本发明公开了一种汽车用橡胶软管,涉及橡胶管制造技术领域,包括橡胶管本体,所述橡胶管本体的两端口设有滤网,所述滤网通过框架固定在所述橡胶管本体的两端口内。与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单合理,能有效地对从空气滤清器出来的空气进行二次过滤,且耐高温、耐油性能好,不易变形,使用寿命长。

本发明涉及橡胶管制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于汽车发动机空气滤清器与涡轮增压器连接的橡胶软管。
背景技术
由于橡胶材料以其良好的耐热、耐油、耐臭氧性能在汽车配件中被广泛应用。现有的汽车发动机空气滤器与涡轮增压器的连接胶管由于没有过滤装置,空气从空气滤清器出来后直接进入涡轮增压器中,当空气滤清器需要清理进行拆卸过程中,若有杂物附着在其中,会通过该连接胶管被吸入到涡轮增压器中,造成涡轮增压器的损坏;另外,由于连接胶管的长期使用易老化,易破裂,安全性能低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车橡胶软管,它可解决现有连接空气滤器与涡轮增压器的橡胶管不能二次过滤,易损坏涡轮增压器及安全性能低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种汽车橡胶软管包括橡胶管本体,所述橡胶管本体的两端口设有滤网,所述滤网通过框架固定在所述橡胶管本体的两端口内。
上述汽车用橡胶软管的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述橡胶软管本体包括按下列重量份计的原料:硅藻土6-11份,三元乙丙胶8-14份,防老剂4-8份,偶联剂3-7份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺5-10份,长链尼龙2-6份,炭黑3-7份,聚丙烯2-8 份,金属铝粉1-5 份,纤维素2-8 份,纳米二氧化钛3-8 份,甲基纤维素4-6份,氯化镁2-6份。
进一步的,所述硅藻土9份,三元乙丙胶10份,防老剂6份,偶联剂5份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺7份,长链尼龙4份,炭黑4份,聚丙烯5 份,金属铝粉3 份,纤维素5 份,纳米二氧化钛5 份,甲基纤维素5份,氯化镁4份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于在橡胶管本体的两端口设有滤网,能有效地对空气滤清器出来的空气进行二次过滤,确保了涡轮增压器是使用寿命;
2、由于橡胶管本体具有耐高温、耐油性、不易发生变形,使用寿命长,安全性能得到提高。

一种汽车用橡胶软管,包括橡胶管本体1,橡胶管本体1的两端口设有滤网2,该滤网2通过框架3固定在橡胶管本体1的两端口内;橡胶软管本体1包括按下列重量计的原料:硅藻土6kg,三元乙丙胶14kg,防老剂4kg,偶联剂7kg,氰尿酸三聚氰胺5kg,长链尼龙6kg,炭黑7kg,聚丙烯2kg,金属铝粉1kg,纤维素8kg,纳米二氧化钛3kg,甲基纤维素6kg,氯化镁6kg;由于在橡胶管本体1的两端口设有滤网,能有效地对空气滤清器出来的空气进行二次过滤,确保了涡轮增压器是使用寿命;橡胶管本体具有耐高温、耐油性、不易发生变形,使用寿命长,安全性能得到提高。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1相比较,不同之处在于:硅藻土11kg,三元乙丙胶8kg,防老剂8kg,偶联剂3kg,氰尿酸三聚氰胺10kg,长链尼龙2kg,炭黑3kg,聚丙烯8kg,金属铝粉5kg,纤维素2kg,纳米二氧化钛8kg,甲基纤维素4kg,氯化镁2kg。
实施例3

1.一种汽车用橡胶软管,包括橡胶管本体(1),其特征在于:所述橡胶管本体(1)的两端口设有滤网(2),所述滤网(2)通过框架(3)固定在所述橡胶管本体(1)的两端口内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用橡胶软管,其特征在于:所述橡胶软管本体(1)包括按下列重量份计的原料:硅藻土6-11份,三元乙丙胶8-14份,防老剂4-8份,偶联剂3-7份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺5-10份,长链尼龙2-6份,炭黑3-7份,聚丙烯2-8 份,金属铝粉1-5 份,纤维素2-8 份,纳米二氧化钛3-8 份,甲基纤维素4-6份,氯化镁2-6份。
