本发明涉及合成革用材料技术领域,特别涉及合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法。一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,该彩色聚氨酯树脂主要由以下的原料制备得到:大分子多元醇、染料、小分子多元醇扩链剂、二异氰酸酯、助剂和溶剂,染料为含有双羟基或者双伯氨基的染料。本发明的树脂可以用于聚氨酯合成革面层或者后处理,由于染料分子反应在聚氨酯主链上,因此不会发生色迁移,解决了普通聚氨酯树脂染色后染料容易迁移的问题,又解决了合成革用颜料着色造成的颜色不够艳、通透的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革用材料技术领域,特别涉及合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在合成革用材料着色方面,现在主要使用是将颜料制品或染料制品直接加入合成革用聚氨酯树脂中,经过搅拌,将颜料制品或染料制品与聚氨酯树脂充分混合,以达到聚氨酯树脂着色的目的。由于所使用的颜料或染料对聚氨酯的着色只是混合着色,颜色的固定只是物理过程,而没有化学接合,颜料或染料在树脂中处于游离状态,故极易造成颜色的迁移等诸多问题。染料基本是以分子状态溶解于树脂体系中,单个的小分子状态的染料很容易迁移,但是染料着色鲜艳且透明。颜料在聚氨酯树脂中的稳定性会优于染料,很大程度是因为颜料是大分子结构,且以颜料微粒的形式分散于树脂中,因此颜料着色不容易迁移,但是颜色的鲜艳度和透明性不如染料。
本发明着力于解决,聚氨酯树脂制品同时具有染料的鲜艳性和透明性,又能稳定在聚氨酯产品内部,不游离不迁移。本发明的解决方案,是发明带有发色基团的聚氨酯树脂,使用该树脂的聚氨酯制品,不用另加着色剂。
本发明之前合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂类似的相关发明专利主要有:
CN86106149 公开了一种着色的热塑性树脂制品及一种热塑性树脂的着色方法。其发明原理为将染料接入环氧基团进行改性,改变染料的分子结构,使着色后不容易产生颜色迁移,再将改性后的染料与树脂进行物理共混,以达到着色的目的。
 CN86106149与本发明的区别在于,CN86106149将染料进行改性,改变染料分子结构以改善染料用于热塑性树脂着色后的迁移性能,其仍为树脂的着色剂。
中国发明专利申请(申请号:201210376000.2 申请日:2012-09-29)公开了一种彩色聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇反应制得预聚体;(2)将第(1)步制得的预聚体与彩色小分子扩链剂、普通小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂进行扩链反应;(3)用成盐剂中和,加水分散乳化,减压蒸馏除去有机溶剂,得到彩色水性聚氨酯乳液。本方法由于利用彩色小分子扩链剂参与扩链反应,制得的彩色聚氨酯乳液整体性能较好,固含量分布宽且可调,产品中有害物质的残留少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对传统合成革用着色材料的不足,本发明的一个目的是提出了一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,该树脂不会发生色迁移,解决了普通聚氨酯树脂染色后染料容易迁移的问题,又解决了合成革用颜料着色造成的颜色不够艳、通透的问题。本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的聚氨酯树脂的制备方法。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,该彩色聚氨酯树脂按质量百分比计主要由以下的原料制备得到:
大分子多元醇        5~25%
染料                  2~8%
小分子多元醇扩链剂      0-5%
二异氰酸酯         5-15%
助剂                  0.05~0.2%
溶剂                  60-80%;
所述的染料为含有双羟基或者双伯氨基的染料。
作为优选,该彩色聚氨酯树脂按质量百分比计主要由以下的原料制备得到:
大分子多元醇        10~20%
染料                  4~6%
小分子多元醇扩链剂      1-4%
二异氰酸酯         8-12%
助剂                  0.1~0.2%
溶剂                  60-80%。
作为优选,所述的大分子多元醇二醇为聚己二酸酯二醇、聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚己内酯二醇和聚碳酸酯二醇中的任意一种。
作为优选,所述的双羟基染料为分散红5#,分散红17#,分散红19#,分散红118#,分散蓝96#,分散棕1# 中的任意一种;所述的双伯氨基染料为分散蓝2BLN, 分散紫28#, 分散紫26#,分散紫8#,分散紫1#,分散蓝56#,分散蓝 60#,分散黑1#,溶剂紫31#,溶剂紫59#中的任意一种。
作为优选,所述的小分子多元醇扩链剂为乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6己二醇,新戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷三醇的任意一种,以及它们的混合物。
作为优选,所述的二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯,4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯以及六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中任意一种。
作为优选,所述的助剂为催化剂、流平剂、手感剂中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述的溶剂为 N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、甲苯、丁酮、乙酸甲酯、乙酸丁酯的任意一种,以及他们的混合物。
作为优选,所述合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂固含量在20~40%之间, 粘度在1000~150000mPa.·s,最为优选固含量在25~35%之间,粘度在80000~120000mPa.·s,之间。
为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)大分子多元醇化合物进行除水干燥;
2)向反应釜中加入二异氰酸酯、助剂、催化剂、部分溶剂以及前期反应所需要的部分小分子多元醇扩链剂,充分搅拌,在60~100℃下反应1~4h;
3)加入第二步所需的二异氰酸酯和双羟基或双伯氨基染料,在60~100℃下继续反应1~4h;在60~100℃下用二异氰酸酯调节至合适粘度,继续反应1~2h,待粘度稳定;
4)反应后冷却,计量,包装。
本发明目的在于选择可以与异氰酸酯发生反应的双羟基或者双伯氨基的染料,通过与异氰酸酯和大分子多元醇二醇反应,得到主链上接有染料分子的彩色聚氨酯树脂,该树脂可以用于聚氨酯合成革面层或者后处理,由于染料分子反应在聚氨酯主链上,因此不会发生色迁移,解决了普通聚氨酯树脂染色后染料容易迁移的问题,又解决了合成革用颜料着色造成的颜色不够艳、通透的问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将180份聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(分子量2000),真空脱水约1h,降温到50℃;向反应釜中加入DMF450份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯18份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5份,搅拌均匀,升温到80℃,反应2h;加入41.5份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和55份的分散红19,80℃继续反应2h;然后加入甲苯150份、缓慢用约5份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯增粘,当粘度升到100000cps/25℃时,加入100份丁酮,继续搅拌1h,然后冷却到30℃,出料;得到固含量为30%粘度为80000cps的红色聚氨酯树脂。
实施例2
将232份聚四氢呋喃二醇(分子量2000),真空脱水约1h,降温到50℃;向反应釜中加入DMF400份、乙二醇19份、甲苯二异氰酸酯50份、辛酸亚锡1份,搅拌均匀,升温到80℃,反应2h;加入40份甲苯二异氰酸酯和48份的分散紫1#,80℃继续反应2h;然后加入甲苯100份、乙酸乙酯100份,缓慢用约10份的甲苯二异氰酸酯增粘,当粘度升到20000cps/25℃时,停止增粘,继续搅拌1h,然后冷却到30℃,出料;得到固含量为40%粘度为50000cps的紫色聚氨酯树脂。
实施例3
将85份聚氧化丙烯二醇(分子量2000),真空脱水约1h,降温到50℃;向反应釜中加入DMF500份、新戊二醇21份、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯35份、辛酸亚锡1份,搅拌均匀,升温到80℃,反应3h;加入甲苯100份、醋酸丁酯200份、35份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯和23份的分散蓝79#,80℃继续反应4h,待粘度达到预定值后继续反应1h,然后冷却到30℃,出料;得到固含量为20%粘度为10000cps的蓝色聚氨酯树脂。
实施例 4
将130份聚碳酸酯二醇(分子量2000),真空脱水约1h,降温到50℃;向反应釜中加入DMF400份、1,4-丁二醇6份、4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯40份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1份,搅拌均匀,升温到80℃,反应3h;加入甲苯100份、醋酸乙酯200份、4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯53份和70份的分散黑1#,80℃继续反应4h,带粘度达到预定值后,继续反应1h,然后冷却到30℃,出料;得到固含量为30%粘度为80000cps的黑色聚氨酯树脂。

所述的染料为含有双羟基或者双伯氨基的染料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于该彩色聚氨酯树脂按质量百分比计主要由以下的原料制备得到:
大分子多元醇      10~20%
染料               4~6%
小分子多元醇扩链剂   1-4%
二异氰酸酯         8-12%
助剂               0.1~0.2%
溶剂               60-80%。

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述的双羟基染料为分散红5#,分散红17#,分散红19#,分散红118#,分散蓝96#,分散棕1# 中的任意一种;所述的双伯氨基染料为分散蓝2BLN, 分散紫28#, 分散紫26#,分散紫8#,分散紫1#,分散蓝56#,分散蓝 60#,分散黑1#,溶剂紫31#,溶剂紫59#中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述的小分子多元醇扩链剂为乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6己二醇,新戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷三醇的任意一种,以及它们的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述的二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯,4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯以及六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述的助剂为催化剂、流平剂、手感剂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为 N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、甲苯、丁酮、乙酸甲酯、乙酸丁酯的任意一种,以及他们的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂固含量在20~40%之间, 粘度在1000~150000mPa.·s,最为优选固含量在25~35%之间,粘度在80000~120000mPa.·s,之间。
10.权利要求1~9任意一项权利要求所述的一种合成革用彩色聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)大分子多元醇化合物进行除水干燥; 
2)向反应釜中加入二异氰酸酯、助剂、催化剂、部分溶剂以及前期反应所需要的部分小分子多元醇扩链剂,充分搅拌,在60~100℃下反应1~4h;
3)加入第二步所需的二异氰酸酯和双羟基或双伯氨基染料,在60~100℃下继续反应1~4h;在60~100℃下用二异氰酸酯调节至合适粘度,继续反应1~2h,待粘度稳定;
4)反应后冷却,计量,包装。
