所述烘焙温度为185-190℃。
4.一种防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,防静电坯布织造
将导电丝与毛涤混纺纱并捻为导电纱;以毛涤混纺纱作为经纱和纬纱织造坯布,织造过程中在经向和纬向分别间隔织入所述导电纱,制成防静电坯布;其中,所述导电丝为尼龙20D/3F导电丝;所述导电纱的捻度为25-55捻/10cm;经向的相邻两根所述导电纱的间距为0.5-2cm,纬向的相邻两根所述导电纱的间距为0.5-2cm;
步骤二,染色
配置染液,将步骤一的防静电坯布在染色机上一浸一轧,再经烘干、皂洗,得防静电毛涤混纺色布;
步骤三,阻燃整理
1)分别称取阻燃剂和助剂,阻燃剂为FPK8002,助剂为水溶性聚氨酯、氯化镁、硫酸铝和醋酸的混合液;阻燃剂和助剂的质量比为4:1-6:1;将所述阻燃剂和助剂溶解在水中,混合并搅拌均匀,制得阻燃整理液,阻燃整理液中阻燃剂的浓度为135-175g/L;
2)将所述阻燃整理液倒入浸轧槽中,将步骤二所述防静电毛涤混纺色布浸没在所述阻燃整理液中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,然后依次经烘干、烘焙,得到防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物;
步骤四,防油拒水整理
称取防油拒水整理剂倒入浸轧槽中,防油拒水整理剂为含氟树脂整理剂MCH-SR8;所述阻燃剂与防油拒水整理剂的质量比为1:1~1.5:1,所述防油拒水整理液中防油拒水整理剂的浓度为100-150g/L;将步骤三所述防静电阻燃毛涤混纺织物浸没在所述防油拒水整理剂中,采用二浸二轧工艺进行浸轧,最后依次经烘干、烘焙,即得到防静电阻燃防油拒水毛涤混纺织物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三所述浸轧的机速为30-50m/min,轧余率为60%-80%;所述烘干温度为100-120℃;所述烘焙温度为150-180℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防静电阻燃防油拒水的毛涤混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中所述浸轧的机速为30-80m/min,轧余率为60%-80%;所述烘干温度为为100-120℃;所述烘焙温度为185-190℃。
