Abstract

본 발명은 전자 유압식 압력 조정 장치에 관한 것이다. 스풀(1)을 간단히 위치 시키고 지지 요소(2)에 대해 콤팩트하고 기능적으로 최적화되도록 배치하며, 압력 조정 장치가 최대한 간단히 제조되고 검사되며, 구성 요청의 상이한 열팽창 및 허용 오차가 최대한 응력을 유발하지 않고 수용될 수 있도록 하기 위해, 본 발명은 대략 판형의 지지 요소(2)의 스풀(1)쪽으로 향한 하측면에 스프링 요소(4)에 의해 추진되어 밸브 돔(5)상에서 안내되는 슬리브(3)가 장착될 수 있도록 구성할 것을 제안하고 있다.

전자 유압식 압력 조정 장치(ELECTROHYDRAULIC PRESSURE REGULATING DEVICE)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 압력 조정 장치의 부분 단면도이며,
제2도는 전기 접촉 요소의 다른 배치를 나타낸 압력 조정 장치으 측면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 밸브 수납체에 배치되는 전자기 작동식 유압 밸브(전자기 밸브), 밸브 수납체를 넘어 돌출된 부분에 전기 접촉 요소를 구비하는 스풀, 스풀의 돌출된 부분과 접촉 요소를 차폐하는 덮개 및 덮개 내부에 배치되는 스풀 수납용 지지 요소를 구비하여, 덮개 또는 그 일부는 전자 조정기를 수납하거나 전자 조정기의 접속부를 수납하도록 형성되는 전자 유압식 압력 조정 장치, 세부적으로는 안티-블로킹 조정 장치, 구동 슬립 조정 장치와 같은 제동 압력 조정 장치에 있어서, 대략 판형의 지지 요소(2)의 스풀(1)쪽을 향한 하측면에 스프링 요소(4)에 의해 추진되어 밸브 돔(5)상에서 안내되는 슬리브(3)가 정착될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 유압식 압력 조정 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 대략 판형의 지지 요소(2)의 하측면상에 스풀(1)을 주위에서 둘러싸는 다수의 관형체(6)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 유압식 압력 조정 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지 요소(2)는 그 내벽 사이의 거리가 적어도 스풀(1)을 둘러싸는 절연재(8)의 두께와 일치하는 관통 구멍(7)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 유압식 조정 장치.
  4. 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스풀(1)은 절연재(8)와 함께 관형제(6)에 억지 끼워 맞추부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 유압식 압력 조정 장치.
  5. 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지 요소(2)와 밸브 수납체(9) 사이에 프레임(10)이 밀봉적으로 끼워져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 유압식 압력 조정 장치.
  6. 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,지지 요소(2)는 관통 볼트(11)에 의해 프레임(10)과 덮개(10) 사이에 끼워져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 유압식 조정 장치.
  7. 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각2개의 인접한 스풀(1)의 전기 접촉 요소(13)는 서로 나란히 각각의 스풀(1)의 절연재(8)로 격리되고 중앙에서 합쳐지며, 각각의 접촉 요소(13)는 스풀(1)는 스풀(1)로부터 반경 방향의 외측으로 돌출되고 절연재(8)내에서 관통 구멍(7)의 방향으로 구부려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 유압식 압력 조정 장치.
