Abstract
压力调整装置(10)内有成排布置的电磁控制阀(12),这些电磁控制阀与阀门组(11)结合为一体,且每个都有一个在阀门组支撑面(15)上凸起的阀门圆顶(18)以及一个对准阀门圆顶、可套入的线圈(14)。线圈(14)放入一可固定在阀门组(11)上的盖子(13)内。此外,对于套入阀门圆顶的线圈(14)的轴向无间隙定位来说,为阀门组配备一环绕阀门圆顶的弹簧元件(23)。通过弹簧元件(23)的成型使得弹簧元件在预张力的预安装状态下依次抓紧阀门圆顶(18)的外表面,但当线圈(14)套入阀门圆顶时,簧片脱离。
因此,在预安装状态获得了弹簧元件(23)的持久弹性。
电动液压压力调整装置(10)可用于汽车滑动刹车装置。
Description
现有技术
本发明涉及一种尤其适用于汽车滑动刹车装置的电动液压压力调整装置。
已经有这种电动液压压力调整装置(DE4100976A1),在这种装置中,电磁阀线圈弹性地挂在其罩形盖中,以便与阀门组接合时可从径向和轴向进行对准。此外,弹性支撑柱以螺旋压力弹簧的形式放置在盖子和线圈之间,使得在线圈上产生一个指向阀门组的力。在接合后,应通过线圈轴向压紧阀门组来保证线圈的位置。但只要接合过程不开始,盖子中的线圈就支撑在一挡块上,以承受弹簧力,因此,将线圈与放置在盖子里线圈上电子控制器相连的接触元件不会超负荷。同时,通过支撑还保证,装有线圈的盖子直到接合时弹簧都不会丢失。
本发明的目的在于,通过节省单个部件降低所述类型的压力调整装置的成本,简化压力调整装置阀门组的装配,并且在线圈最终装在阀门组上之前,保证已装配部件的不可丢失性。
为解决这一任务,提出了一种尤其适用于汽车滑动刹车装置的电动液压压力调整装置,装有成排布置可电磁控制的阀门,这些阀门与阀门组组成一体,并且每个阀门在阀门组的支撑面上有一耸起的阀门圆顶以及可对准阀门并套入到阀门上的线圈;还带有一个安装有线圈的盖子以及一个轴向固定套入线圈的弹簧元件,该盖子盖住阀门圆顶并可固定在阀门组上,弹簧元件是一带有沿阀门列延伸的桥形接片的弹簧板。基本与桥形接片垂直并从桥形接片上伸出多对簧片,且每对簧片每次伸长环绕着一个位于支撑面和所属线圈之间的阀门圆顶,弹簧元件的桥形接片有至少部分与平直段偏离的部分,结果缩短了弹簧元件,由于这一缩短,在线圈套入阀门圆顶前,在弹簧元件的两端部区域内的簧片的预张力下抓紧两列阀门的两个阀门圆顶,而当线圈套入阀门圆顶时,桥形接片在其平直段方向上伸展。
弹簧元件的桥形接片中间平直段的两侧可设有向相同的侧被弯折了的端部段。
桥形接片可在其长度上多次弯折。
弹簧元件的桥形接片可在其长度伸长方向上弯曲成弧形。
弹簧元件的桥形接片的两侧可具有在桥形接片延伸轴上对称布置的多对簧片。
本发明的压力调整装置的优点是,对许多线圈有一个只有一部分组成的弹簧元件,它在预安装状态时只要通过简单的力传递就可保证其在阀门组上的位置,但在线圈套入阀门圆顶时不传递力,而对线圈起轴向加载的作用。此外,只是充分利用了弹簧元件通过其桥形接片变形在延伸方向上长度缩短的情况。
本发明布置以简单的方式说明了弹簧元件产生的变形,以缩短其在未安装状态的长度。
另外,成功地将省料且可用的弹簧元件用于两排所有的阀门上。

实施例描述
图1中描述的用于滑动刹车装置的电动液压压力调整装置10基本上由一个内部装有阀门12的阀门组11和一内部装有用于阀门12、由电磁控制的线圈14的罩式盖子13组成。图1描述了盖子13与阀门组11接合时的状况。在安装完毕状态,盖子13沿阀门组11的支撑面15与阀门组相接合,并通过未标明的螺栓进行连接。
在阀门组11中,阀门12布置套入在相互平行伸展、在绘图平面上相互套合的两排簧片中。与阀门组11结合为一体的阀门每个都有一个与支撑面15成直角向上凸起的阀门圆顶18。线圈14被装在盖子13内,它的数量和布置与阀门圆顶18的数量及布置相应。线圈通过弹性电接触元件19与安置在盖子13中、未标明的电控制器相连。由于电接触元件的弹性,就线圈14的纵轴轴向和径向而言,线圈在盖子13中的位置可发生变化。
在线圈套入阀门圆顶过程中,当内径与圆柱形阀门圆顶直径相配合的线圈14与阀门圆顶对准时,线圈14的位置变化出现在盖子13与阀门组11的接合过程中。此外,接触元件19的弹性可以对安装完毕的线圈14和阀门圆顶18的位置和轴向偏差予以补偿。
对于安装在汽车中的压力调整装置10必须保证,在将盖子13装配到阀门组11上时所希望的线圈14的轴向弹性在汽车行驶条件下消失。出于这一目的,在阀门组11上安装了弹簧元件23。在图2俯视图中描述的弹簧元件23具有一纵向连贯的桥形接片24,从基本上与其轴线25垂直的桥形接片上伸出多对簧片26。对于图1中两排相互平行、相互套合的阀门12,每对簧片26对称分布在桥形接片24的轴25的两侧。每对的两个簧片26都环绕着一个阀门圆顶18,如图2中用点划线表示的阀门圆顶18的横截面。为此,弹簧元件23被确定用于以簧片26的自由端抓住每个所属线圈14的阀门组侧的端面,而桥形接片24支撑在阀门组11的支撑面15上。为了这一目的,弹簧元件23有一如图3所示的放大截面。对于盖在阀门组11上的盖子13,弹簧元件23的簧片26对盖子13内的线圈14产生一无轴向间隙的支撑。
压力调整装置10的优点在于,它被预先安装成两个组件,这两个组件,一个是盖子13及安装在其内的线圈14以及未进一步说明的电组件,另一个是装有阀门12的阀门组11。如图1所示,为阀门组11配备了弹簧元件23,并置于阀门组两排阀门12之间。图2描绘了弹簧元件23的伸长位置(在图2中簧片26以一定的径向间隙环绕着阀门圆顶18),图1显示了与桥形接片的平直有偏离的弹簧元件的第一实施例,也就是说,弹簧元件有一平直的、平行于支撑面15且伸展平直的中间段27,在其两端朝向支撑面弯折,与最后的平直的端部段28和29相连。由此,缩短弹簧元件23,使得在簧片的两端部区域,簧片26在预张力下抓紧两排阀门的阀门圆顶18的外面,即在图1中用30和31标明的位置上。通过这样缩短弹簧元件23,可以简单地实现,在套入阀门圆顶18后,弹簧元件有力地绕紧阀门圆顶,并在部件进一步操作时保证其位置。在装有线圈14的盖子13与阀门组11接合时,弹簧元件23被压向支撑面15,通过外面的簧片26从相应的阀门圆顶18上的径向脱离,结束这种力作用。
弹簧元件23的长度缩短也可通过其它成形实现,例如可通过桥形接片24相对于平面的多次弯折实现,如图4中借助于第二实施例描述的那样。弹簧元件23的桥形接片24通过多次小角度弯折获得了弧形变化。在其它变化中,桥形接片24也可在其纵向方向上被均匀弯曲。也可设想用其它成形方式获得所希望的长度缩短。
Claims (5)
1、一种适用于汽车滑动刹车装置的电动液压压力调整装置(10),装有成排布置可电磁控制的阀门(12),这些阀门与阀门组(11)组成一体,并且每个阀门在阀门组的支撑面(15)上有一耸起的阀门圆顶(18)以及可对准阀门并套入到阀门上的线圈(14)还带有一个安装有线圈(14)的盖子(13)以及一个轴向固定套入线圈(14)的弹簧元件(23),该盖子(13)盖住阀门圆顶(18)并可固定在阀门组(11)上,其特征是:
弹簧元件(23)是一带有沿阀门列延伸的桥形接片(24)的弹簧板,基本与桥形接片垂直并从桥形接片上伸出多对簧片(26),且每对簧片每次伸长环绕着一个位于支撑面(15)和所属线圈(14)之间的阀门圆顶(18),
弹簧元件(23)的桥形接片有至少部分与平直段偏离的部分,结果缩短了弹簧元件(23),由于这一缩短,在线圈(14)套入阀门圆顶(18)前,在弹簧元件的两端部区域内的簧片(26)的预张力下抓紧两列阀门的两个阀门圆顶18,而当线圈(14)套入阀门圆顶时,桥形接片(24)在其平直段方向上伸展。
2、根据权利要求1的电动液压调整装置,其特征是,弹簧元件(23)的桥形接片(24)中间平直段(27)的两侧有向相同的侧被弯折了的端部段(28,29)。
3、根据权利要求1或2的电动液压调整装置,其特征是,桥形接片(24)在其长度上多次弯折。
4、根据权利要求1的电动液压调整装置,其特征是,弹簧元件(23)的桥形接片(24)在其长度伸长方向上弯曲成弧形。
5、根据权利要求1的电动液压压力调整装置,其特征是,该成排布置的阀门为两排,弹簧元件(23)的桥形接片(24)的两侧在桥形接片延伸轴(25)上对称伸出多对簧片(26)。
