Abstract

本发明公开了一种超耐水解高剥离弹力牛巴革的制备方法,选用经编弹力纺棉绒为基布;选用合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司研发的耐水解牛巴革树脂(SW-35NB)与嘉兴禾欣化学工业有限公司的耐水解湿法树脂(HX-3022)与DMF水溶液、高效的孔型调整剂等进行混合搭配作为涂覆浆料,通过涂覆浆料配方配比的优化设计,配合特定的工艺条件制备出具有泡孔结构细密均匀、革面绒感强烈、剥离强度大于60N/3cm,并于25℃*10%NaOH*24H条件耐水解后剥离强度仍可以保留70%等优异物性的弹力牛巴革。

一种超耐水解高剥离弹力牛巴革的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯合成革工艺,特别是一种弹力牛巴革的制备方法。
背景技术
    目前,国内市场上现有的耐水解弹力牛巴革的品质均不高,均或多或少的存在着泡孔结构不均匀,剥离强度低、成肌性差,展色性不够好,表面滑爽感不好等缺陷。缺乏一种弹力牛巴革可以同时具有耐水解性好、剥离强度高、成肌性好,展色性好,表面滑爽感高等优点,上述这些缺陷在很大程度上限制了弹力牛巴革在鞋、箱包、家具以及一些高端消费产品中的应用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种生产工艺简单、物理性能优异的牛巴革产品的制备方法。
具体技术方案如下:
一种超耐水解高剥离弹力牛巴革的制备方法,按以下方法步骤进行:
   (1)湿法贝斯生产线中基布开始发送,所述基布选用纺棉绒;
   (2)基布经储布器进入预凝聚槽中浸DMF水溶液预处理;
   (3)预处理后的基布送入烫平辊烫平;
   (4)烫平后的基布送入涂覆机涂覆浆料;
        所述浆料物料配方如下:
        DMF溶剂                               50份
        水洗加工促进剂                         0.3份
        流平剂                                 0.2份
        孔型调整剂                             0.6份
        耐水解牛巴革树脂(SW-35NB)            70份
        耐水解湿法树脂(HX-3022)                40份
        色料                                   15份
   (5)涂覆浆料后的基布送入主凝聚槽中经DMF水溶液凝固;
   (6)待浆料于基布上完全凝固后,将基布依次通过水洗槽、烘箱以及冷却辊,分别进行水洗、烘干和冷却处理,得到湿法贝斯;
   (7)将湿法贝斯收卷移送至磨皮生产线,面磨后得到牛巴革成品。
进一步,所述基布的克重为230±10g/m2,厚度为0.85±0.05mm,幅宽为1.65±0.05m。
进一步,所述湿法贝斯生产线的工艺参数为:生产线车速10±2m/min,生产线张力0.10±0.02MPa,预凝聚槽中DMF水溶液浓度35±5%,涂覆机刀头间隙2.15±0.05mm,主凝聚中DMF水溶液的浓度和温度分别为22±2%、35±5℃。
进一步所述磨皮生产线的工艺参数为:砂纸细度P150、包角11±2°、砂辊转速1350±100转/分、磨削量6~10丝、生产车速10±2m/min。
进一步,制备方法还包括步骤(8):将步骤(7)所得的牛巴革成品移送至印刷生产线,按照对应所需的牛巴革产品的物性要求,对牛巴革成品进行印花、泼水以及增艳工艺处理。
本发明的有益效果在于:
   (1)本发明的涂覆浆料配方选用合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司研发的耐水解牛巴革树脂(SW-35NB)与嘉兴禾欣化学工业有限公司的耐水解湿法树脂(HX-3022)与DMF水溶液、高效的孔型调整剂等进行混合搭配使用,经反复多次试验验证得到最佳配方比。采用该涂覆浆料制备的牛巴革泡孔结构细密均匀、革面绒感强烈、剥离强度高、耐水解性能好;其剥离强度大于60N/3cm,并在25℃*10%NaOH*24H条件耐水解后剥离强度扔可保留70%;可广泛应用于国内高端产品市场,填补了国内耐水解牛巴革技术的不足。
   (2)选用挺括性及尺寸稳定性较好、透气性佳的仿棉绒作湿法贝斯的基布,生产加工更易于控制,剥离强度及手感等物性更优异。如果生产所选用的基布挺括性及尺寸稳定性差,弹力牛巴湿法贝斯在加工过程中会出现革面皱印(面磨后革面发花,影响成品牛巴品质),贝斯卷边(增加生产控制难度,情况严重时会导致停机,没有办法继续生产)等问题,基布的厚度在很大程度上会影响贝斯的厚度,基布过薄或厚都不宜与对贝斯厚度的控制,基布幅宽过窄会导致贝斯在湿法加工时上针板的幅宽窄,强行定幅后贝斯的剥离强度会受到影响。本发明通过长期实践验证,确定了最适宜的纺棉绒为基布类型,标准优选克重为230±10g/m2,厚度为0.85±0.05mm,幅宽为1.65±0.05m;与涂覆浆料配合所获弹力牛巴革成品物性更好。
   (3)本发明的方法适用于现有的湿法合成革生产线,生产线的工艺参数经长期生产论证,严格控制每一步操作条件,进一步提高了弹力牛巴革的品质;于磨皮生产线面磨后的牛巴革可移至印刷生产线,按照特殊花纹、耐水解性能、革面颜色鲜艳程度等要求,对面磨后的牛巴革进行印花、泼水及增艳等处理;可以生产出既带有花纹图案又满足特殊物性要求的高品弹力质牛巴革。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的制备方法做进一步的详细说明:
实施例1:
制备湿法贝斯:用重量为220g/m2,幅宽为1.6m,厚度0.8mm的黑色仿棉绒作湿法贝斯的基布,本发明的基布物性与目前其他基布对比参见表5;选用基布的光面做涂覆面,基布于放布架放置送入湿法贝斯生产线,依次经预凝聚槽、烫平辊、涂覆机、主凝聚槽、水洗槽、烘箱、冷却辊处理后制成牛巴革湿法贝斯,贝斯收卷备用。其中湿法贝斯的涂覆浆料配方参照表1所示,湿法贝斯在生产加工过程中,湿法贝斯生产线的各部分工艺参数设定为:预凝聚槽中DMF浓度为30%,生产车速8m/min,生产线张力0.08MPa,刀头间隙2.10mm,主凝聚槽中DMF浓度为20%、温度为30℃,出凝聚槽贝斯宽度为 1.40m、厚度为1.22mm,水洗槽水温度为50℃,贝斯进烘箱幅宽为1.38m,主烘箱温度:前段150℃;中段150℃;后段设定0℃。成品湿法贝斯幅宽:1.40m;厚度:1.12mm;克重:530g/m2
将湿法贝斯移至磨皮生产线,按照相应的面磨工艺,面磨出满足相应要求的牛巴革成品。湿法贝斯的磨皮工艺参数为:砂纸细度为P150,包角9°,磨削量6丝,车速8m/min,砂辊转速1250转/分。
将面磨后的牛巴革成品移至印刷生产线,按照特殊花纹、耐水解性能、革面颜色鲜艳程度的要求,对面磨后的牛巴革进行印花、泼水及增艳工艺处理,提高牛巴革品质。
实施例2:
制备湿法贝斯:用重量为240g/m2,幅宽为1.7m,厚度0.9mm的粉色仿棉绒作湿法贝斯的基布,本发明的基布物性与目前其他基布对比参见表5;选用基布的光面做涂覆面,基布于放布架放置送入湿法贝斯生产线,依次经预凝聚槽、烫平辊、涂覆机、主凝聚槽、水洗槽、烘箱、冷却辊处理后制成牛巴革湿法贝斯,贝斯收卷备用。其中湿法贝斯的涂覆浆料配方参照表2所示,湿法贝斯在生产加工过程中,湿法贝斯生产线的各部分工艺参数设定为:预凝聚槽中DMF浓度为40%,生产车速12m/min,生产线张力0.12MPa,刀头间隙2.20mm,主凝聚槽中DMF浓度为24%、温度为40℃,出凝聚槽贝斯宽度为 1.40m、厚度为1.22mm,水洗槽水温度为50℃,贝斯进烘箱幅宽为1.38m,主烘箱温度:前段150℃;中段150℃;后段设定0℃。成品湿法贝斯幅宽:1.40m;厚度:1.12mm;克重:530g/m2
将湿法贝斯移至磨皮生产线,按照相应的面磨工艺,面磨出满足相应要求的牛巴革成品。湿法贝斯的磨皮工艺参数为:砂纸细度为P150,包角13°,磨削量10丝,车速12m/min,砂辊转速1450转/分。
将面磨后的牛巴革成品移至印刷生产线,按照特殊花纹、耐水解性能、革面颜色鲜艳程度的要求,对面磨后的牛巴革进行印花、泼水及增艳工艺处理,提高牛巴革品质。
实施例3:
制备湿法贝斯:用重量为230g/m2,幅宽为1.65m,厚度0.85mm的蓝色仿棉绒作湿法贝斯的基布,本发明的基布物性与目前其他基布对比参见表5;选用基布的光面做涂覆面,基布于放布架放置送入湿法贝斯生产线,依次经预凝聚槽、烫平辊、涂覆机、主凝聚槽、水洗槽、烘箱、冷却辊处理后制成牛巴革湿法贝斯,贝斯收卷备用。其中湿法贝斯的涂覆浆料配方参照表3所示,湿法贝斯在生产加工过程中,湿法贝斯生产线的各部分工艺参数设定为:预凝聚槽中DMF浓度为35%,生产车速10m/min,生产线张力0.10MPa,刀头间隙2.15mm,主凝聚槽中DMF浓度为22%、温度为35℃,出凝聚槽贝斯宽度为 1.40m、厚度为1.22mm,水洗槽水温度为60℃,贝斯进烘箱幅宽为1.38m,主烘箱温度:前段150℃;中段150℃;后段设定0℃。成品湿法贝斯幅宽:1.40m;厚度:1.12mm;克重:530g/m2
将湿法贝斯移至磨皮生产线,按照相应的面磨工艺,面磨出满足相应要求的牛巴革成品。湿法贝斯的磨皮工艺参数为:砂纸细度为P150,包角11°,磨削量8丝,车速10m/min,砂辊转速1350转/分。

实施例1-3所得的牛巴革产品与现有的牛巴革产品的各项物性对比参照表4所示,实施例1-3所得的牛巴革产品与现有的牛巴革产品的孔型图分别参照图1和图2所示;由表4可以看出通过本发明实施例所得的牛巴革产品的各项物性均优于市面上其他一般牛巴革产品;由图1和图2对比可以看出本发明实施例得到的牛巴革孔型更为细密均匀,成型效果更好。

Claims (5)

1.一种超耐水解高剥离弹力牛巴革的制备方法,按以下方法步骤进行:
  (1)湿法贝斯生产线中基布开始发送,所述基布选用纺棉绒;
  (2)基布经储布器进入预凝聚槽中浸DMF水溶液预处理;
  (3)预处理后的基布送入烫平辊烫平;
  (4)烫平后的基布送入涂覆机涂覆浆料;
   所述浆料物料配方如下:
       DMF溶剂                               50份

       孔型调整剂                             0.6份
       耐水解牛巴革树脂(SW-35NB)            70份

  (7)将湿法贝斯收卷移送至磨皮生产线,面磨后得到牛巴革成品。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超耐水解高剥离弹力牛巴革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述磨皮生产线的工艺参数为:砂纸细度P150、包角11±2°、砂辊转速1350±100转/分、磨削量6~10丝、生产车速10±2m/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超耐水解高剥离弹力牛巴革的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤(8):将步骤(7)所得的牛巴革成品移送至印刷生产线,按照对应所需的牛巴革产品的物性要求,对牛巴革成品进行印花、泼水以及增艳工艺处理。
