Abstract

핀타입 펀치는 받침대를 선회할 수 있는 암을 가지고 있고, 종이에 구멍을 뚫는 펀치핀은 암 또는 받침대에 놓여 있으며 형틀구멍은 반대쪽에 있다. 핀을 구멍에 맞추면 핀이나 구멍이 끼워지게 되거나, 유동세트내에 놓이게 된다. 펀치정렬세트를 결합시키면 각각의 세튼 유동하여 핀이 종이위에 구멍을 뚫으면서 형틀구멍을 통과하게 된다.

제1도는 상부암이 거의 잠긴 펀치의 평면도이다. 제2도는 상부암을 떼어내고 유동형 세트(floating dieunit)를 드러낸 상태의 평면도이다. 제3도 측단면도로서 도면 4와 비슷하지만 상부암이 열려 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 종이에 구멍을 뚫는 펀치에 있어서, a) 받침대, b) 받침대를 선회할 수 있는 암(arm), c) 펀치에 설치된 핀펀치부품, d) 형틀을 포함한 유동세트, e) 암에 설치된 제1세트 정렬유도부품과 이 세트에 설치된 제2세트 정렬유도부품으로 구성되어 암이 선회하면서 유도부품이 결합하게 되고, 제1, 제2유도부품의 결합으로 세트가 움직여서 핀펀치부품과 세트에 뚫린 형틀구멍이 정렬하게 되는 펀치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 유동세트에 형틀구멍이 설치된 펀치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 유동세트에 펀치핀이 설치된 펀치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 받침대, 암유동세트가 플라스틱으로 주조된 펀치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 링, 바인더의 구멍이 나 있는 펀치.
