Abstract

本发明公开了一种车地板边梁，所述车边梁的主体部分是型材，所述型材的横截面是弯钩形的弯钩形型材，所述的弯钩形型材的表面还设有与型材长度方向垂直的加强筋，所述加强筋等距分布，所述弯钩形型材的弯钩与车底盘相对应。本发明所述的车地板边梁强度大，重量轻，既能满足汽车安全性能的要求，又能减轻车本身的重量。

本发明涉及汽车领域，特别涉及一种车地板边梁。
背景技术
    目前，由于节能的需要，车的轻量化已经成为汽车领域的趋势，货车要在确保其安全性能的前提下减轻自身的重量。但目前普通的车地板边梁为了保证其安全性能，却无法降低自身重量，这样会加大汽车的燃料消耗，增加废气排放。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种车地板边梁。
本发明的采用的技术方案是：一种车边梁，所述车边梁的主体部分是型材，所述型材的横截面是弯钩形的弯钩形型材，所述的弯钩形型材的表面还设有与型材长度方向垂直的加强筋，所述加强筋等距分布，所述弯钩形型材的弯钩与车底盘相对应。
其中，所述加强筋的间距为10厘米。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的车地板边梁强度大，重量轻，既能满足汽车安全性能的要求，又能减轻车本身的重量。

如图1和图2所示，一种车边梁，所述车边梁的主体部分是型材，所述型材的横截面是弯钩形的弯钩形型材1，所述的弯钩形型材1的表面还设有与型材长度方向垂直的加强筋2，所述加强筋2等距分布，所述弯钩形型材1的弯钩与车底盘相对应，所述加强筋2的间距为10厘米。
