本发明公开了一种低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺,该工艺采用浸染加喷染面料的方式进行染色,并增加缸体染液外循环,大大降低了给液率并加快了染色时间,降低了能源消耗,提升了产品品质。

一种低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种丝绸染色工艺,属于染色工艺制造领域。 
背景技术
原来的丝绸染色工艺一般采取循环3小时工艺/缸的方法,由于缸体染液左右温度不均而容易产生上色的快慢,造成面料的色差且易产生擦伤,在运转中一半时间浸在染液中,一半时间脱离染液,二次染色增加了一倍的促染时间。 
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺。 
本发明的技术方案如下: 
本发明提出了一种低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺,按以下步骤进行:
1、染色准备,下缸落布,设定温控程序,进水,添加染色助剂;
2、前处理升温,以1℃/min的速度,将水温从室温升温至80℃;
3、降温,出流动水5min左右降温至40℃;
4、染色,添加染色料,以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃;
5、保温,保温30min;
6、剪样对色,剪取样品和标准色进行对比;
7、对色正常后,进水,10min左右降温至室温,出水;
8、洗布出缸,用去离子水洗布后出缸。
所述的染色过程中,本发明采用喷射绳状组合促染,即浸染加喷染面料。在运转中染液通过水泵抽取,从喷管圆柱状喷射,对面料进行促染的同时把布料向前带动。经过六角盘叠布到每匹面料的斜坡导布槽,导布槽上端设置染液导流孔,视走布的顺畅程度,人工控制染液流量的大小,在导布槽下端设染液收集箱,在收集箱上端有溢流孔,通过溢流孔把染液收集到水箱,再经过外循环泵,把染液输送到喷管和导布槽上端,通过此方法,在原有缸体内体液循环的同时增加了外循环,即将染液收集箱中的液体经过外循环泵输送到喷管和导布槽上端。 
优选的,以缸体染液200㎏为例,在染色过程中外循环泵的循环量为每小时5T,在一小时能循环25次,每1分多钟就能循环一次,避免了缸体染液左右温度不匀而产生上色的快慢,造成面料的色差,完全能避免左右色差的质量疵品。 
优选的,每匹面料设计了导布槽,使面料走布方式改变为前后叠排,有预送提布,杜绝了面料不分隔,相互挤压、打结,提布不畅,而造成擦伤的面料疵品。 
优选的,对每匹面料进行分隔槽,有序的前后叠排,减少丝绸擦伤的概率。 
优选的,所述的温控程序为专用的高效真丝染色温控系统程序,该系统程序可根据面料厚薄和风格要求,在程序中设定温度上下限及升温速度。如保温,设定温度60℃±5,温度低于55℃,蒸汽电磁阀自动开启加温;到65℃时,电磁阀自动关闭蒸汽。保温上限65℃、下限55℃,确保保温时段温度稳定性。真丝染色上要保证质量稳定和色光均匀,关键是保温时的温度稳定性。由于人工控制不及时,保温温度不稳定。严重影响染色质量,采用高效真丝染色温控系统,不但减轻工人操作难度,而且保证了保温最佳温度,产品质量得到了提升50%。 
本方案相比于传统方案的有益之处在于: 
1、采用浸染加喷染面料的方式进行染色,并增加缸体染液外循环,大大降低了给液率并加快了染色时间,降低了能源消耗,提升了产品品质;
2、增加变频控制电机和前后卷取电机双向变频控制,有效达到了张力均衡,从而杜绝前后色差的质量疵品;
3、设计了导布槽,使面料走布方式改变为前后叠排,有预送提布,杜绝了面料不分隔,相互挤压、打结,提布不畅,而造成擦伤的面料疵品;
4、对每匹面料进行分隔槽,有序的前后叠排,减少丝绸擦伤的概率;
5、采用高效真丝染色温控系统程序,不但减轻工人操作难度,而且保证了保温最佳温度,产品质量得到了提升50%。
具体实施方式
实施例: 
本发明提出了一种低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺,按以下步骤进行:
1、染色准备,下缸落布,设定高效真丝染色温控系统程序,进水0.5T,添加染色助剂;
2、前处理升温,以1℃/min的速度,将水温从室温升温至80℃;
3、降温,出流动水5min降温至40℃;
4、染色,添加染色料,以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃;
5、保温,保温30min;
6、剪样对色,剪取样品和标准色进行对比;
7、对色正常后,进水,10min降温至室温,出水;
8、洗布出缸,用去离子水洗布10min后出缸。
染色过程中,采用喷射绳状组合促染,即浸染加喷染面料。在运转中染液通过水泵抽取,从喷管圆柱状喷射,对面料进行促染的同时把布料向前带动。经过六角盘叠布到每匹面料的导布槽,导布槽上端设置染液导流孔,视走布的顺畅程度,人工控制染液流量的大小,主要是面料叠排后,在45°的斜坡导布槽中,通过染液顺滑把面料有规律的往下滑送的同时也进行了促染,在导布槽下端设染液收集箱,染液在导布槽下端长度50cm保持3/4水位,在3/4上端有溢流孔,把染液收集到水箱再经过外循环泵,把染液输送到喷管和导布槽上端。 
在染色过程中外循环泵的循环量为每小时10T,缸内染液在一小时能循环20次。 
对每匹面料进行分隔槽,有序的前后叠排,减少丝绸擦伤的概率。 
以下是使用本发明的实施例与传统方法相对比,对同样材质,同样质量的丝绸进行染色,所需时间、给液率的对比数据:

通过对比数据可以看出,本发明相对传统工艺,进水量下降低了70%左右,染料、助剂用量同比下降,全部的染色时间降低了约30%,相对应的蒸汽供应量也应该降低了30%左右。

Claims (4)

1.一种低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、染色准备:下缸落布,设定温控程序,进水,添加染色助剂;
B、前处理升温:以1℃/min的速度,将水温从室温升温至80℃;
C、降温:出流动水5min左右降温至40℃;
D、染色:添加染色料,以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃;
E、保温:保温30min;
F、剪样对色:剪取样品和标准色进行对比;
G、进水出水:对色正常后,进水,10min左右降温至室温,出水;
H、洗布出缸:用去离子水洗布后出缸;
所述的染色过程中,染液通过水泵抽取,从喷管圆柱状喷射,对面料进行促染的同时把布料向前带动,经过六角盘叠布到每匹面料的斜坡导布槽,导布槽上端设置染液导流孔,视走布的顺畅程度,人工控制染液流量的大小,在导布槽下端设染液收集箱,在收集箱上端有溢流孔,通过溢流孔把染液收集到水箱,再经过外循环泵,把染液输送到喷管和导布槽上端。
2.如权利要求1所述的低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的外循环泵的循环频率在20-25次/小时。
3.如权利要求1所述的低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺,其特征在于,对每匹面料进行分隔槽,有序的前后叠排。
4.如权利要求1所述的低给液率快速丝绸染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的温控程序为高效真丝染色温控系统程序,该系统程序可根据面料厚薄和风格要求,在程序中设定温度上下限。
