背景技术
羽绒服是现代人们冬天首选的保暖衣物之一。羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。但是当羽绒遇到水后,水附着在纤维上,使得纤维之间的气孔减少,羽绒收缩,从而使羽绒的保温调温作用大幅度降低。现有的羽绒服面料针对防水等级实行了层层改进,使其具备优异的防水效果。虽然现有的羽绒服具备防水功能,但是防水效果有限,在羽绒服的长时间的穿着过程中,仍然会存在保暖性能下降的问题。
市场上出现拒水羽绒服,是将羽绒服面料进行拒水整理。传统的纺织品拒水整理方法,主要使用含氟整理剂通过降低织物表面自由能从而达到拒水的目的,但该类整理剂价格昂贵,并且有机氟具有一定的生物毒性,对人的身体和环境存在潜在危害。有机氟整理织物后,虽然能够显著降低织物表面能,但不能提高织物表面微观粗糙度,难以达到长期拒水的要求。因此,提出一种羽绒服拒水保暖片及其制造方法。

(2)拒水片填充层的制备:羽绒经过拒水蒸汽处理后形成羽绒填充料,将所述羽绒填充料均匀铺设于内衬面料上,再依次向其表面均匀铺设网格状纤维丝线和另一层羽绒填充料,重复2-3次形成羽绒填充层;
(3)拒水保暖片的制备:将羽绒填充层置于所述内层拒水片面料和所述外层拒水片面料之间,压线缝制后形成拒水保暖片。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述坯布为高密尼丝纺、高密春亚纺和高密涤塔纺中其中一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,按重量份计,所述拒水剂中包括20-30份含氟树脂整理剂MCH-SR8、15-20份硬脂酸钠和1-5份硫酸铝。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(1)拒水剂浸轧处理具体步骤为:将拒水剂以100-150g/L溶解在水中搅拌均匀,制得拒水整理液,将拒水整理液加入浸轧槽中,再将热压后的坯布与熔喷无纺布整体浸没在其中。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(1)拒水剂浸轧处理采用二浸二轧工艺对热压后的坯布与熔喷无纺布整体进行浸轧。

本实施例中羽绒服拒水保暖片的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)拒水片面料的制备:将高密春亚纺与熔喷无纺布涂布粘接胶且热粘压制后,再经过拒水剂浸轧处理,将拒水剂以140g/L溶解在水中搅拌均匀,制得拒水整理液,将拒水整理液加入浸轧槽中,再将热压后的高密春亚纺与熔喷无纺布整体浸没在其中,采用二浸二轧工艺对热压后的高密春亚纺与熔喷无纺布整体进行浸轧,浸轧后再经过烘干形成外层拒水片面料;将熔喷无纺布与棉布料之间涂布粘接胶,热粘压制后形成内层拒水片面料;
(2)拒水片填充层的制备:将羽绒经过碱皂水去除油脂以及浸渍抗菌液后投入蒸汽烘干设备中进行蒸汽烘干,在蒸汽处理时,采用肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、植物精油和水的混合溶液的蒸汽作为烘干用蒸汽,羽绒经过拒水蒸汽处理后形成羽绒填充料,将羽绒填充料均匀铺设于内衬面料上,再依次向其表面均匀铺设网格状纤维丝线和另一层羽绒填充料,重复3次形成羽绒填充层;
(3)拒水保暖片的制备:将羽绒填充层置于内层拒水片面料和外层拒水片面料之间,压线缝制后形成拒水保暖片。

(2)拒水片填充层的制备:将羽绒经过碱皂水去除油脂以及浸渍抗菌液后投入蒸汽烘干设备中进行蒸汽烘干,在蒸汽处理时,采用肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、植物精油和水的混合溶液的蒸汽作为烘干用蒸汽,羽绒经过拒水蒸汽处理后形成羽绒填充料,将羽绒填充料均匀铺设于内衬面料上,再依次向其表面均匀铺设网格状纤维丝线和另一层羽绒填充料,重复3次形成羽绒填充层;
(3)拒水保暖片的制备:将羽绒填充层置于内层拒水片面料和外层拒水片面料之间,压线缝制后形成拒水保暖片。

(3)拒水保暖片的制备:将羽绒填充层置于内层拒水片面料和外层拒水片面料之间,压线缝制后形成拒水保暖片。
1、针对实施例1-5和对比例1-3制造而成的外层拒水片面料,使用OCA40型视频接触角测量仪进行接触角测试,水量为6μl,当水滴与面料接触60s后读数。在同一样品的不同位置测量5次,取平均值,接触角越大,拒水性越好。对拒水保暖片洗涤前、洗涤20次后、洗涤30次后分别进行接触角检测。结果如表1所示。

2、针对实施例1-5和对比例1-3制造而成的羽绒,机械揉搓羽绒绒朵,使其相互缠绕,制作成直径为1cm的羽绒球,并用纱布包裹,装入密封袋保存,备用。取500mL的烧杯,加入400mL的蒸馏水,将待测羽绒球轻轻的放入烧杯中,记录羽绒球从放入烧杯到沉入杯底的时间t,根据该时间t来判断羽毛绒的拒水性能。羽绒的拒水等级判定如下:1级:6h≤t<12h,2级:12h≤t<24h;3级:t≥24h,时间越长,拒水等级越高,拒水性能越好。结果如表2所示。

3、针对实施例1-5和对比例1-3制造而成的拒水保暖片,将玻璃杯中放满60℃的水,且在玻璃杯中放入温度传感装置,再将玻璃杯包裹在拒水保暖片中,将其置入0℃的环境中,30分钟后读取温度读数,温度越高,保暖性能越好。对拒水保暖片洗涤前、洗涤20次后、洗涤30次后分别进行保暖性检测。结果如表3所示。

以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种羽绒服拒水保暖片的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)拒水片面料的制备:将坯布与熔喷无纺布涂布粘接胶且热粘压制后,再经过拒水剂浸轧处理,烘干后形成外层拒水片面料;将熔喷无纺布与棉布料之间涂布粘接胶,热粘压制后形成内层拒水片面料;
(2)拒水片填充层的制备:羽绒经过拒水蒸汽处理后形成羽绒填充料,将所述羽绒填充料均匀铺设于内衬面料上,再依次向其表面均匀铺设网格状纤维丝线和另一层羽绒填充料,重复2-3次形成羽绒填充层;
(3)拒水保暖片的制备:将羽绒填充层置于所述内层拒水片面料和所述外层拒水片面料之间,压线缝制后形成拒水保暖片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服拒水保暖片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述坯布为高密尼丝纺、高密春亚纺和高密涤塔纺中其中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服拒水保暖片的制造方法,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述拒水剂中包括20-30份含氟树脂整理剂MCH-SR8、15-20份硬脂酸钠和1-5份硫酸铝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服拒水保暖片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)拒水剂浸轧处理具体步骤为:将拒水剂以100-150g/L溶解在水中搅拌均匀,制得拒水整理液,将拒水整理液加入浸轧槽中,再将热压后的坯布与熔喷无纺布整体浸没在其中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种羽绒服拒水保暖片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)拒水剂浸轧处理采用二浸二轧工艺对热压后的坯布与熔喷无纺布整体进行浸轧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服拒水保暖片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)的拒水蒸汽处理具体为:将羽绒经过碱皂水去除油脂以及浸渍抗菌液后投入蒸汽烘干设备中进行蒸汽烘干,在蒸汽处理时,采用肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、植物精油和水的混合溶液的蒸汽作为烘干用蒸汽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服拒水保暖片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的粘接胶均由50%-60%普通纤维胶、20%-30%硬脂酸钠和10%-20%聚乙烯醇组成。
8.一种羽绒服拒水保暖片,其特征在于,由权利要求1-7任一所述的制造方法制成。
