背景技术
目前市场上的具有小齿轮和带齿柱塞的门锁以及门传动装置使用如下的小齿轮,该小齿轮以高劳动耗费和成本耗费以及高机器设备投资分多道工序制造。车削件适用作为毛坯,随后对其进行制齿。这样制造小齿轮的后果是,每道工序之后必须运输相应的产品和需要时进行中间仓储,这就造成了物流上的挑战以及造成物流成本。小齿轮与带齿柱塞的共同作用在DE 195 38 482 C1以及DE 102 28 870 A1中有所介绍。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种开头所述类型的小齿轮,其中,将啮合部定位地加工。
为了解决该任务,提出一种具有权利要求1特征的小齿轮。在从属权利要求中实施优选的改进方案。
依据本发明的小齿轮设置为,啮合部相对于处于小齿轮的各末端上的两个四方形定位地加工。由此,在安装门锁或者门传动装置时可以向柱塞实施预紧并因此向门锁或者门传动装置的弹簧(蓄力器)实施预紧。
具有优点的是,小齿轮制造为冷冲挤压件。由此可以通过一道工序制造小齿轮。
另一种合理的实施方式在于,啮合部连续分布。下述的门锁或者门传动装置可以装备这种实施方式,即,所述门锁或者门传动装置的轴支承结构处于柱塞区域内。这在门锁具有小结构高度时是这种情况。
具有优点的是,啮合部在一端上具有轴环。轴环使啮合部稳定。下述的门锁或者门传动装置可以装备这种实施方式,即,所述门锁或者门传动装置的轴支承结构处于柱塞外部。

具体实施方式
图1示出设置用于门锁以及门传动装置的小齿轮1。在此,门锁以及门传动装置是指具有小齿轮以及带齿柱塞的各种不同的门锁以及门传动装置,正如文献DE 195 38 482 C1以及DE 102 28 870 A1所介绍的那样。小齿轮1在每个末端上具有四方形4a以及4b。在端侧11a以及11b上加工出螺孔5a以及5b,螺孔5a以及5b不是在制造小齿轮1时通过一道工序一同制造。螺孔5a和5b以及相应的螺纹在另一道工序中制造。在小齿轮1中轴线10方向上的中间区域内,在小齿轮1的圆周上加工出啮合部2。该啮合部2在两端上由各一个轴颈3a以及3b来界定,与啮合部2的内部分度圆相比,轴颈3a以及3b具有较小的直径。小齿轮1具有中轴线10,中轴线10有助于对啮合部2、轴颈3a和3b、四方形4a和4b以及螺孔5a和5b进行位置确定。啮合部2在一端上具有引导斜面2a,其中,在啮合部2的另一端上存在连续啮合部2b。具有连续啮合部2b的小齿轮1在门锁或者门传动装置上使用,其中,轴支承结构相对于门锁或者门传动装置的柱塞居中地安装。

图3示出图1的小齿轮1,其中,啮合部2的一端上存在轴环6,小齿轮1没有连续的啮合部。轴环6在对小齿轮1加负荷的情况下用于使啮合部2稳定。具有轴环6的小齿轮1在下述门锁或者门传动装置上使用,所述门锁或者门传动装置具有布置在门锁或者门传动装置的柱塞外部或者中间的轴支承结构。
图4以透视图示出图3的小齿轮1。在啮合部2的一端上加工出轴环6。锥面12a以及12b设置在处于小齿轮1各自末端上的四方形4a和4b的两个相对的侧上。
图5以侧视图示出图1的小齿轮1。在该视图中示出,啮合部2相对于四方形4a定位地来取向。啮合部2的定位能以如下方式构造,即,啮合部2的整个齿处于端侧中心线10a之一上。在另一种可能的实施方式中,啮合部2以如下方式来取向,使啮合部2的齿的根部处于端侧中心线10a之一上。这既适用于小齿轮1的啮合部2上具有偶数个齿的啮合部,也适用于具有奇数个齿的啮合部。
图6示出与带有门锁或者门传动装置的杆7的安装状态相关联的情况下的图1的小齿轮。杆7借助固定螺栓8和垫片9与小齿轮1通过在相应的螺纹旁在另一道工序内制造的螺孔5b(参见图1)形状配合且力配合地连接。
小齿轮1通过毛坯件(毛坯件可以为车削件)在下述工序内制造为冷冲挤压件,该工序分多个挤压阶段实施,而无需重新夹紧(Umspannen)毛坯件(车削件)。在这种情况下,制造四方形4a、4b,轴颈3a、3b的锥面12a、12b和带有引导斜面2a以及轴环6的啮合部2。在此,啮合部2的位置同时相对于四方形4a和4b来取向。从小齿轮1上的啮合部2所需的实施方式(具有连续啮合部2b的啮合部以及具有轴环6的啮合部)出发,按照这种方式将小齿轮1制造为冷冲挤压件。在具有连续啮合部2b的实施方式中,使用附加的挤压阶段。
在另一道工序中,加工出螺孔5a以及5b和各自所属的螺纹,以便可以利用固定螺栓8和垫片9将小齿轮1力配合地固定在杆7上,其中,通过在小齿轮1的四方形4a和4b上的锥面12a以及12b将杆7形状配合地连接。

Claims (3)

1.小齿轮(1),所述小齿轮(1)与门锁或者门传动装置的带齿柱塞相配合,所述小齿轮(1)具有至少一个啮合部(2)并且在所述小齿轮(1)的每个末端上具有四方形(4a、4b),在所述四方形(4a、4b)上存在至少一个锥面(12a、12b),并且在每个所述四方形(4a、4b)与所述啮合部(2)之间布置有圆柱体的轴颈(3a、3b),其特征在于,所述啮合部(2)相对于处于所述小齿轮(1)的所述末端上的两个所述四方形(4a、4b)定位地加工,其中,所述小齿轮(1)的端侧中心线(10a)有助于对所述啮合部(2)进行位置确定并且所述啮合部(2)在一端上具有轴环(6)。
2.按权利要求1所述的小齿轮(1),其特征在于,将所述小齿轮(1)制造为冷冲挤压件。
3.按权利要求1所述的小齿轮(1),其特征在于,所述啮合部(2)表现为连续的啮合部(2b)。
