一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：大透骨消14份、火棘10份、楮实8份、百灵草12份、跳皮树14份、心叶荚蒾根16份、母猪藤根12份、龙眼叶14份、羊角参10份、鸡蛋参8份、岩筋菜10份。
所述的用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，制备方法包括如下步骤：取上述药材合并，加水煎煮两次，合并煎液，减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75-85％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25-1.30，并回收乙醇，得浓缩液，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，添加辅料制成胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
所述的用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，制备方法步骤中，煎煮条件为：第一次加水为药材重量的8-12倍量，煎煮1-2h，第二次加水为药材重量的6-10倍量，煎煮1-2h。

火棘，拉丁名为Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.)Li)，蔷薇科火棘属植物。以果实、根、叶入药，性平，味甘、酸，叶能清热解毒，外敷治疮疡肿毒，本发明以果入药。
楮实为桑科植物构树的果实。滋肾，清肝，明目。治虚劳，目昏，目翳，水气浮肿。
百灵草为萝藦科植物百灵草的全株。活血止血，止咳平喘。用于跌打损伤，风湿痛，内出血，支气管炎，哮喘；外用治骨折，外伤出血。[3]舒筋活络，补虚平喘。
跳皮树为木犀科植物锈毛白枪杆的树皮。拉丁名Fraxinus ferruginea Lingelsh.，收敛，消炎。主治顽固性腹泻，痢疾，蛔虫病。
心叶荚蒾根为忍冬科植物心叶荚蒾的根。治风湿麻木，筋骨疼痛，跌损瘀凝，腰胁气胀。
母猪藤根为葡萄科植物母猪藤的根，清热解毒。治肺痈。
龙眼叶为无患子科龙眼属植物龙眼Dimocarpus longan Lour.，以叶入药，全年可采。微苦，平。清热解毒，解表利湿。用于预防流行性感冒，流行性脑脊髓膜炎，感冒，肠炎；外用治阴囊湿疹。
羊角参为百合科黄精属植物甘肃黄精Polygonatum kansuense Maxim.，以根状茎入药。夏秋采收，洗净晒干，放置回润，切片晒干。滋补肝肾，养阴生津。用于神经衰弱，高血压病，头痛，咽喉痛，消渴，口干舌燥。
鸡蛋参为桔梗科党参属植物鸡蛋参CodonopsisconvolvulaceaKurz.，以根入药。秋季采挖，洗净晒干。补养气血，润肺生津。用于贫血，自汗，肺阴虚咳嗽，神经衰弱。
岩筋菜为岩梅科植物白奴花的全草。拉丁名为Berneuxia thibetica Decne.Shortiathibetica(Decne.)Frachn.散寒，平喘。用于风寒感冒，咳嗽，哮喘，跌打损伤。

取大透骨消14g、火棘10g、楮实8g、百灵草12g、跳皮树14g、心叶荚蒾根16g、母猪藤根12g、龙眼叶14g、羊角参10g、鸡蛋参8g、岩筋菜10g药材合并，加水煎煮两次，第一次加水为药材重量的8倍量，煎煮1h，第二次加水为药材重量的6倍量，煎煮1h，合并煎液，0.07MPa、60-70℃下减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加95％(v/v)乙醇使含醇量达85％(v/v)，搅拌，静置24小时，滤液减压回收乙醇并浓缩，滤液在0.07MPa、65℃条件下减压浓缩成至65℃时相对密度为1.30，喷雾干燥(条件为进风温度为120℃，出风温度为100℃，物料温度为90℃，雾化压力为0.4兆帕，喷雾速度为10ml/s。)，加入淀粉，混合均匀，用适量80％(v/v)乙醇润湿，制软材，过30目筛制粒，于70～80℃干燥，用60目筛整粒，压片，包糖衣，分装，外包装，送检合格，得片剂。

实施例3：取大透骨消14g、火棘10g、楮实8g、百灵草12g、跳皮树14g、心叶荚蒾根16g、母猪藤根12g、龙眼叶14g、羊角参10g、鸡蛋参8g、岩筋菜10g药材合并，加水煎煮两次，第一次加水为药材重量的12倍量，煎煮2h，第二次加水为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，0.07MPa、60-70℃下减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15，加95％(v/v)乙醇使含醇量达75％(v/v)，搅拌，静置24小时，滤液减压回收乙醇并浓缩，滤液在0.07MPa、65℃条件下减压浓缩成至65℃时相对密度为1.25，喷雾干燥(条件为进风温度为110℃，出风温度为85℃，物料温度为85℃，雾化压力为0.3兆帕，喷雾速度为7.5ml/s。)，加入上述β-环糊精包合物，粉碎，再加入适当乳糖，用适量80％(v/v)乙醇润湿，制软材，过14目筛制粒，50-80℃干燥，60目整粒，得颗粒剂。
2、对实验动物的骨密度的影响药效学研究
样品制备：按上述颗粒剂实施例制备方法制备试验样品，规格为10g/袋，含生药量为20g/袋。珍壮肾骨胶囊，山东会仙药业集团有限公司，批号：20120511。维A酸片，山东良福制药有限公司，批号：130120
动物：W istar大鼠，雄性，体重180-240g，上海斯莱克实验动物有限公司提供。
实验分组及骨质疏松大鼠模型的建立：取正常W istar大鼠30只随机分为5组，取其中6只为NS组；取其中6只作为模型组，单纯按维A酸70mg/kg灌胃两周；取其中6只作为珍壮肾骨胶囊对照组；剩余的12只大鼠作为本发明高低剂量组。作为珍牡肾骨胶囊对照组和本发明高、低剂量组按70mg/kg的剂量灌服维A酸的同时灌服相应的药物，灌服两周后停服维A酸继续给药两周测定各项指标。大鼠断头处死，取其股骨按组排列，使用X-线乳腺摄像机摄制光片，用黑白密度计于股骨的大转子、股骨头、股骨颈、转子间线上及转子间线下5部位定点测定并记录骨密度值。
对大鼠骨密度的影响
与模型组比较，*1P<0.01,*2P<0.05
实验结果表明，本发明与模型组比较，具有显著性差异，说明本发明能提高骨密度，治疗骨折，而且效果优于珍壮肾骨胶囊。
