技术领域
本发明涉及叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置,更详细而言,涉及一种在对柴油废气后处理装置进行再生期间,在作业者离开位置的情况下,使得能够防止作业机的运转的叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置。
背景技术
一般而言,在搭载柴油发动机的叉车中,在供废气排出的路径上具备柴油废气后处理装置(Diesel Particulate Filter,以下简称“DPF”)。
在废气中包含有使大气环境污染的污染物质,因而需要在排出到大气之前进行净化,作为净化装置而使用所述的DPF。
另一方面,在废气中包含有碳微粒(Soot、PM等),碳微粒堆积于DPF的内部,如果碳微粒的量增多,则DPF的功能下降,因而如果堆积了既定水平以上的碳微粒,则执行使得去除碳微粒的DPF再生。
DPF再生有当满足既定条件时进行的普通再生和根据作业者的意图而强制执行再生的强制再生。
普通的汽车车辆接受空档/车辆速度/停车制动器信号等,只有在判断为安全的情况下,才进行强制DPF再生。
相反,叉车除行驶功能之外还具备作业机,因而当强制再生DPF时,需要应对安全事故的危险。
特别是在进行DPF再生时,与普通的情况相比,发动机转数高,因而在进行DPF再生期间,作业机的操作非常危险,因而要求安全装置。
例如,叉车在DPF再生期间,在作业者离开驾驶席的同时意外地碰到作业机操纵杆的情况下,使得作业机运转,因而存在发生安全事项的忧虑。

技术课题
因此,本发明要实现的技术课题,目的在于提供一种叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置,使得在对叉车的柴油废气后处理装置进行再生期间,即使作业机操纵杆在意外状态下被操作,作业机也不进行运转。
本发明要实现的技术课题并非限定于以上言及的技术课题,未言及的其它技术课题是本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以从以下记载明确理解的。
解决课题的方案
旨在达成所述技术课题的本发明的叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置包括:液压泵30,其吐出高压的工作油;主控制阀50,其具备多个作业机控制阀,向多个作业机80中所希望的作业机80提供所述工作油;调整控制阀60,其根据作业机操纵杆61的操作进行控制,使得向所述多个作业机控制阀提供先导工作油;减压阀70,其进行控制,使得从所述液压泵30吐出的高压的工作油减压为所述先导工作油的压力,向所述调整控制阀60提供减压的工作油;以及控制阀单元100,其配置于所述调整控制阀60的上游,在DPF(柴油废气后处理装置)再生期间,根据作业者离开驾驶席时的作业者离开信息,从控制部20接受信号,进行控制,使得切断所述减压的工作油向所述调整控制阀60的提供。
另外,本发明的叉车的柴油废气后处理可以是,当作业者坐于驾驶席时,被控制成解除所述作业者离开信息,并开放所述控制阀单元100。
另外,本发明的叉车的柴油废气后处理可以是,就所述作业者离开信息而言,配备于驾驶席的座位开关(Seat S/W)产生的信号传送给发动机控制装置10,所述传送的信号从所述发动机控制装置10传递给所述控制部20。

发明效果
如上所述构成的本发明的叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置在作业者离开驾驶席的瞬间,切断向作业机提供的工作油供应,从而在对柴油废气后处理装置(DPF)进行再生期间,即使作业机操纵杆61在意外状态下被操作,使得作业机也不运转,能够预防安全事项。
另外,本发明的叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置在对柴油废气后处理装置(DPF)进行再生期间,使得作业机不运转,从而没有输出变化,因而能够稳定地执行DPF再生。

如图1所示,本发明一个实施例的叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置,在调整控制阀(RCV)60的上游配备有控制阀单元100,控制阀单元100根据来自控制部20的指令而被开闭控制。
控制部20从发动机控制装置(ECU)10通过CAN通信获得信息。
发动机控制装置10从安装于驾驶席的座位开关(seat S/W)接受信号,座位开关在作业者离开驾驶席时产生信号。
即,如果作业者从驾驶席站起,则座位开关产生信号,该信号从发动机控制装置10传送,传送的信号向控制部20提供作业者的离开信息,作业者离开信息被接收后,使控制阀单元100运转,切断工作油的流动。
参照图2,更详细地说明本发明一个实施例的叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置的作用。
叉车的液压回路从液压泵30吐出工作油,工作油经由优先控制阀40提供给主控制阀50。
所述优先控制阀40使工作油分配给行驶系统和作业机侧,作业机侧优先于行驶系统,向作业机侧分配更多流量。
作业机80连接于主控制阀50,在主控制阀50内配置有多个作业机控制阀。例如,在作业机80配备有第一、第二作业机两个的情况下,在多个作业机控制阀中,可以使用两个。
作业机控制阀根据阀芯的位置而使工作油实现正向、逆向、工作油流动停止。阀芯根据所述调整控制阀60而控制,在调整控制阀60中具备作业机操纵杆61。
即,为了使特定作业机运转而操作相应作业机的作业机操纵杆61,由此,从调整控制阀60吐出先导工作油,使相应作业机控制阀的阀芯移动,执行希望的作业。
所述先导工作油利用从液压泵30吐出的工作油的一部分。从液压泵30吐出的工作油的压力为高压,因而进行减压以便适合先导工作油的压力。在减压中,利用减压阀70。
即,如果在减压阀70中设置为希望的压力,那么,高压的工作油经由减压阀70而减压,减压的工作油经由控制阀单元100,提供给调整控制阀60。
另一方面,在进行DPF再生期间,在作业者从驾驶席离开的情况下,从发动机控制装置10产生作业者离开信息,该信息提供给控制部20,控制部20控制控制阀单元100,从而如图3所示地切断工作油的流动。
另外,调整控制阀60与泄油箱连接,因而不形成压力。由此,即使操作作业机操纵杆61,在调整控制阀60中也不排出先导工作油,进而使得作业机80不动作。
即,在进行DPF再生期间,如果作业者离开驾驶席,则切断向调整控制阀60提供工作油,从而即使作业者失手碰到作业机操纵杆61,作业机也不动作,使得能够防止安全事故。
之后,如果作业者正常坐于驾驶席,则作业者离开信息被解除,控制阀单元100返回普通的作业模式,由此,工作油提供给调整控制阀60。即,根据作业者的意志,操作作业机操纵杆61,使作业机运转。

Claims (3)

1.一种叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置,其特征在于,包括:
液压泵(30),其吐出高压的工作油;
主控制阀(50),其具备多个作业机控制阀,向多个作业机(80)中所希望的作业机(80)提供所述工作油;
调整控制阀(60),其根据作业机操纵杆(61)的操作进行控制,使得向所述多个作业机控制阀提供先导工作油;
减压阀(70),其进行控制,使得从所述液压泵(30)吐出的高压的工作油减压为所述先导工作油的压力,向所述调整控制阀(60)提供减压的工作油;以及
控制阀单元(100),其配置于所述调整控制阀(60)的上游,在DPF(柴油废气后处理装置)再生期间,根据作业者离开驾驶席时的作业者离开信息,从控制部(20)接受信号,进行控制使得切断所述减压的工作油向所述调整控制阀(60)的提供。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置,其特征在于,
在作业者坐于驾驶席时,被控制成解除所述作业者离开信息,并开放所述控制阀单元(100)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的叉车的柴油废气后处理装置再生中防止作业机运转的安全装置,其特征在于,
就所述作业者离开信息而言,配备于驾驶席的座位开关(Seat S/W)产生的信号传送给发动机控制装置(ECU)(10),所述传送的信号从所述发动机控制装置(10)传递给所述控制部(20)。
