馒头是中国的传统面食,是人们的日常主食之一。随着生活水平的提高,人们开始注重食品的保健功能。目前,市场上的馒头中类繁多,有白馒头、玉米馒头、奶香馒头,但这些馒头营养单一,已不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种麦胚肉馒头。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种麦胚肉馒头,包括下列重量份数的物质:面粉90-120份,小麦胚芽15-20份,酵母6-12份,鸡蛋液10-13份,红豆粉35-45份,黑豆粉23-29份,绿豆粉12-15份,猪瘦肉15-20份,花菇干粉14-18份,鸡纵菌13-18份,维生素A0.2-0.6份,维生素E0.3-0.5份。
本发明的馒头添加了小麦胚芽和多种有益食材及微量元素,不仅提升了馒头的营养价值和口感,且有香郁的麦芽香,细腻松软;本发明还具有清心解郁、降压、健脾消食、敛肺清肝、养心安神、解毒明目的功效。
