Abstract
本发明提供了一种清咽抗炎颗,包括按照重量份计算的以下原料的提取物:显齿蛇葡萄4‑9份,金银花3‑8份,菊花2‑5份,薄荷1‑3份,罗汉果1‑3份,胖大海1‑2份,炙甘草1‑1.5份,还包括蜂蜜0.5‑1份。所述以清咽抗炎颗粒以天然药食两用的中草药为原料,既可以作为清咽抗炎的药物,也可以作为普通食品或功能食品。

技术领域
本发明涉及及保健品技术领域,具体地,涉及一种清咽抗炎颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
咽位于呼吸系统和消化系统的起始路口,是空气、饮食进入人体的要道,是外界有害因素最易侵害的部位之一。随着社会的进步与发展,人们的物质及精神生活逐渐丰富,由此也带来了一系列的新时代病症。人们由于长期的工作压力、频繁的社交、应酬,饮食结构不合理,以及吸烟与被动吸烟,加之环境的污染,极易造成咽喉部位的充血、灼热、红肿、疼痛、干燥及异物感,甚至出现咳嗽、声音嘶哑等症状,这些症状又会因感冒、劳累、声带使用过度及上呼吸道感染而加重,因此会引起人们食欲不振以及精神萎靡,严重者会影响到其工作效率及生活质量。
据世界卫生组织调查统计,成年人“慢性咽炎”患病率已达到80%以上,尤其对于一些特殊行业的人群来说,咽部患病的比率逐年增长。据抽样调查结果表明,中小学教师呼吸系统慢性病患病率较高,其中男性病患病率为68.53%,女性患病率为71.06%,而且均有随教龄增长而升高的趋势。据另一份调查显示,在企业或机关中,身居要职的领导及骨干患咽部病症的人数已远远超过患其他病症人数,不良的习惯、不合理的饮食结构以及环境污染等,势必会伤害肺、肝、肾等身体器官,经实践证明,消化不良、肺病、肝病、肾病等,均可继发咽喉疾病。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本申请提供了一种清咽抗炎颗粒,所述以清咽抗炎颗粒天然药食两用的中草药显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、菊花、薄荷、罗汉果、胖大海、炙甘草为原料,制得产品既可以作为清咽抗炎的药物,也可以作为普通食品或功能食品。

步骤A:提取
将上述显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、菊花、薄荷、罗汉果、胖大海、炙甘草分别称取配方中的重量份,混合放入纱布袋中;将装有药材的纱布袋置于装有超声波的提取罐中,加入10-12倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.5-2.0小时,排出提取液a;再往装有超声波的提取罐中加入6-8倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.0-1.5小时,排出提取液b;
步骤B:过滤、浓缩
合并提取液a和提取液b,用过滤器过滤,滤液真空浓缩,得相对密度在1.3-1.5之间的浓缩浸膏;
步骤C:调配
按配方称取蜂蜜加入步骤B所得的浓缩浸膏中,充分搅拌均匀,再往其中加入糊精,充分搅拌均匀,得混合粉;
步骤D:制粒、干燥
向混合粉中加入粘结剂混合均匀,再以挤压方式通过22目筛网,制成均匀的颗粒;将颗粒置于喷雾干燥制粒器中干燥,再用快速整粒机整粒。
较佳地,所述显齿蛇葡萄产地为江西省黎川县。
较佳地,所述的过滤器为板框过滤器,滤布为150目。
较佳地,所述的粘结剂为30%聚乙二醇4000。
中医将咽部红肿疼痛、吞咽不利、异物堵塞感、咽痒干灼等为主要症状的咽喉病,称为“喉痹”,与西医的咽炎相对应。中医认为,咽炎的外因为感受风热邪毒,内因为肺胃有热,阴液不足,水不制火,虚火上炎,熏灼咽喉,内外邪毒交结,引发本病。
本发明所用原料中显齿蛇葡萄具有生津止渴、甘喉润肺、消炎解毒、降虚火、助消化、降压减肥、润肤美容等功效,尤其适合肥胖和吸烟人士及酒后饮用。金银花具有清热解毒、凉散风热之功效,抗菌作用较广,对多种致病菌的杆菌、球菌及沙门氏菌都有较强的抑制作用。
菊花为一种常用中药,具有疏风、清热、明目、解毒的功效,同时还具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化等多种药理作用,长期坚持服用对慢性咽炎有良好的治疗作用。
薄荷脑的抗刺激作用导致气管产生新的分泌,使稠厚的粘液易于排出,故有祛痰作用,经体外试验表明,薄荷脑对表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等均有较强的抗菌作用。
罗汉果作为民间药用植物,药用部位为其果实,具有润肺止咳、祛痰等药效。胖大海具有清热、润肺、利咽、解毒的功效,可治疗干咳无痰、喉痛音哑、目赤牙痛等症,临床上常用于肺热声哑、咽喉突然嘶哑并伴有咳嗽、口渴咽痛、用嗓过度和高声喊叫引起的声音嘶哑。
炙甘草有止咳化痰作用,用于气管炎,肺气肿的病引起的咳嗽痰多,气喘,黏痰不易排出等症,同时,还可用于痈疽疮疡、咽喉肿痛,湿毒,有抗菌消炎作用。
上述七种原料协同作用,可有效缓解咽部不适症状,具有清利咽喉之效。本配方中,显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、菊花、薄荷、罗汉果、胖大海、炙甘草都是“既是食品又是药品的物品名单”中,安全性具有保障,同时,原料易得。

具体实施方式
本发明通过以下实施例作进一步说明,但本发明并不受其限制。
实施例1
一种清咽抗炎颗粒,包括按照重量份计算的以下原料的提取物,显齿蛇葡萄4份、金银花8份、菊花3份、薄荷1份、罗汉果3份、胖大海1份、炙甘草1份;还包括蜂蜜0.5份。
参照图1,所述清咽抗炎颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤A:提取
按照上述配方称取显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、菊花、薄荷、罗汉果、胖大海和炙甘草,混合放入纱布袋中;将装有药材的纱布袋置于装有超声波的提取罐中,加入10倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.5小时,排出提取液a;再往装有超声波的提取罐中,加入8倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.5小时,排出提取液b。
步骤B:过滤、浓缩
合并提取液a和b,用板框过滤器过滤,滤布为150目,滤液真空浓缩得浓缩浸膏,测得浓缩浸膏的相对密度为1.35。
步骤C:调配
按配方称取蜂蜜加入步骤B中的浓缩浸膏中,充分搅拌均匀,再往其中加入适量的糊精,充分搅拌均匀,得混合粉。
步骤D:制粒、干燥
混合粉加入30%聚乙二醇4000制成“手捏成团,压之即散”的软材,再以挤压方式通过22目筛网(板),制成均匀的颗粒。将湿颗粒置于喷雾干燥制粒器中干燥,再用快速整粒机整粒,得到具有清咽抗炎颗粒。
实施例2
一种清咽抗炎颗粒,包括按照重量份计算的以下原料的提取物,显齿蛇葡萄9份、金银花3份、菊花2份、薄荷2份、罗汉果1份、胖大海3份、炙甘草1.5份,还包括蜂蜜1.0份。
参照图1,上述清咽抗炎颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤A:提取
将上述显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、菊花、薄荷、罗汉果、胖大海、炙甘草分别称取相应的量后一起放入纱布袋中,将装有药材的纱布袋置于装有超声波的提取罐中,加入11倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.5小时,排出提取液a,再往装有超声波的提取罐中,加入6倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.0小时,排出提取液b。
步骤B:过滤、浓缩
合并提取液a和b,用板框过滤器过滤,滤布为150目,滤液真空浓缩,测得浓缩浸膏的相对密度为1.40。
步骤C:调配
按配方称取蜂蜜加入步骤B中的浓缩浸膏中,充分搅拌均匀,再往其中加入适量的糊精,充分搅拌均匀,得混合粉。
步骤D:制粒、干燥
混合粉加入30%聚乙二醇4000制成“手捏成团,压之即散”的软材,再以挤压方式通过22目筛网(板),制成均匀的颗粒。将湿颗粒置于喷雾干燥制粒器中干燥,再用快速整粒机整粒,得到具有清咽抗炎颗粒。

参照图1,上述清咽抗炎颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤A提取
将上述显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、菊花、薄荷、罗汉果、胖大海、炙甘草分别称取相应的量后一起放入纱布袋中,将装有药材的纱布袋置于装有超声波的提取罐中,加入12倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取2.0小时,排出提取液a,再往装有超声波的提取罐中,加入7倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.0小时,排出提取液b。

一种清咽抗炎颗粒,包括按照重量份计算的以下原料的提取物,显齿蛇葡萄9份、金银花3份、菊花4份、薄荷2.5份、罗汉果1.5份、胖大海1.5份、炙甘草1.5份,还包括蜂蜜1.0份。
参照图1,上述清咽抗炎颗粒及其制备方法;包括如下制备步骤:
步骤A:提取
将上述显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、菊花、薄荷、罗汉果、胖大海、炙甘草分别称取相应的量后一起放入纱布袋中,将装有药材的纱布袋置于装有超声波的提取罐中,加入10倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取2.0小时,排出提取液a,再往装有超声波的提取罐中,加入6倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.5小时,排出提取液b。
步骤B过滤、浓缩
合并提取液a和b,用板框过滤器过滤,滤布为150目,滤液真空浓缩,测得浓缩浸膏的相对密度为1.45。
步骤C:调配
称取相应量的蜂蜜加入步骤B中的浓缩浸膏中,充分搅拌均匀,再往其中加入适量的糊精,充分搅拌均匀,得混合粉。
步骤D:制粒、干燥
混合粉加入30%聚乙二醇4000制成“手捏成团,压之即散”的软材,再以挤压方式通过22目筛网(板),制成均匀的颗粒。将湿颗粒置于喷雾干燥制粒器中干燥,再用快速整粒机整粒,得到具有清咽抗炎颗粒。
上述实施例,只是本发明的较佳实施例,并非用来限制本发明实施范围,故凡以本发明权利要求所述的特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括在本发明权利要求范围之内。
本发明所述清咽抗炎颗粒进行动物实验
材料与方法
1.1实验动物
16周龄SD大鼠80只,体重180-220g,清洁级,雌雄各半,由广州中医药大学医学实验动物中心提供,动物生产许可证号:SCXK(粤)2008-0020。
1.2试剂与药品
清咽抗炎颗粒,本发明自行制备。
清咽抗炎颗粒剂量组:称取清咽抗炎颗粒10g,加蒸馏水定容至100ml,成人体重按60kg计算,折合剂量2g/kg·bw,相当于人体推荐剂量的10倍。
阿司匹林肠溶片(江苏平光制药有限公司产品,规格:25mg,批号:20100718);
二甲苯(北京化学试剂厂产品,批号:20091221);
2,4-二硝基苯酚(国药集团化学试剂有限公司产品,批号:20100214);
角叉菜胶(Sigma公司产品)。
1.3实验方法
1.3.1对2,4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热模型的解热作用
取SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,即空白对照组(等体积生理盐水),阳性药对照组(阿司匹林0.1g/kg),清咽抗炎颗粒剂量组,每组10只,分别灌胃给药,连续给药3d。末次给药前,每隔30min测量各鼠肛温1次,连续2次,以平均值为基础肛温。末次给药后30min,按10mg/kg剂量于每鼠背部皮下注射给予浓度为15mg/ml的2,4-二硝基苯酚溶液致热,分别于致热后30、60、90min测量各鼠肛温1次,比较各组大鼠肛温变化情况
1.3.2对二甲苯所致大鼠耳肿的影响
取SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,即空白对照组(等体积生理盐水),阳性药对照组(阿司匹林0.1g/kg),清咽抗炎颗粒剂量,每组10只,分别腹腔注射给药,连续给药7d。末次给药后30min,于各鼠左耳双面涂以二甲苯0.05ml/只,右耳不涂作为对照,20min后处死小鼠,剪下左右耳廓,用直径为6mm的打孔器分别于左右耳廓相同位置取耳片,电子天平称重,以左右两耳重量差为肿胀度,计算肿胀抑制率。肿胀抑制率(%)=[(空白对照组肿胀度—给药组肿胀度)/空白对照组肿胀度]×100%。
1.3.3对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀的影响
取SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,即空白对照组(等体积生理盐水),阳性药对照组(阿司匹林0.1g/kg),清咽抗炎颗粒剂量组,每组10只,分别腹腔注射给药,连续给药7d,末次给药前,以大鼠足跖容积测量仪测量并记录各鼠左后足容积,末次给药30min后于每鼠左后足跖部皮下注射给予1%角叉菜胶0.1ml,分别于致炎后0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0h以大鼠足跖容积测量仪测量并记录左后足容积各2次,取其平均值计算肿胀率。肿胀率%=[(致炎后左后足容积-致炎前左后足容积)/致炎前左后足容积]×100%。
2、实验结果
2.1对2,4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热模型的解热作用
实验结果表明,2,4-二硝基苯酚能明显诱导大鼠体温升高,清咽抗炎颗粒剂量组对2,4-二硝基苯酚致大鼠体温升高均有明显的抑制作用,与空白对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)且与与阳性药阿司匹林解热效果相当。见表1。

2.2对二甲苯所致大鼠耳肿胀的影响
实验结果表明,二甲苯能明显诱导大鼠耳肿胀,清咽抗炎颗粒组对二甲苯致大鼠耳片急性炎症反应均有明显的抑制作用,与空白对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)且与阳性药阿司匹林抗炎效果相当。见表2。

2.3对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀的影响
实验结果表明,1%角叉菜胶能明显诱大鼠足跖肿胀,清咽抗炎颗粒组对1%角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖肿胀性炎症反应均有明显的抑制作用,与空白对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),与阳性药阿司匹林抗炎效果相当。见表3。

通过实验证实了清咽抗炎颗粒具有较强的解热、抗炎作用其效果与非甾体抗炎药阿司匹林解热抗炎作用相当。

Claims (5)
1.一种清咽抗炎颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备步骤:
步骤A:提取
将显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、菊花、薄荷、罗汉果、胖大海、炙甘草分别称取配方中的重量份,混合放入纱布袋中;将装有药材的纱布袋置于装有超声波的提取罐中,加入10-12倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.5-2.0小时,排出提取液a;再往装有超声波的提取罐中加入6-8倍药材量的75%乙醇于60℃温度下超声提取1.0-1.5小时,排出提取液b;
步骤B:过滤、浓缩
合并提取液a和提取液b,用过滤器过滤,滤液真空浓缩,得相对密度在1.3-1.5之间的浓缩浸膏;
步骤C:调配
按配方称取蜂蜜加入步骤B所得的浓缩浸膏中,充分搅拌均匀,再往其中加入糊精,充分搅拌均匀,得混合粉;
步骤D:制粒、干燥
向混合粉中加入粘结剂混合均匀,再以挤压方式通过22目筛网,制成均匀的颗粒;将颗粒置于喷雾干燥制粒器中干燥,再用快速整粒机整粒,
