Abstract
本发明涉及一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,主要步骤是先制得预处理液和贝斯涂层树脂,将合成革基布浸润在预处理液中,采用浸润与挤轧相结合的两浸两轧工艺预处理后,将贝斯涂层树脂涂覆在预处理的合成革基布上,在半干的状态下用压纹带进行压纹,制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。不需要喷涂促进溶剂型树脂凝固的凝固液,节省了喷涂凝固液‑清洗凝固液‑高温烘干的流程,不仅解决了设备占地问题,更节省能耗提高效率。本发明利用水性聚氨酯树脂发泡形成球状微孔,涂布于合成革基布上,烘干过程中利用压纹带在一定温度、压力下挤压表面形成立体纹理,烘干后从压纹带表面剥离即制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。

技术领域
本发明属于水性合成革领域,特别是涉及一种一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺。
背景技术
合成革由于其具有可持续发展性,利于工业化批量生产,已经广为大众接受。普通的合成革是转移膜法工艺,此方法受到离型纸、离型膜纹路的束缚,成品纹路较平坦,不适合生产立体纹路。压纹合成革,是目前外观和工艺上最接近真皮的合成革。
目前市场上以不环保的溶剂型压纹合成革为主,制备工艺如下:基布预处理-涂布溶剂型树脂-喷涂凝固液-清洗凝固液-高温烘干-制得贝斯-表面印刷离型层-高温压纹-表面修饰-成品;该工艺复杂且效率低,其中清洗凝固液工序会产生含溶剂的废水,需精馏回收;压纹过程为将干燥成型的水性聚氨酯合成革通过高温辊压装置,辊压装置中表面设置有阵列凸起的压纹辊和压纹配合辊相互配合,在合成革表面形成纹路。由于高温压纹导致合成革的手感僵硬,压纹定型效果差,压纹后物理性能下降明显等,阻碍了水性压纹合成革的创新与发展。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题为克服现有技术中水性压纹合成革压纹手感僵硬、压纹定型效果差,压纹后物理性能下降等不足之处,提供一种一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺。
为了解决本发明的技术问题,所采取的技术方案为,一种一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将0.5-10重量份的防水剂加入100重量份的水中,分散均匀得到预处理液,将合成革基布浸润在预处理液中,采用浸润与挤轧相结合的两浸两轧工艺后挤压去除多余预处理液,制得预处理的合成革基布;
S2、称取以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、木质粉2-15份、碳酸钙10-30份、滑石粉10-20份、交联剂0.3-3份、色浆0.5-5份、增稠剂0.2-2份、发泡剂2-8份,混合后分散均匀并将粘度调至10000-30000cps且发泡至1.1-3.0倍,制得贝斯涂层树脂待用;
S3、将步骤S2的贝斯涂层树脂涂覆在步骤S1预处理的合成革基布上形成贝斯层,待烘至表面成膜而内部仍软化的状态后,通过导辊水平传送,所述贝斯层的上方设置有闭式的压纹带,所述压纹带的靠近贝斯层的一面涂有聚四氟乙烯离型层且设置有凸起纹路,所述压纹带与导辊配合,在贝斯层表面形成压纹,待贝斯层完全烘干后从压纹带上剥离下来,即制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。

优选的,所述压纹带的材质为不锈钢,温度为90-140℃,在贝斯层上的压纹压力为4-8kg/cm2。
优选的,所述防水剂为有机硅疏水助剂。
优选的,所述水性聚氨酯树脂为固含量40-65wt%的水性芳香族聚氨酯树脂或水性脂肪族聚氨酯树脂。
优选的,所述木质粉为目数大于400目的木质纤维素,所述滑石粉为目数大于1000目的滑石粉末。

本发明的制作方法制得的水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯材料环保、柔软、透气、耐磨、耐屈挠,纹路立体,不易回弹,且手感柔软,特别适用于鞋材、箱包、沙发,为下游应用提供了新的选择。

以下实施例中的生产厂家均为缩写,其中科天水性为合肥科天水性科技有限责任公司的缩写,广州冠志为广州冠志新材料科技有限公司的缩写,深蓝科技为浙江深蓝新材料科技有限公司的缩写,上海尤恩为上海尤恩化工有限公司的缩写,BYK为德国毕克化学的缩写。
实施例1
步骤一、配制贝斯涂层树脂;
涂层树脂由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:科天水性KT635M树脂100份、600目木质粉2份、800目碳酸钙15份,1250目滑石粉15份、广州冠志OS-9013异氰酸酯交联剂0.5份、深蓝科技0039白0.5份,科天水性ZZ46增稠剂0.3份、科天水性ZQ95发泡剂5份;然后将粘度调至18000cps;发泡倍率调至1.4倍;
步骤二、使用预处理液处理基布,烫平辊烫平;
预处理液由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:水100份、科天水性ZQ97有机硅防水剂1份;基布为0.55mm白色双面起毛TC布;基布通过80-160℃烫平;
步骤三、制作贝斯;
将步骤一涂层树脂以涂布量260g/㎡涂于步骤二处理过的合成革基布上,形成贝斯层1;贝斯层1在90-100℃温度下烘至半干后,在贝斯层导辊2的作用下水平传送,贝斯层1的上方设置有闭式的压纹带3,压纹带3的温度为120℃,压纹带3在压纹带传送辊4和压纹带导辊5的作用下与贝斯1复合,在贝斯1表面形成压纹,压辊间隙为0.75mm,压纹压力为8kg/cm2;压纹的工作区间足够使压纹后贝斯层烘干,然后将烘干后的贝斯层从压纹带上剥离下来,即制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。
实施例2
步骤一、配制贝斯涂层树脂;
涂层树脂由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:科天水性KT702A树脂100份、500目木质粉20份、800目碳酸钙10份,1000目滑石粉15份、上海尤恩SAC100氮丙啶交联剂0.5份、深蓝科技530色浆0.3份,科天水性ZZ48增稠剂0.2份、科天水性ZQ95发泡剂8份;然后将粘度调至15000cps;发泡倍率调至2.5倍;
步骤二、使用预处理液处理基布,烫平辊烫平;预处理液由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:水100份、科天水性ZQ97有机硅防水剂5份;基布为0.35mm黑灰色麂皮绒布;基布通过80-150℃烫平;
步骤三、制作贝斯;
将步骤一涂层树脂以涂布量220g/㎡涂于步骤二处理过的合成革基布上形成贝斯层1;贝斯层1在90-100℃温度下烘至半干后,在贝斯层导辊2的作用下水平传送,贝斯层1的上方设置有闭式的压纹带3,压纹带3的温度为120℃,压纹带3在压纹带传送辊4和压纹带导辊5的作用下与贝斯1复合,在贝斯1表面形成压纹,压辊间隙为0.55mm,压纹压力为8kg/cm2;压纹的工作区间足够压纹后贝斯层烘干,然后将烘干后的贝斯层从压纹带上剥离下来,即制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。
实施例3
步骤一、配制贝斯涂层树脂;
涂层树脂由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:科天水性KT636树脂100份、500目木质粉20份、400目碳酸钙10份,1000目滑石粉15份、广州冠志OS-90130.5份、深蓝科技0039白色1份,科天水性F02增稠剂0.2份、科天水性ZQ98发泡剂6份;然后将粘度调至15000cps;发泡倍率调至1.9倍;
步骤二、使用预处理液处理基布,烫平辊烫平;
预处理液由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:水100份、科天水性ZQ97有机硅防水剂2份;基布为0.65mm白色阿迪布;基布通过80-150℃烫平;
步骤三、制作贝斯;
将步骤一涂层树脂以涂布量270g/㎡涂于步骤二处理过的合成革基布上,形成贝斯层1;贝斯层1在90-100℃温度下烘至半干后,在贝斯层导辊2的作用下水平传送,贝斯层1的上方设置有闭式的压纹带3,压纹带3的温度为120℃,压纹带3在压纹带传送辊4和压纹带导辊5的作用下与贝斯1复合,在贝斯1表面形成压纹,压辊间隙为0.85mm,压纹压力为8kg/cm2;压纹的工作区间足够使压纹后贝斯层烘干,然后将烘干后的贝斯层从压纹带上剥离下来,即制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。
实施例4
步骤一、配制贝斯涂层树脂;
涂层树脂由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:科天水性KT636树脂100份、500目木质粉18份、400目碳酸钙15份,1000目滑石粉10份、广州冠志OS-90131份、深蓝科技530色浆1份,BYK7610增稠剂0.2份、科天水性ZQ98发泡剂8份;然后将粘度调至15000cps;发泡倍率调至1.8倍;
步骤二、使用预处理液处理基布,烫平辊烫平;
预处理液由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:水100份、科天水性ZQ97有机硅防水剂1.5份;基布为0.65灰色双面起毛斜纹布;基布通过80-150℃烫平;
步骤三、制作贝斯;
将步骤一涂层树脂以涂布量320g/㎡涂于步骤二处理过的合成革基布上,形成贝斯层1;贝斯层1在90-100℃温度下烘至半干后,在贝斯层导辊2的作用下水平传送,贝斯层1的上方设置有闭式的压纹带3,压纹带3的温度为120℃,压纹带3在压纹带传送辊4和压纹带导辊5的作用下与贝斯1复合,在贝斯1表面形成压纹,压辊间隙为0.86mm,压纹压力为8kg/cm2;压纹的工作区间足够使压纹后贝斯层烘干,然后将烘干后的贝斯层从压纹带上剥离下来,即制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。
实施例5
步骤一、配制贝斯涂层树脂;
涂层树脂由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:科天水性KT656树脂100份、500目木质粉10份、400目碳酸钙20份,1000目滑石粉15份、广州冠志OS-90131份、深蓝科技530黑色1份,科天水性ZZ48增稠剂0.3份、科天水性ZQ98发泡剂8份;然后将粘度调至16000cps;发泡倍率调至2.7倍;
步骤二、使用预处理液处理基布,烫平辊烫平;
预处理液由以下重量份原料组分经高速分散机分散均匀后制得:水100份、科天水性ZQ97有机硅防水剂5份;基布为0.35mm黑灰麂皮绒布;基布通过100-140℃烫平;
步骤三、制作贝斯;
将步骤一涂层树脂以涂布量270g/㎡涂于步骤二处理过的合成革基布上,形成贝斯层1;贝斯层1在90-100℃温度下烘至半干后,在贝斯层导辊2的作用下水平传送,贝斯层1的上方设置有闭式的压纹带3,压纹带3的温度为120℃,压纹带3在压纹带传送辊4和压纹带导辊5的作用下与贝斯1复合,在贝斯1表面形成压纹,压辊间隙为0.65mm,压纹压力为8kg/cm2;压纹的工作区间足够使压纹后贝斯层烘干,然后将烘干后的贝斯层从压纹带上剥离下来,即制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。

由上表1中实施例1-5的测试结果可知,采用本申请的工艺制得的服装革、鞋革、沙发革、箱包革等,其耐折和剥离强度均符合相应产品的国标要求。
本领域的技术人员应理解,以上所述仅为本发明的若干个具体实施方式,而不是全部实施例。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,还可以做出许多变形和改进,所有未超出权利要求所述的变形或改进均应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将0.5-10重量份的防水剂加入100重量份的水中,分散均匀得到预处理液,将合成革基布浸润在预处理液中,采用浸润与挤轧相结合的两浸两轧工艺后挤压去除多余预处理液,制得预处理的合成革基布;
S2、称取以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、木质粉2-15份、碳酸钙10-30份、滑石粉10-20份、交联剂0.3-3份、色浆0.5-5份、增稠剂0.2-2份、发泡剂2-8份,混合后分散均匀并将粘度调至10000-30000cps且发泡至1.1-3.0倍,制得贝斯涂层树脂待用;
S3、将步骤S2的贝斯涂层树脂涂覆在步骤S1预处理的合成革基布上形成贝斯层(1),待贝斯层(1)的表面烘至成膜而内部仍软化的状态后,将涂覆贝斯层(1)的合成革基布通过导辊(2)水平传送,所述贝斯层(1)的上方设置有闭式的压纹带(3),所述压纹带(3)的靠近贝斯层(1)的一面涂有聚四氟乙烯离型层且设置有凸起纹路,所述压纹带(3)与导辊(2)配合在贝斯层(1)表面形成压纹,待贝斯层(1)完全烘干后将涂覆贝斯层(1)的合成革基布从压纹带(3)上剥离下来,即制得水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述压纹带(3)的材质为不锈钢,温度为90-140℃,在贝斯层(1)上的压纹压力为4-8kg/cm2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述防水剂为有机硅疏水助剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯树脂为固含量40-65wt%的水性芳香族聚氨酯树脂或水性脂肪族聚氨酯树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述木质粉为目数大于400目的木质纤维素,所述滑石粉为目数大于1000目的滑石粉末。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙为目数大于400目的轻质碳酸钙或重质碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述交联剂为多异氰酸酯交联剂或氮丙啶交联剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述色浆为非离子水性色浆。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为非离子缔合型增稠剂、碱溶胀型增稠剂、纤维素增稠剂的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一步法制备水性聚氨酯压纹合成革贝斯的工艺,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为阴离子表面活性剂类发泡剂、硅树脂聚醚乳液类稳泡剂的一种或多种。
