本发明涉及一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料及制备方法,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂80-90份、三乙醇胺3.5-4份、三聚氰胺10-15份、钛白粉5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩8-14份、羟乙基纤维素8-12份、甲基硅醇钠3-6份、硫酸铝4-7份、乙二醇15-20份、水溶性酰胺5-8份。首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺、乙二醇、水溶性酰胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水涂料,具体说是一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯粉末涂料具有良好的物理机械性能,可广泛用于金属表面的装饰和保护,在冰冻气候下的设备要求涂料防水、耐冻、脆性要求较高,现有市场上的聚酯粉末涂料大都只在防水上性能优异,但是无法满足冰冻气候特殊要求的使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种制造方便,成本低,防水、耐冻、脆性较好的一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料及制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂80-90份、三乙醇胺3.5-4份、三聚氰胺10-15份、钛白粉5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩8-14份、羟乙基纤维素8-12份、甲基硅醇钠3-6份、硫酸铝4-7份、乙二醇15-20份、水溶性酰胺5-8份。
一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺、乙二醇、水溶性酰胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。
本发明在聚醚酰亚胺树脂中加入三乙醇胺、三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素,配以甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝、乙二醇和水溶性酰胺,能兼顾防水、耐水、脆性小的要求,适合冰冻气候下特殊使用要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂80份、三乙醇胺3.5份、三聚氰胺10份、钛白粉5份、膨胀珍珠岩8份、羟乙基纤维素8份、甲基硅醇钠3份、硫酸铝4份、乙二醇15份、水溶性酰胺5份。制备方法包括以下步骤:首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺、乙二醇、水溶性酰胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。
实施例二
一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂90份、三乙醇胺4份、三聚氰胺15份、钛白粉10份、膨胀珍珠岩14份、羟乙基纤维素12份、甲基硅醇钠6份、硫酸铝7份、乙二醇20份、水溶性酰胺8份。制备方法包括以下步骤:首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺、乙二醇、水溶性酰胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。
实施例三
一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂83份、三乙醇胺3.7份、三聚氰胺12份、钛白粉7份、膨胀珍珠岩10份、羟乙基纤维素9份、甲基硅醇钠4份、硫酸铝5份、乙二醇16份、水溶性酰胺7份。制备方法包括以下步骤:首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺、乙二醇、水溶性酰胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。

2.一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂80-85份、三乙醇胺3.5-4份、三聚氰胺10-15份、钛白粉5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩8-14份、羟乙基纤维素8-12份、甲基硅醇钠3-6份、硫酸铝4-7份、乙二醇15-20份、水溶性酰胺5-8份。
3.一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料,由下列原料按质量比组成:聚醚酰亚胺树脂83份、三乙醇胺3.7份、三聚氰胺12份、钛白粉7份、膨胀珍珠岩10份、羟乙基纤维素9份、甲基硅醇钠4份、硫酸铝5份、乙二醇16份、水溶性酰胺7份。
4.一种冰冻气候聚醚酰亚胺树脂防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将聚醚酰亚胺树脂与三乙醇胺、乙二醇、水溶性酰胺进行混合,再加入三聚氰胺、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩、羟乙基纤维素进行混合成原浆,将甲基硅醇钠、硫酸铝混合调配后加入原浆进行混合,最后依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎得到涂料。
