Abstract
一种采油用的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂,以偏铝酸钠和柠檬酸为原料,具体步骤:(1)将柠檬酸溶于水中,配制成50%的柠檬酸水溶液;(2)将配置好的柠檬酸水溶液加热至60~80℃,搅拌下缓慢加入偏铝酸钠固体,保持溶液澄清透明,形成柠檬酸铝络合物;(3)向步骤(2)中加入浓氨水,调整溶液pH值至6.0~8.0,过滤到不溶物,得到铝离子含量为30~40g/L的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明方法所得的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂在pH值6.0~8.0的环境下铝离子含量可以达到30g/L以上,铝含量高而且产品对设备腐蚀性小,不含硫酸根、硝酸根离子等易垢化的阴离子,适用于与聚丙烯酰胺交联形成调剖剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油开采用的交联剂,尤其涉及一种采油用的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂。
背景技术
在石油开采的过程中,原油的采油率不高一直是遏制石油高效利用的瓶颈。为了提高采油率一般采用水驱油,但是由于地质的非均质性严重,注入水沿高渗透层不均匀推进,致使中渗透层波及程度低,驱油效果差,必须采用调剖堵水的办法来改善吸收剖面,一般是借助堵水调剖剂来实现这个目的。柠檬酸铝/聚丙烯酰胺体系作为弱凝胶调剖剂以分子内交联为主,成胶后颗粒粒径增大,有效堵塞流体通道,而且具有一定的流动性,增大水驱扫油面积。柠檬酸铝作为交联剂,其稳定性好,常温下处于稳定状态,当温度升高时有效成分缓慢释放,逐渐与聚丙烯酰胺发生交联,交联反应逐渐进行,粘度增长慢,逐渐形成网状弱凝胶,可有效封堵高渗透层,产生深部调剖作用。
柠檬酸铝作为交联剂,其中的三价铝离子为活性成分,与柠檬酸形成络合物,在一定条件下缓慢释放铝离子,与高分子聚合物交联。1973年美国专利(US Pat.3,762,474)公开的柠檬酸铝交联剂是由粉状水合硫酸铝和二水柠檬酸钠混合后,用水配制使用,由此制得的交联剂pH值较低,对油田设备腐蚀严重,而且硫酸根能强化油田水垢。英国专利(BP1,598,709)介绍了一种以氯化铝和硫酸铝为原料制造的液体柠檬酸铝交联剂,溶液pH≤4时,铝与柠檬酸的摩尔比为5.2:1,当溶液pH提高至6.5时,未络合的铝离子发生沉淀,铝离子与柠檬酸的最大摩尔比为2.2:1,不符合采油用的交联剂。中国发明专利高铝含量柠檬酸铝交联剂的制备方法(ZL00135877.4)介绍了一种以氯化铝和铝酸钠为铝离子提供剂,与柠檬酸络合得到铝离子的含量为3.5~5.5%的液体柠檬酸铝交联剂,但是在柠檬酸铝制备过程中产生氯化氢,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有柠檬酸铝交联剂生产过程中产生有害物质、含易垢化的阴离子等缺点,提供一种更环保、而且适用油田采用的柠檬酸铝交联剂。
本发明的技术方案为,以偏铝酸钠和柠檬酸为原料,得到柠檬酸铝交联剂,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将柠檬酸溶于水中,配制成50%的柠檬酸水溶液;
(2)将配置好的柠檬酸水溶液加热至60~80℃,搅拌下缓慢加入偏铝酸钠固体,保持溶液澄清透明,形成柠檬酸铝络合物;
(3)向步骤(2)中加入浓氨水,调整溶液pH值至6.0~8.0,过滤到不溶物,得到铝离子含量为30~40g/L的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂。
所述浓氨水的质量分数为22~25%。
所述柠檬酸铝络合物中n Al:n citrate=1~2:1。
所述柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂的凝点小于等于-5℃。
所述柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂的密度大于等于1.17g/cm3。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明方法所得的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂在pH值6.0~8.0的环境下铝离子含量可以达到30g/L以上,铝含量高而且产品对设备腐蚀性小,不含硫酸根、硝酸根离子等易垢化的阴离子,适用于与聚丙烯酰胺交联形成调剖剂。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明进行具体说明。
实施例一:
将0.5kg柠檬酸和0.5kg水加入反应釜,搅拌至溶解,配制成50%的柠檬酸水溶液;开启加热开关,将配置好的柠檬酸水溶液加热至60~80℃,一边搅拌下一边分批缓慢加入偏铝酸钠固体200kg,保持溶液澄清透明,形成柠檬酸铝络合物;用22~25%浓氨水,调整溶液pH值至6.0~8.0,过滤到不溶物,补水至2000L,得到铝离子含量为33g/L的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂,凝点小于等于-5℃,密度大于等于1.17g/cm3。
实施例二:
将0.5kg柠檬酸和0.5kg水加入反应釜,搅拌至溶解,配制成50%的柠檬酸水溶液;开启加热开关,将配置好的柠檬酸水溶液加热至60~80℃,一边搅拌下一边分批缓慢加入偏铝酸钠固体220kg,保持溶液澄清透明,形成柠檬酸铝络合物;用22~25%浓氨水,调整溶液pH值至6.0~8.0,过滤到不溶物,补水至2000L,得到铝离子含量为36g/L的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂,凝点小于等于-5℃,密度大于等于1.17g/cm3。

Claims (5)
1.一种采油用的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂,以偏铝酸钠和柠檬酸为原料,得到柠檬酸铝交联剂,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将柠檬酸溶于水中,配制成50%的柠檬酸水溶液;
(2)将配置好的柠檬酸水溶液加热至60~80℃,搅拌下缓慢加入偏铝酸钠固体,保持溶液澄清透明,形成柠檬酸铝络合物;
(3)向步骤(2)中加入浓氨水,调整溶液pH值至6.0~8.0,过滤到不溶物,得到铝离子含量为30~40g/L的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采油用的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂,所述浓氨水的质量分数为22~25%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的采油用的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂,所述柠檬酸铝络合物中nAl:ncitrate=1~2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的采油用的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂,所述柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂的凝点小于等于-5℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的采油用的柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂,所述柠檬酸铝堵水交联剂的密度大于等于1.17g/cm3。
