(2)将步骤(1)制得的清膏放置至室温后，加乙醇使含乙醇量至重量百分比60-75％，静置24-48小时，取上清液；上清液回收乙醇，减压浓缩至50-60℃时相对密度为1.20-1.30的清膏，随后在3000r/min的转速下离心；在60℃-80℃喷雾干燥，得干浸膏；
(3)将步骤(2)制得的干浸膏放入超微粉碎机中粉碎1-2小时，过筛，得到100-200目的超微细粉，加入适量蔗糖、糊精混合，以乙醇为润湿剂，制粒，干燥，整粒，可制得颗粒剂；或者将步骤(2)制得的干浸膏干燥后放入超微粉碎机中粉碎1-2小时，过筛，得到100-200目的超微细粉，制成散剂；或者将步骤(2)制得的干浸膏放入超微粉碎机中粉碎1-2小时，过筛，得到100-200目的超微细粉，加入适量微粉硅胶、α-半乳糖混合，以乙醇为润湿剂，制粒，干燥，整粒，装胶囊，制得胶囊剂；或者将步骤(2)制得的干浸膏放入超微粉碎机中粉碎1-2小时，过筛，得到100-200目的超微细粉，加入适量蔗糖、糊精混合，以乙醇为润湿剂，制粒，干燥，整粒，压片，制得片剂；或者向上述步骤(2)得到的离心后的浓缩液中加入适量蔗糖、香精混合，灭菌，灌装，制得药液剂。

(2)将步骤(1)制得的清膏放置至室温后，加乙醇使含乙醇量至重量百分比65％，静置36小时，取上清液；上清液回收乙醇，减压浓缩至55℃时相对密度为1.25的清膏，随后在3000r/min的转速下离心；在70℃喷雾干燥，得干浸膏；

牡丹皮，咸，微寒。归肝、肾经。功能主治：滋阴潜阳，软坚散结，退热除蒸。用于阴虚发热，劳热骨蒸，虚风内动，经闭，癓瘕，久疟疟母。
白马尾：味辛、苦，微寒。归肝、胃、大肠经。清热解毒，消痈排脓，祛瘀止痛。用于肠痈，肺痈高热，咳吐脓血，热毒疮疔，胸腹疼痛，产后腹痛，痛经。
升麻，辛、微甘，微寒。归肺、脾、胃、大肠经。功能主治：发表透疹，清热解毒，升举阳气。用于风热头痛，齿痛，口疮，咽喉肿痛，麻疹不透，阳毒发斑；脱肛，子宫脱垂。
鸡血藤：味苦、甘，性温。归肝、肾经。补血，活血，通络。用于月经不调，血虚萎黄，麻木瘫痪，风湿痹痛。
青蒿，味苦，气平、微寒，无毒。入肺、胃、脾、心四经。消热痰最利，止久嗽宜用，心中逆气多愁郁者可解，并治伤寒结胸之症，疗人面疮能效。
重楼：性苦微寒，归肝经，功能清热解毒，消肿止痛，苦参性苦，寒，归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经，具有清热燥湿，杀虫，利尿之功。
葛根，味甘、辛，性凉。入脾、胃经。具有升阳解肌，透疹止泻，除烦止温的功效。用于伤寒、温热头痛项强，烦热消渴，泄泻，痢疾，癍疹不透，高血压，心绞痛，耳聋。临床上用来治疗高血压病颈项强痛、冠心病心绞痛，而且还具有降血糖作用。
甘草，性味：甘、平，具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和诸药的功效，用于治疗食少、脾胃虚弱、腹痛便溏、倦怠乏力、心悸气短、咳嗽痰多、脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛、痈肿疮毒、缓解药物毒性和烈性。
白术，甘、苦，凉。归心、肝经。凉血止血，散瘀解毒消痈。血热出血证。本品性属寒凉，善清血分之热而凉血止血，无论吐咯衄血，便血崩漏等出血由于血热妄行所致者皆可选用。兼能利尿通淋，故尤善治尿血、血淋，可单味应用，也可配伍生地、滑石、山栀、淡竹叶等。热毒痈肿。本品能清热解毒，散瘀消肿，用治热毒疮疡初起肿痛之证。
益母草：味苦，性寒，归心、肺、大肠、膀胱经，具有清热解毒，凉血，消肿，燥湿的功效，主治感冒发热，咽喉肿痛，口舌生疮，顿咳劳嗽，泄泻痢疾，热淋涩痛，痈肿疮疡，毒蛇咬伤等证。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明，但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式，在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内，还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (6)

1.一种治疗妇产科术后低热症的药物组合物，其特征在于，所述药物组合物的原料药由丁香、石菖蒲、黑木耳、党参、罗汉果、牡丹皮、白马尾、升麻、鸡血藤、女贞子、连翘、重楼、使君子、青蒿、益母草、葛根、白芍、山药、白鲜皮、穿心莲、金银花、山楂、桂枝、地核桃、茯苓、倒生根、秦艽、乌梅、五味子、川芎、小蓟、黑豆、焦麦芽、白花蛇舌草、百合、甘草、厚朴、大枣、鳖甲、败酱草、贝母组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗妇产科术后低热症的药物组合物，其特征在于，制成所述药物组合物的原料药组成及其重量份数为：丁香2-10份、石菖蒲2-10份、黑木耳2-10份、党参2-10份、罗汉果4-16份、牡丹皮4-16份、白马尾4-16份、升麻4-16份、鸡血藤6-20份、女贞子6-20份、连翘6-20份、重楼6-20份、使君子6-20份、青蒿6-20份、益母草6-20份、葛根8-22份、白芍8-22份、山药8-22份、白鲜皮8-22份、穿心莲8-22份、金银花8-22份、山楂8-22份、桂枝10-24份、地核桃10-24份、茯苓10-24份、倒生根10-24份、秦艽10-24份、乌梅10-24份、五味子10-24份、川芎10-24份、小蓟12-26份、黑豆12-26份、焦麦芽12-26份、白花蛇舌草12-26份、百合12-26份、甘草14-30份、厚朴14-30份、大枣14-30份、鳖甲14-30份、败酱草14-30份、贝母14-30份。

6.一种如权利要求3-5任一所述的治疗妇产科术后低热症的药物组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述药物组合物采用以下制备步骤进行制备：
(1)取权利要求3-8任一所述药物组合物中重量组分的各药材，第一次煎煮加药材总重量的8-10倍的水煎煮提取，煎煮1.5-2.5小时：第二次加入6-8倍量的水，煎煮1-2h，滤出药液待用；第三次加入6-8倍量的水，煎煮0.5-1.5h，滤出药液待用；合并三次煎液，过滤，收集滤液，浓缩至50-60℃时相对密度为1.10-1.30的清膏；
(2)将步骤(1)制得的清膏放置至室温后，加乙醇使含乙醇量至重量百分比60-75％，静置24-48小时，取上清液；上清液回收乙醇，减压浓缩至50-60℃时相对密度为1.20-1.30的清膏，随后在3000r/min的转速下离心；在60℃-80℃喷雾干燥，得干浸膏；
(3)将步骤(2)制得的干浸膏放入超微粉碎机中粉碎1-2小时，过筛，得到100-200目的超微细粉，加入适量蔗糖、糊精混合，以乙醇为润湿剂，制粒，干燥，整粒，可制得颗粒剂；或者将步骤(2)制得的干浸膏干燥后放入超微粉碎机中粉碎1-2小时，过筛，得到100-200目的超微细粉，制成散剂；或者将步骤(2)制得的干浸膏放入超微粉碎机中粉碎1-2小时，过筛，得到100-200目的超微细粉，加入适量微粉硅胶、α-半乳糖混合，以乙醇为润湿剂，制粒，干燥，整粒，装胶囊，制得胶囊剂；或者将步骤(2)制得的干浸膏放入超微粉碎机中粉碎1-2小时，过筛，得到100-200目的超微细粉，加入适量蔗糖、糊精混合，以乙醇为润湿剂，制粒，干燥，整粒，压片，制得片剂；或者向上述步骤(2)得到的离心后的浓缩液中加入适量蔗糖、香精混合，灭菌，灌装，制得药液剂。
