本发明公开了一种坚果营养粉,包括下述重量份的组分:松子10-30份、花生20-40份、腰果10-30份、核桃仁20-40份。本发明的坚果营养粉,口感好,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,对大脑神经的发育非常有益,所以对成长中的孩子,有补脑益智的作用;另外对心血管方面也大有益处,可以预防老年人的老年痴呆症、预和缓解防“三高”。特别添加纯天然植物源防腐剂后,延长了营养粉的保质期。

本发明涉及一种营养粉,尤其涉及一种坚果营养粉。
背景技术
现代人饮食过于精致,导致疾病的发生,如:肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、心脏病、癌症等日益严重,专家纷纷建议,应该减少精致饮食并提高粗食比例,因此增加五谷杂粮的摄取,已成为改善饮食及维持健康的首选。然而粗粮口感不好,人们经常会因为难以下咽而拒绝食用。
营养粉,是由各种食材原料低温烘焙熟后磨成的粉,未经膨化,在加工过程中也未添加任何速溶剂,因此能最完整地保留原料的营养成分。可以直接使用,而且可提高其使用效果,被吸收的速率加快,产生的疗效更显着,使用量也可减少。
然而,现有的营养粉保质期短。
发明内容
一种坚果营养粉,包括下述重量份的组分:松子10-30份、花生20-40份、腰果10-30份、核桃仁20-40份。

一种坚果营养粉,由下述原料按重量份组成:松子10-30份、花生20-40份、腰果10-30份、核桃仁20-40份,防腐剂0.01-0.03份。
所述防腐剂由下述组分按重量份组成:甘草黄酮40-60份、芸香甙40-60份。甘草黄酮,英文名称Glabridin,CAS号:59870-68-7。芸香甙,英文名称Rutin,CAS号:153-18-4。
将松子、花生、腰果、核桃仁,低温烘焙,混合均匀,磨成细粉,再加入防腐剂,搅拌混合均匀,即可制得所述坚果营养粉。
本发明的坚果营养粉,由4种优质坚果精致而成,口感好,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,对大脑神经的发育非常有益,所以对成长中的孩子,有补脑益智的作用;另外对心血管方面也大有益处,可以预防老年人的老年痴呆症、预和缓解防“三高”。特别添加纯天然植物源防腐剂后,延长了营养粉的保质期。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将松子、花生、腰果、核桃仁,在120℃低温下烘焙60分钟,混合均匀,磨成32目细粉,即可制得所述坚果营养粉。
实施例2-4
将松子、花生、腰果、核桃仁,在120℃低温下烘焙60分钟,混合均匀,磨成32目细粉,再加入防腐剂,搅拌混合均匀,即可制得所述坚果营养粉。本发明的坚果营养粉,口感好,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,对大脑神经的发育非常有益,所以对成长中的孩子,有补脑益智的作用;另外对心血管方面也大有益处,可以预防老年人的老年痴呆症、预和缓解防“三高”。
冲泡时用70-90度的温开水,25g的坚果营养粉可以加入200ml的温开水即可,可以早餐饮用,或者作为营养品每天2~3次均可。也可以根据自己的喜好,加入蜂蜜或者黑芝麻粉,或者直接将品本加入到牛奶或者豆浆中。

对实施例1-4进行测试,室温40℃,相对湿度85%,持续观察,具体结果见下表。

本发明特别添加纯天然植物源防腐剂甘草黄酮或芸香甙后,延长了营养粉的保质期。特别的,甘草黄酮和芸香甙复配使用,协同增效,防腐效果更佳明显。

2.一种坚果营养粉,由下述原料按重量份组成:松子10-30份、花生20-40份、腰果10-30份、核桃仁20-40份,防腐剂0.01-0.03份。
3.如权利要求2所述的坚果营养粉,所述防腐剂由下述组分按重量份组成:甘草黄酮40-60份、芸香甙40-60份。
