背景技术
黄芩苷(Baicalin)是从黄芩根中提取分离出来的一种黄酮类化合物,
具有显著的生物活性,具有抑菌、利尿、抗炎、抗变态及解痉作用,并且具有较强的抗癌反应等生理效能。在临床医学已占有重要地位。黄芩苷还能吸收紫外线,清除氧自由基,又能抑制黑色素的生成,因此既可用于医药,也可用于化妆品,是一种很好的功能性美容化妆品原料。目前黄芩苷提取多采用实验室提取法,成本高,不适合规模化生产。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种黄芩苷工厂化提取工艺,具体取黄芩药材粉碎成粗粉,加水浸泡,调酸,保温,静置至室温,虹吸上清液,加水为黄芩药材粉碎成粗粉体积的3-4倍,50℃调酸,70℃保温,静置至室温,离心得到。
有益效果
近年来,黄芩苷普遍被应用在食品、药品和保健品领域,本发明有效解决了工厂化提取工艺流程,为满足市场需求提供了成本低,可批量生产工艺。
具体实施方式
黄芩药材10kg, 粉碎成粗粉,加水浸泡1h,提取三次,2h/次,每次加水10倍量;合并滤液,浓缩至相当于药材3倍量水;药渣备用。50℃调酸,70℃保温1h,静置至室温,虹吸上清液备用,取沉淀加4倍量水,离心得到黄芩苷(含量80%以上)1.2kg。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种黄芩苷提取工艺流程加水量为黄芩药材粉碎成粗粉体积的3-4倍,50℃调酸,70℃保温,静置至室温。
