Abstract
一种销钉式穿孔器具有一个绕基底枢转的臂,其中用于对纸张穿孔的穿孔销钉位于上述臂上或基底上,而模孔则位于与之相对的部件上。为了使销钉-孔对准,销钉或模孔装于或设于一浮动机构中。在销钉穿过纸张而进入模孔之前,每个机构借助于穿孔器对准件的接合定位而进行浮动。
Description
本发明涉及一种穿孔器,更具体地说涉及纸张穿孔器。
模塑的、只能对有限的纸张张数穿孔的纸张穿孔器已经过时。这种已知的穿孔器有时不能使顶臂与基底部的穿孔部件对准而影响穿孔。
本发明的目的在于提供一种穿孔器,它能克服已有技术之不足,能使穿孔元件与对应的孔容易对准。
为此,本发明提供一种在薄片上穿孔的穿孔器,包括:
a)一基底;
b)一相对于基底可枢转的臂;
c)装在穿孔器上的销钉穿孔元件;其特征在于,该穿孔器还有:
d)包括设在穿孔器上的模孔的浮动机构,所述孔用于接纳销钉穿孔元件;
e)一个安装在上述臂上的第一机构对准导引元件及一个设在上述浮动机构上的第二机构对准导引元件,所述第一、第二导引元件当所述壁枢转时是可接合的,
其中,第一和第二导引元件的接合引起所述机构浮动,使销钉穿孔元件与所述机构中的模孔对准。
概括地说,本发明包括一个具有一基底和一个臂的穿孔器,该穿孔器还包括销钉穿孔元件及模孔,它们在配合过程中完成对纸张的穿孔。为了使销钉穿孔元件与对应的孔相对准,采用了载带上述销钉穿孔元件或孔的浮动机构。当上述臂与基底相靠时,对准用的突起使上述浮动机构适当定位。
本发明的特征之一是当用塑料模塑穿孔器时允许有偏差,穿孔时销钉-孔仍能适当对准。
图1为本发明的穿孔器的平面图,其中顶臂处于靠近闭合位置;
图2为顶臂移开时的穿孔器的平面图,露出了浮动模机构;
图3为类似于图4的纵剖面图,图示的顶臂处于打开位置;

在图中,穿孔器10包括基底11及枢转的顶臂12。基底11有主体部分14,带铰链座18、19、20的凸耳16,17,以及圆环活页夹接纳孔21,22。基底11还包括量尺部分23。
具有宽度(W)及长度(L)的主体部分14包括三个凹槽26,27及28。在该三个凹槽中分别设置有三个浮动模机构31,32及33,用于在该三个凹槽26,27及28内作纵向(LD)及横向(WD)的小运动(约0.015英寸)。每个模机构31,32,33包括相应的浮动模孔31a,32a,33a及导向开口31b,32b,33b。孔31a与32a及32a与33a的距离(D)约为4.25英寸。基底11还包括基底模孔11a,11b及11c,它们略比浮动模孔大(见图3)。导向开口31b,32b及33b还贯穿于模机构抬起部分31c,32c及33c。
参见图3至5,绕基底铰链座18,19,20枢转的顶臂12带有纸张穿孔销钉36,37,38及导向突起41,42及43。当顶臂12绕铰链枢轴以弧度(R)下降时导向突起41,42,43就进入浮动机构的导向开口31b,32b,33b中。突起41,42及43具有弧曲的前侧面41s,42s,43s。开口31b,32b及33b有部分为喇叭状的前壁49,50,51。距离d1及枢轴HP与导向突起42之间的距离d2之和最好小于1英寸,其中d1约为0.496英寸,d2约为0.379英寸。当穿孔销钉36,37,38接触纸片S1,S2(图3)并进入模孔31a,32a,33a而对纸片S1及S2穿孔之前,突起41,42及43独立地将各自的浮动模机构31,32,33定位于相应的基座凹槽26,27,28中,见图3和4。由于距离d1大大小于距离D,在模塑过程中用来提高销钉-模对准度的定位容差得到了很大改进。
所述浮动模机构31,32及33最好为矩形,但也可以采用其它形状。机构31,32及33的尺寸小于凹槽26,27及28,这样即使当穿孔器各元件在加工、组装及使用所造成的非对准现象时,也可通过机构31,32及33在任何方向(如WD或LD)移动一个短距离而仍使穿孔销钉36,37及38与模孔31a,32a及33a对准。
图6示出的抬起部分32c具有用于引导突起42的辅助斜侧面52,53。浮动机构32还包括将机构32保持在基底11中的下楔形部分58,59。
最后,在图7中示出了抬起部分32c、扩张的前壁49、两个扩张的侧壁52,53,这些壁用来引导突起41,42,43。图中还示出了导向开口31b及模孔31a。
Claims (5)
1.一种在薄片上穿孔的穿孔器(10),包括:
a)一基底(11);
b)一相对于基底可枢转的臂(12);
c)装在穿孔器上的销钉穿孔元件(36,37,38);其特征在于,该穿孔器(10)还有:
d)包括设在穿孔器上的模孔(31a,32a,33a)的浮动机构,所述孔用于接纳销钉穿孔元件;
e)一个安装在上述臂上的第一机构对准导引元件(41,42,43)及一个设在上述浮动机构上的第二机构对准导引元件(31c,32c,33c),所述第一、第二导引元件当所述壁枢转时是可接合的,
其中,第一和第二导引元件的接合引起所述机构浮动,使销钉穿孔元件(36,37,38)与所述机构中的模孔(31a,32a,33a)对准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的穿孔器,其特征在于,每个浮动机构有一模孔(31a,32a,33a)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的穿孔器,其特征在于,每个浮动机构有一装于其上的穿孔销钉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的穿孔器,其特征在于,所述基底,臂及浮动机构通过模塑而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的穿孔器,其特征在于,该穿孔机设有放置圆环活页夹的圆环的孔。
