Abstract

本发明公开了一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡,按照重量份数计,其配方为:聚醚多元醇80~90份,蓖麻油10~20份,水4~5份,胺类催化剂0.20~0.30份,有机锡催化剂0.10~0.20份,碱金属催化剂0.5~0.2份,硅油2370?1.5~0.5份,异氰酸酯52~56份。还公开了其制备方法。采用一步法生产绿色环境友好型聚氨酯软泡,简化了生产工艺和原材料处理步骤,其中蓖麻油的添加量达到15~20%,充分利用自然资源,可节约10~20%的聚醚多元醇使用量,实现人与自然的和谐发展。

一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于一种聚氨酯软泡类产品,具体涉及一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯产品主要原料为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯,而这两种原材料均来自于石油产品。由于石油是一种不可再生资源,随着全球经济的发展,能源的消耗越来越大。过度依赖石油资源,既不利于环保和节能,在战略上也不利于国家和企业的稳定、长远发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡及其制备方法,以克服上述缺点和不足。
本发明通过实验研发,选择合适的催化剂和匀泡剂,优化生产工艺,设计一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡的一步法生产配方,其中蓖麻油的添加量为多元醇类物质总质量的15%。
本发明所需要解决的技术问题,可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
作为本发明的第一方面,一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡,其特征在于:按照重量份数计,其配方为:
聚醚多元醇80~90份,
蓖麻油10~20份,
水4~5份,
胺类催化剂0.20~0.30份,
有机锡催化剂0.10~0.20份,
碱金属催化剂0.5~0.2份,
硅油2370 1.5~0.5份,
异氰酸酯52~56份。
进一步,按照重量份数计,优选的配方为:
聚醚多元醇85份,
蓖麻油15份,
水4份,
胺类催化剂0.24份,
有机锡催化剂0.16份,
碱金属催化剂0.3份,
硅油2370 1份,
异氰酸酯55.24份。
其中,NCO指数110~113%,
作为本发明的第二方面,一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:按照配方将所述原料准备好,其中,A组份由聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、水、胺类催化剂、有机锡催化剂、碱金属催化剂、硅油2370按配方量混合在一起,搅拌30~50s使其充分混合,B组份为单一的异氰酸酯成分;
(2)混合:将步骤(1)准备好的A组份、B组份原料混合,以6000rpm的速度搅拌6~8s;
(3)乳白:将混合物快速倒入模具中,观察其由半透明变至全浑浊、发白的粘稠液体;
(4)凝胶:观察上升的泡沫体停止增长,并有大量气泡从表皮吐出。
步骤(1)中,原料温度27℃~30℃。
步骤(2)中,采用机头搅拌时间6~8S。
步骤(3)中,乳白时间为14~15s。
步骤(4)中,凝胶时间为135~140s。
本发明的有益效果:
1、蓖麻油是一种天然产物,含仲羟基甘油酯结构,其中的OH基团可与异氰酸酯的NCO基团反应生成氨基甲酸酯,进而形成交联网状结构。通过用蓖麻油取代部分石油化工产品聚醚多元醇,来降低石油依赖,提高聚氨酯产品的环境友好性。
2、蓖麻油中的羟基大部分为仲羟基,因基团位阻效应,该羟基的反应活性不高,在现有的催化体系下与NCO基团的反应速度偏慢,常规配方中添加蓖麻油会造成泡沫体不稳定、乱孔、刚性减弱甚至生产时塌泡等不利影响。
3、已有部分聚醚厂商通过蓖麻油等为基础原材料进行化学反应制得植物油多元醇,但这种方法工艺繁杂,需要多个流程反应,还需对成品进行后处理才能在配方中添加使用。
4、通过选用特殊的催化剂和匀泡剂,发明人开发出了一种一步法生产绿色环境友好型聚氨酯软泡,简化了生产工艺和原材料处理步骤,其中蓖麻油的添加量达到10~20%,充分利用自然资源,实现人与自然的和谐发展。

以下结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。应理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例
一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡,按照重量份数计,其配方为:聚醚多元醇80~90份,蓖麻油10~20份,水4~5份,胺类催化剂0.20~0.30份,有机锡催化剂0.10~0.20份,碱金属催化剂0.5~0.2份,硅油2370 1.5~0.5份,异氰酸酯52~56份。
现有技术为常规25密度海绵配方A25,本发明为新型绿色环保海绵配方A25-Green,其配方参见表1。
一种环境友好型聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:按照配方将所述原料准备好,其中,A组份由聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、水、胺类催化剂、有机锡催化剂、碱金属催化剂、硅油2370按配方量混合在一起,搅拌30~50s使其充分混合,B组份为单一的异氰酸酯成分;
(2)混合:将步骤(1)准备好的A组份、B组份原料混合,原料温度27℃~30℃,以6000rpm的速度机头搅拌6~8s;
(3)乳白:将混合物快速倒入模具中,观察其由半透明变至全浑浊、发白的粘稠液体,乳白时间为14~15s;
(4)凝胶:观察上升的泡沫体停止增长,并有大量气泡从表皮吐出,凝胶时间为135s~140s。

从以上配方参数可看出,通过添加10~20份蓖麻油来替代普通软泡聚醚多元醇来生产,可节约10~20%的聚醚多元醇使用量。原材料选择说明:
1、使用活性更强的2370硅油来降低物料表明张力,来抵消蓖麻油带来的初期消泡左右,防止乱孔及塌泡。
2、增加碱金属催化剂来提高体系pH值。因聚氨酯催化剂的催化活性受pH值影响较大,通过提高pH值来提高蓖麻油的不活泼仲羟基与NCO基团反应速率,防止凝胶反应不充分造成的塌泡、熟化过慢。
3、通过增加NCO的浓度、提高体系反应温度来促进蓖麻油的仲羟基反应完全。根据勒夏特列原理,增加反应物浓度,平衡就向反应物浓度减小的方向移动,也就是向正反应方向移动;根据阿伦尼乌斯公式K=Aexp(-Ea/RT),升高体系反应温度可提高初始反应速率;延长机头搅拌时间可使物料均匀度提高,避免因蓖麻油导致的物料乳化程度不够现象。
成品物性测试结果参见表2。

从表2的测试报告中可看出,使用蓖麻油的A25-Green软泡的硬度指标高于普通聚醚生产的A25软泡,分析因蓖麻油的羟值为160,引入更多的NCO硬段所致;同时A25-Green的配方指数较高,因此硬度也会有所提高。A25-Green的拉伸和断裂伸长率略低于A25泡沫,因硬段较多,海绵的柔软性会有一定的影响。总体来说,A25-Green的各项物性指标均符合市面上常见产品的技术要求。

聚醚多元醇80~90份,
蓖麻油10~20份,
水4~5份,
胺类催化剂0.20~0.30份,
有机锡催化剂0.10~0.20份,
碱金属催化剂0.5~0.2份,
硅油2370  1.5~0.5份,
异氰酸酯52~56份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯软泡,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其配方为:
聚醚多元醇85份,
蓖麻油15份,
水4份,
胺类催化剂0.24份,
有机锡催化剂0.16份,
碱金属催化剂0.3份,
硅油2370  1份,
异氰酸酯55.24份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚氨酯软泡,其特征在于,聚氨酯软泡的NCO指数110~113%。
4.一种根据权利要求1所述的环境友好型聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:按照配方将所述原料准备好,其中,A组份由聚醚多元醇、蓖麻油、水、胺类催化剂、有机锡催化剂、碱金属催化剂、硅油2370按配方量混合在一起,搅拌30~50s使其充分混合,B组份为单一的异 氰酸酯成分;
(2)混合:将步骤(1)准备好的A组份、B组份原料混合,以6000rpm的速度搅拌6~8s;
(3)乳白:将混合物快速倒入模具中,观察其由半透明变至全浑浊、发白的粘稠液体;
(4)凝胶:观察上升的泡沫体停止增长,稳定并凝胶,有大量气泡从表皮吐出。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,原料温度27℃~30℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,采用机头搅拌时间6~8S。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,乳白时间为14~15s。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,凝胶时间为135~140s。
