本发明涉及一种海洋气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料制备方法,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂80-90份、三乙醇胺3.5-4份、三聚氰胺10-15份、钛白粉5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩8-14份、羟乙基纤维素8-12份、甲基硅醇钠3-6份、硫酸铝4-7份。包括以下步骤:首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水涂料,具体说是一种海洋气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯粉末涂料具有良好的物理机械性能,可广泛用于金属表面的装饰和保护,在海洋气候下船舶上要求涂料防水、耐水、耐腐蚀性能较高,现有市场上的聚酯粉末涂料大都只在防水上性能优异,但是无法满足海洋气候特殊要求的使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种制造方便,成本低,防水、耐水、耐腐蚀性能较好的一种海洋气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料及制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种海洋气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂80-90份、三乙醇胺3.5-4份、三聚氰胺10-15份、钛白粉5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩8-14份、羟乙基纤维素8-12份、甲基硅醇钠3-6份、硫酸铝4-7份。
一种海洋气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。
本发明在聚醚酰亚胺树脂中加入三乙醇胺、三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素,配以甲基硅醇钠和硫酸铝,能兼顾防水、耐水、耐腐蚀性能,适合海洋气候下特殊使用要求。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
一种海洋气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂80份、三乙醇胺3.5份、三聚氰胺10份、钛白粉5份、膨胀珍珠岩8份、羟乙基纤维素8份、甲基硅醇钠3份、硫酸铝4份。制备方法包括以下步骤:首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。
实施例二
