本发明提供了一种柔性减震器结构,保证了减震杆的受力始终处于减震杆的中心,有效避免减震器的损坏,提高了减震器的使用寿命,降低了减震器的安装要求,包括顶部安装盘,所述顶部安装盘上设置有减震杆,其特征在于:所述顶部安装盘上设置有关节轴承,所述减震杆设置在所述关节轴承内。

技术领域
本发明涉及赛车零部件结构的技术领域,具体为一种柔性减震器结构。
背景技术
汽车减震器通常采用汽车减震杆通过顶部安装盘安装在汽车支架上,由于减震杆的径向刚性,现有的减震器,在减震杆和顶部安装盘固定后,减震杆的受力不一定在减震杆的中心,从而使得减震杆的受力产生偏差,在减震器的长期使用中容易造成减震器的损坏,降低了减震器的使用寿命,对减震器的安装要求较高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种柔性减震器结构,保证了减震杆的受力始终处于减震杆的中心,有效避免减震器的损坏,提高了减震器的使用寿命,降低了减震器的安装要求。
其技术方案是这样的:一种柔性减震器结构,包括顶部安装盘,所述顶部安装盘上设置有减震杆,其特征在于:所述顶部安装盘上设置有关节轴承,所述减震杆设置在所述关节轴承内。
其进一步特征在于:所述顶部安装盘上均匀设置有多个安装孔;所述顶部安装盘呈圆形,所述关节轴承设置在所述顶部安装盘的一侧,呈偏心设置;所述顶部安装盘上对应所述关节轴承上端设置有卡簧。
本发明的上述结构中,顶部安装盘上设置有关节轴承,减震杆设置在关节轴承内,由于关节轴承的旋转运功的,自动调节关节轴承内减震杆的径向偏差,保证了减震杆的受力始终处于减震杆的中心,有效避免减震器的损坏,提高了减震器的使用寿命,降低了减震器的安装要求。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,一种柔性减震器结构,包括顶部安装盘1,顶部安装盘1上顶部安装盘1上设置有关节轴承2,减震杆3设置在关节轴承内2,减震杆3的一端设置在缸体6内,减震杆3通过弹簧7与顶部安装盘1连接,弹簧7套装在减震杆3上。
优选地,顶部安装盘1呈圆形,顶部安装盘1上均匀设置有多个安装孔4,关节轴承2设置在顶部安装盘1的一侧,呈偏心设置,通过安装孔4的变换,更好地实现了减震杆3和顶部安装盘1的多角度安装,提高了减震器的适应性。
顶部安装盘1上对应关节轴承2上端设置有卡簧5,实现了了关节轴承2的轴向定位。
顶部安装盘1可以通过安装孔可拆卸安装在机架上,也可以直接固定在机架上。
本实施例中,安装盘呈圆形,当然根据汽车支架结构,安装盘也可以采用其他形状,只要顶部安装盘上设置有关节轴承,减震杆设置在关节轴承内,实现了减震杆径向偏差的自动调节,都是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种柔性减震器结构,包括顶部安装盘,所述顶部安装盘上设置有减震杆,其特征在于:所述顶部安装盘上设置有关节轴承,所述减震杆设置在所述关节轴承内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性减震器结构,其特征在于:所述顶部安装盘上均匀设置有多个安装孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔性减震器结构,其特征在于:所述顶部安装盘呈圆形,所述关节轴承设置在所述顶部安装盘的一侧,呈偏心设置。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种柔性减震器结构,其特征在于:所述顶部安装盘上对应所述关节轴承上端设置有卡簧。
