Description
本发明的主题是一种机动减速装置,用来驱动与该减速装置输出轴相连的部件,特别是机动车电动车窗升降器。
大家知道,由电动车窗升降器驱动的车窗玻璃,在其行程的终结处将遇到止动物。因而使之突然停止,而在那一时刻,马达因其旋转速度而具有很大的动量。这一动量必须由减速装置内的部件所吸收。一般来说,该部件放在减速装置的蜗轮和机动减速装置的输出之间。通常实现这一功能所采用的是橡胶制品或专利DE-A-3,403,259中叙述的塑料缓冲器。
这种缓冲器应用的坚固性会降低,其灵敏度也会降低,一方面是由于老化,另一方面是由于温度变化的有害影响。
更主要的,这些缓冲器相对来说体积大,因而需要的空间大。
文献CH-A137404叙述了一种用于传动的弹性轮,它包括一组环状弹簧片,在弹簧片的长度的一大部分上安排有外壳或箍圈。因而这些弹簧片不能自由地变形,当被驱动部件紧压其上时,其轻度变形仅仅贮存了总动能的一小部分。
本发明的目的是提出一种装有没有上述缺点的缓冲器的机动减速装置。
本发明所设想的机动减速装置包括一个带齿的驱动轮、安装于该轮的轴上的输出部件、和插在轮与输出部件之间的缓冲装置。
按照本发明,该缓冲装置由至少一个扁平金属弹簧组成,其安排应能使之自由变形并能贮存全部动能。
采用金属材料制成缓冲器不易老化并且对热效应不敏感,而其扁平的形状实质上减小了其整体尺寸。
根据本发明的一个实施例,该弹簧形成为两个以中间平面相互对称的弹性分支弹簧,每一分支弹簧包括一个盘转部分、一个其形状便于使之支撑到轴上的第一部分、和一个弯曲的通过折迭部分与第一部分相连的第二部分,其端部被切削成便于形成一个平面与弹簧平面垂直并适合于支撑齿轮和输出部件(例如同轴圆形肋)的部件。
可以用一单根合适大小的扁平弹簧,或者两根或更多弹簧配置于齿轮的轴的周围。
本发明的其它特点和优点将在下面参照附图的说明中显示出来,说明中通过非限制性的例子说明了一个本发明的实施例。
图1是图2中内部装有根据本发明的扁平缓冲弹簧的电动减速装置的齿轮沿1/1方向的直径方向的剖面图;
图2是图1中缓冲弹簧和齿轮的正视图;
图3是机动减速装置图4中的输出部件沿3/3的半径方向的剖面图,该输出部件能覆盖到图1和图2的齿轮的轴上并与缓冲弹簧相互作用;

图5是相应于图2的放大后的局部正视图,示出了车窗玻璃紧靠其上前后,输出部件和缓冲弹簧的一个分支弹簧的位置。
在机动车电动车窗升降器中的用于驱动车窗玻璃的机动减速装置是为公众所知的,不需要任何详细说明。
该机动减速装置包括用于驱动输出部件2的齿轮1,输出部件2贯通有一轴向孔3,使之固定到齿轮1的轴4上。齿轮1上带有齿5与螺杆相互作用(螺杆没有表示出来),并在其靠轴4的内表面安装有设置在轴4周围的扁平金属弹簧6a,该弹簧6a形成两个弹性分支弹簧7,二者关于垂直于弹簧6a平面的中间平面P相互对称。每一分支弹簧7有一盘转部分、一个第一弯曲部分8和一个第二弯曲部分9,第一弯曲部分8基本上伸展覆盖于轴4的半边轮廓线,因而紧靠于其上,第二弯曲部分9通过折迭部分11与第一部分8相连。
与第一部分8或多或少地同轴伸展的每一第二部分9都伸出一径向部分12,位于弹簧6a的整体平面内。每一部分12伸出的端部被切削成与弹簧6a平面垂直的平板13和平板13伸出的端钩14。
端钩14弯曲大约与平板13成直角且伸展的环状部分伸入齿轮
1的壁16与相同半径的环状肋17之间限定的槽15中,以固定到轴上,且置于齿轮1的内周面。在描述的这个例子中,这些肋17有4个,被间隔18隔开。相邻两个肋17的端面形成与弹簧6a的每一分支弹簧7相对应的平板13邻接的支撑面(图2)。被间隔21隔开并与轴4同轴的其它环状肋19,形成在轴4与肋17之间。轴4的基面被环状部件22包围,环状部件22轴向厚度与肋19相同,且与后者限定了弹簧6a的平面支撑面。
输出部件2在面向轴4的一面包括几个同半径的环形肋23,伸在中心孔3周围且被角形间隔24隔开。这些肋23的尺寸定成能插入齿轮1的肋17和19之间限定的槽25中。如此,当弹簧6a就位,其包裹住轴4大部分外周面的两部分8紧靠在基面22和肋19上,两个平板13支撑在肋17的相邻端面,而钩14伸入槽15并支撑住就位的弹簧6a。当输出部件2安装到轴4上时,其肋23穿进槽25,因而两个相邻肋23的两个端面23a实际上与平板13相接触(图5)。
几个扁平弹簧6能相互重叠,其每一个的端部12、13、14被固定于相应的孔18中。在叙述的例子中弹簧为4个(6a、6b、6c、6d),很显然,这一个数是可以改变的。
当车窗玻璃紧靠在其行程的尽头而停止时,输出部件2突然停止其转动,而轮1此刻继续旋转。输出部件2停止后齿轮1的转动引起齿轮1和部件2的相对移动:因而在图5中可以看到,弹簧6a的一个分支弹簧7(具体哪一个取决于齿轮1的转动方向),例如右手侧分支弹簧7,受到力F的作用,该力F向第二分支弹簧7的相应部件的方向推动径向部分12、平板13和端钩14,直到齿轮1依次完全停止。因而,在一个角位移(其幅值取决于力F的幅值和弹簧6a的特性)后,端钩14、平板13和伸出部分12以及相邻的肋23假定在参照位置14a、13a、12a和23a(图5),此时弹簧6a承受其最大压缩。
当然,位于图5中左侧的第二肋23移动与另一肋23相同的角度而到达位置23a处。其它三个弹簧6b、6c、6d同样也到达参照位置。
弹簧6a至6d自由变形而贮存全部动能,使它们完全实现其作为缓冲器的功能。这些弹簧可用具有合适机械特性的金属或金属合金(例如钢)制成。其紧固性和持久性远远大于上面提到的现有技术的橡胶或塑料缓冲器。弹簧6的端部12、13支撑到肋17上的支撑面可以由任何与叙述的这个等效的布局形成。
装有根据本发明的缓冲系统的机动减速装置可以用于驱动各种部件,尤其是机动车辅助部件如车窗玻璃。
Claims (6)
1、机动减速装置,具体用于机动车电动车窗升降器,包括一个带齿的驱动轮(1)、安装于该轮的轴(4)上的输出装置(2)、置于齿轮与输出部件之间的缓冲装置,其特征在于,缓冲装置由至少一个扁平金属弹簧(6a)组成,其安排使它能自由变形并贮存全部动能。
2、根据权利要求1的机动减速装置,其特征在于,弹簧(6a)形成以中间平面(P)相互对称的两个弹性分支弹簧(7),每一分支弹簧包括一个盘转部分、一个成形于紧靠到轴(4)上的第一部分(8),和一个通过折迭部分(11)与第一部分(8)相连的第二弯曲部分(9),其端部被切削成平板(13)或类似的东西,与弹簧平面垂直,且适用于支撑齿轮(1)和输出部件(2)的部件(17),例如同轴环形肋。
3、根据权利要求2的机动减速装置,其特征在于,每一分支弹簧(7)的平板(13)通过位于弹簧(6)的整体平面的径向部分(12)与第二弯曲部分(9)相连。
4、根据权利要求2和3之一的机动减速装置,其特征在于,弹簧(6a)的每一平板(13)延伸出一弯的端钩(14),基本上与弹簧整体平面垂直,并且通过插入由齿轮(1)的与相邻平板相互作用的内部件(17)和所述齿轮的周壁(16)所限定的槽(15)中的所述端钩将就位的弹簧支撑到输出部件(2)的轴(4)上。
5、根据权利要求1-4之一的机动减速装置,其特征在于,它包括几个重叠的扁平弹簧(6a至6d),它们的端部紧靠于齿轮(1)和轴(4)之间。
6、扁平金属缓冲弹簧(6)适用于装配到按照权利要求1至5的任何一项的机动减速装置上。
