Abstract
본 발명은 마그네틱 밸브가 이용된 밸브 블록(12)을 가지는 상용차의 공기식 브레이크 장치용 유니트에 관한 것이다. 이 밸브 블록(12)에 상기 마그네틱 밸브(14)를 고정하기 위해 본 발명에 의해 상기 밸브 블록(12)과 나사로 연결된 지지판(32)이 제공된다. 이 지지판은 이것과 일체를 이루는 스프링 엘리먼트(36,38)를 가지며, 이는 밸브 블록(12)의 밸브 수용부(16)에서 마그네틱 밸브(14)를 압축한다. 본 발명은 이것이 밸브 블록(12)의 제조 시에 그리고 마그네틱 밸브의 제조 시에 허용 오차를 상쇄시키는 장점을 갖는다. 또 다른 실시예에서 본 발명은 마그네틱 밸브와 같은 식으로 압력 센서를 밸브 블록(12)에 설치하는 장점을 갖는다.

Claims (9)
- 마그네틱 밸브가 삽입되어 있는, 유체 채널을 가지는 밸브 블록을 가지며, 밸브 블록에 설치되고 마그네틱 밸브를 상기 밸브 블록에서 지지하는 지지판을 가지는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트에 있어서, 상기 지지판 (32)은 스프링 엘리먼트(36,38)와 일체로 형성되고, 상기 마그네틱 밸브(14)와 결합되며 상기 밸브 블록(12)에 대해 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지판(32)의 스프링 엘리먼트(36,38)는 유체 채널(18)이 이어지는 밸브 볼록(12)의 밸브 수용부(16)에서 축방향으로 상기 마그네틱 밸브(14)를 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지판(32)가 시트 스탬핑 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지판(32)의 스프링 엘리먼트(36,38)가 점 형상의 또는 선 형상인 융기부(40)를 가지며, 이것으로 상기 스프링 엘리먼트가 마그네틱 밸브(14)에 대해 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지판(32)의 스프링 엘리먼트(36,38)가 상기 마그네틱 밸브(14)의 요크(26)에 대해 압축하며, 이것은 상기 앵커가 축방향으로 움직일 수 있게 지지되어 있는 밸브 돔(20)과 연결되어 있으며 상기 밸브 돔(20)을 에워싸는 코일(24)과 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 마그네틱 요크(26)가 C-형상으로 형성되어 있고, 이 요크(26)의 2개의 요크 레그(28)는 상기 코일 (24)의 정면에서 밸브 돔(20)과 연결되어 있고, 상기 요크(26)의 요크 헤드(30)는 나란하게 상기 코일 (24)의 외주에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지판(32)의 스프링 엘리먼트(36)는 마그네틱 밸브(14)의 요크(26)와, 상기 밸브 블록(12)에서 먼 요크 레그(28)에 대해 편심적으로 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 블록(12)에 적어도 하나의 압력 센서 (44)가 삽입되어 있고, 상기 지지판(32)과 일체로 된 스프링 엘리먼트(45)가 밸브 블록(12)에 대해 상기 압력 센서를 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서 (44)가 상기 밸브 블록(12)의 센서 수용부(42)에 삽입되어 있고, 이 센서 수용부로 유채 채널이 이어지고 이 수용부에서 상기 스프링 엘리먼트(36)가 상기 채널을 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치용 유니트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
