Abstract
本发明提供了一种螺旋藻制备的养生膏,其是以螺旋藻为主要原料,并添加了深海鱼油,及其他辅料制成。本发明还公开了这种螺旋藻制备的养生膏的制备方法,包括混合、去腥、蒸煮、提取、糊化、均质、罐装、杀菌等步骤,本发明的产品利用臭氧气体对螺旋藻脱腥,并也深海鱼油结合,制备一种味道良好,营养保健价值高的养生膏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种养生膏,特别是一种由螺旋藻制备的养生膏。
背景技术
螺旋藻对人体的营养和功能调节是全方位的,在特定的条件下还起到双向的调节作用,堪称自然界富含优质高蛋白的全营养型的天然食品,螺旋藻含有丰富优质的高蛋白,还富含β-胡萝卜素、多糖、维生素E及其他B族维生素、叶绿素、藻蓝素以及钙、磷、钾、铁、锌等多种元素。
深海鱼油具有调节血脂,清理血栓,预防老年痴呆症、营养大脑、改善记忆、改善视力、防治老花眼、维护视网膜作用。
螺旋藻营养丰富,具有全面的保健功能,但是由于螺旋藻具有较重的腥味,因此目前市场上的产品难以被消费者所接受。本发明要解决的问题是利用臭氧气体对螺旋藻脱腥,并也深海鱼油结合,制备一种味道良好,营养保健价值高的养生膏。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种无腥味、保健养生的螺旋藻制备的养生膏。
发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述螺旋藻制备的养生膏的方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种螺旋藻制备的养生膏,其特征在于,含有以下原料,按下述重量份数配制:
螺旋藻80~100份、深海鱼油20~40份、枸杞3~6份、桂圆肉干3~6份、魔芋粉5~20份、冰糖2~5份、蜂胶3~6份。
所述螺旋藻制备的养生膏,其特征在于,其具体步骤和工艺为:
第一步混合:将新鲜螺旋藻与水按1∶18料液比例混合均匀;
第二步去腥:将螺旋藻加温到40~50℃,通入浓度>8mg/L的臭氧气体7~10分钟去除螺旋藻的腥味,制得螺旋藻液;
第三步蒸煮:按原料配比将螺旋藻液、枸杞、桂圆肉干放入蒸煮锅中加热到70~90℃,蒸煮3~5小时;
第四步提取:将上述物料过200目筛网,得到提取液;
第五步糊化:按原料配比将提取液和魔芋粉、冰糖、蜂胶、投入糊化罐,加温到80~100℃,糊化20~40分钟;
第六步均质:将上述物料经过均质机,加温到100~130℃均质2~4次,获得成品;
第七步灌装:将成品定量灌装到包装瓶中;
第八步杀菌:将灌装产品放入微波杀菌设备,加温到80~95℃,杀菌4~7分钟,常温干燥储存。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明的产品利用臭氧技术对螺旋藻脱腥,无残留和异味。
2)本发明的产品含有丰富的维生素、矿物质、优质蛋白质等营养物质。
3)本发明的产品具有预防心脑血管疾病作用。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明:
实施例1
螺旋藻制备的养生膏,采用以下原料,按下述重量比进行配制:
螺旋藻100克、深海鱼油40克、枸杞6克、桂圆肉干6克、魔芋粉20克、冰糖5克、蜂胶6克。
具体制备方法:
第一步混合:将新鲜螺旋藻与水按1∶18料液比例混合均匀。
第二步去腥:将上述物料加温到40~50℃,通入浓度>8mg/L的臭氧气体10分钟去除螺旋藻的腥味,制得螺旋藻液。
第三步蒸煮:按原料配比将螺旋藻液、枸杞、桂圆肉干放入蒸煮锅中加热到70~90℃,蒸煮5小时。
第四步提取:将上述物料过200目筛网,得到提取液。
第五步糊化:按原料配比将提取液和魔芋粉、冰糖、蜂胶、投入糊化罐,加温到80~100℃,糊化40分钟。
第六步均质:将上述物料经过均质机,加温到100~130℃均质4次,获得成品。
第七步灌装:将成品定量灌装到包装瓶中。
第八步杀菌:将灌装产品放入微波杀菌设备,加温到80~℃,杀菌7分钟,常温干燥储存。
实施例2

螺旋藻50克、深海鱼油15克、枸杞3克、桂圆肉干3克、魔芋粉5克、冰糖2克、蜂胶2克。
具体制备方法:
第一步混合:将新鲜螺旋藻与水按1∶18料液比例混合均匀。
第二步去腥:将上述物料加温到40~50℃,通入浓度>8mg/L的臭氧气体7分钟去除螺旋藻的腥味,制得螺旋藻液。
第三步蒸煮:按原料配比将螺旋藻液、枸杞、桂圆肉干放入蒸煮锅中加热到70~90℃,蒸煮3小时。
第四步提取:将上述物料过200目筛网,得到提取液。
