本发明涉及一种化学工业产品,尤其是一种转化形油漆。其组分重量配比为:桐油20~30%、环氧树脂10~16%、丙烯腈5~11%、改性醇酸树脂3~6%、甲基丙烯酸树脂5~8%、松节油0.5~1%、丙烯颜料1~3%、光引发剂3~6%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5~10%、消泡剂3~5%,其余为稀料。它遮盖力强,保光性、保色性和耐候性好,干燥速度快。

本发明涉及一种化学工业产品,尤其是一种转化形油漆。
背景技术
涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现代的涂料正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。
现有的油漆干燥速度慢,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,提供了一种转化形油漆,它遮盖力强,保光性、保色性和耐候性好,干燥速度快,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种转化形油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:桐油20~30%、环氧树脂10~16%、丙烯腈5~11%、改性醇酸树脂3~6%、甲基丙烯酸树脂5~8%、松节油0.5~1%、丙烯颜料1~3%、光引发剂3~6%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5~10%、消泡剂3~5%,其余为稀料,所述改性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:a)将短链的脂肪酸8~12份、对苯二甲酸2~4份、十八烷烯植物油酸6~10份、单季戊四醇10~15份、苯酐23~28份、甘油1~4份、二元醇6~10份、减色剂0.05~0.2份、二甲苯3~6份投入反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀;
b)向反应釜中通入氮气或二氧化碳保护气,除去反应釜内氧气,然后升温至180~190度,保温酯化3~4小时,然后升温至190度~210度进行酯化反应;
c)降温至160~170度,加入兑稀芳烃溶剂20~25份,继续降温至75~85度,加入兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂4~8份,过滤得到改性。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述的短链脂肪酸为椰子油酸、十二酸或辛酸,所述的十八烷烯植物油酸为豆油脂肪酸、棉油脂肪酸、亚麻油脂肪酸。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈油酯、棕榈仁酯或棕榈油精酯。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述光引发剂为二芳基碘鎓盐、三芳基碘鎓盐、烷基碘鎓盐或异丙苯茂铁六氟磷酸盐。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂为醋酸乙酯或碳酸二甲酯。
本发明具有如下优点:遮盖力强,保光性、保色性和耐候性好,干燥速度快。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种转化形油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:桐油30%、环氧树脂16%、丙烯腈11%、改性醇酸树脂6%、甲基丙烯酸树脂8%、松节油1%、丙烯颜料3%、光引发剂6%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10%、消泡剂5%,其余为稀料,所述改性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:a)将短链的脂肪酸12份、对苯二甲酸4份、十八烷烯植物油酸10份、单季戊四醇15份、苯酐28份、甘油4份、二元醇10份、减色剂0.2份、二甲苯6份投入反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀;
b)向反应釜中通入氮气或二氧化碳保护气,除去反应釜内氧气,然后升温至180~190度,保温酯化3~4小时,然后升温至190度~210度进行酯化反应;
c)降温至160~170度,加入兑稀芳烃溶剂25份,继续降温至75~85度,加入兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂8份,过滤得到改性。
优选的,所述的短链脂肪酸为椰子油酸、十二酸或辛酸,所述的十八烷烯植物油酸为豆油脂肪酸、棉油脂肪酸、亚麻油脂肪酸。优选的,所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈油酯,所述光引发剂为二芳基碘鎓盐,所述兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂为醋酸乙酯。
实施例2
一种转化形油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:桐油20%、环氧树脂10%、丙烯腈5%、改性醇酸树脂3%、甲基丙烯酸树脂5%、松节油0.5%、丙烯颜料1~3%、光引发剂3%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5%、消泡剂3%,其余为稀料,所述改性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:a)将短链的脂肪酸8份、对苯二甲酸2份、十八烷烯植物油酸6份、单季戊四醇10份、苯酐23份、甘油1份、二元醇6份、减色剂0.05份、二甲苯3份投入反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀;
b)向反应釜中通入氮气或二氧化碳保护气,除去反应釜内氧气,然后升温至180度,保温酯化3~4小时,然后升温至190度~210度进行酯化反应;
c)降温至160~170度,加入兑稀芳烃溶剂20份,继续降温至75~85度,加入兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂4份,过滤得到改性。
优选的,所述的短链脂肪酸为椰子油酸、十二酸或辛酸,所述的十八烷烯植物油酸为豆油脂肪酸、棉油脂肪酸、亚麻油脂肪酸。优选的,所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈仁酯,所述光引发剂为异丙苯茂铁六氟磷酸盐。所述兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂为醋酸乙酯。
实施例3
一种转化形油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:桐油28%、环氧树脂15%、丙烯腈12%、改性醇酸树脂8%、甲基丙烯酸树脂9%、松节油2%、丙烯颜料3%、光引发剂6%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10%、消泡剂5%,其余为稀料,所述改性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:a)将短链的脂肪酸12份、对苯二甲酸4份、十八烷烯植物油酸10份、单季戊四醇15份、苯酐28份、甘油4份、二元醇10份、减色剂0.5份、二甲苯6份投入反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀;
b)向反应釜中通入氮气或二氧化碳保护气,除去反应釜内氧气,然后升温至180~190度,保温酯化3~4小时,然后升温至190度~210度进行酯化反应;
c)降温至160~170度,加入兑稀芳烃溶剂30份,继续降温至75~85度,加入兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂10份,过滤得到改性。
优选的,所述的短链脂肪酸为椰子油酸、十二酸或辛酸,所述的十八烷烯植物油酸为豆油脂肪酸、棉油脂肪酸、亚麻油脂肪酸。优选的,所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈油酯,所述光引发剂为二芳基碘鎓盐,所述兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂为醋酸乙酯。

Claims (5)

1.一种转化形油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:桐油20~30%、环氧树脂10~16%、丙烯腈5~11%、改性醇酸树脂3~6%、甲基丙烯酸树脂5~8%、松节油0.5~1%、丙烯颜料1~3%、光引发剂3~6%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5~10%、消泡剂3~5%,其余为稀料,所述改性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:a)将短链的脂肪酸8~12份、对苯二甲酸2~4份、十八烷烯植物油酸6~10份、单季戊四醇10~15份、苯酐23~28份、甘油1~4份、二元醇6~10份、减色剂0.05~0.2份、二甲苯3~6份投入反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀;
b)向反应釜中通入氮气或二氧化碳保护气,除去反应釜内氧气,然后升温至180~190度,保温酯化3~4小时,然后升温至190度~210度进行酯化反应;
c)降温至160~170度,加入兑稀芳烃溶剂20~25份,继续降温至75~85度,加入兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂4~8份,过滤得到改性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转化形油漆,其特征在于,所述的短链脂肪酸为椰子油酸、十二酸或辛酸,所述的十八烷烯植物油酸为豆油脂肪酸、棉油脂肪酸、亚麻油脂肪酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种转化形油漆,其特征在于:所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈油酯、棕榈仁酯或棕榈油精酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种转化形油漆,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为二芳基碘鎓盐、三芳基碘鎓盐、烷基碘鎓盐或异丙苯茂铁六氟磷酸盐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种转化形油漆,其特征在于:所述兑稀低沸点酯类溶剂为醋酸乙酯或碳酸二甲酯。
