本发明涉及一种立式一模多腔挂衣架模具脱模机构,属于塑料模具领域。
背景技术
采用塑料模具生产塑料制品,例如塑料挂衣架等,传统技术生产塑料挂衣架的模具一般采用卧式结构,即挂衣架呈平放状态在模具中成型,在实际生产中,根据模具大小和注塑机的投资成本,一副模具中一般加工一个挂衣架,也有2个,但一副模具一次最多加工4个挂衣架,否则整副模具的体积很大,需要很大的注塑机才能生产,投资成本很大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用立式环形阵列设置,整副模具体积适合,适应中小型注塑机加工,脱模顺利,产品质量保证,报废率低,成本省,效率高的立式一模多腔挂衣架模具脱模机构。
本发明立式一模多腔挂衣架模具脱模机构的技术方案是:包括模具定模板和动模板,定模板和动模板之间由导柱相连,定模板中安有进胶口,动模板下安有动模底板,其特征在于所述的动模板上安装圆形底板,圆形底板上安装芯柱,以圆形底板的中心为圆心,绕着芯柱呈立式环形阵列,在圆形底板上设置成型镶块,每块成型镶块的两侧壁上开制半爿模腔,各半爿模腔与相邻的半爿模腔拼合成完整的挂衣架模腔,挂衣架模腔中有注塑成型的挂衣架,每块成型镶块的外侧设置脱模块,脱模块带动成型镶块脱模,所述的芯柱上安装下流道镶块,定模板中安装上流道镶块,上流道镶块和下流道镶块的对应面各制有半爿曲线形流道槽,两半爿曲线形流道槽拼合成完整的流道槽,流道槽的一头连通进胶口,流道槽的另一头通过浇口连通挂衣架模腔,流道槽中有注塑成型后的曲线形余料,曲线形余料与挂衣架连接。
本发明公开了一种立式一模多腔挂衣架模具脱模机构,主要特点是将成型镶块以圆形底板的中心为圆心,绕着芯柱呈立式环形阵列,并且每块成型镶块的两侧壁上开制半爿模腔,各半爿模腔与相邻成型镶块的半爿模腔拼合成完整的挂衣架模腔,当挂衣架注塑成型后,由脱模块带动成型镶块向上向外滑动,使各成型镶块四散开,即各相邻的两块成型镶分离,挂衣架脱出。但在成型镶块向上向外滑动时,会拉动挂衣架,为避免拉伤挂衣架,在上流道镶块和下流道镶块的对应面各制有半爿曲线形流道槽,成型后的余料为曲线形余料,具有弹性,能拉伸和缩回,当成型镶块拉动挂衣架时,相当于拉动曲线形余料,曲线形余料可伸回,起到保护挂衣架的作用,避免拉伤,保证质量,降低报废率。与已有技术相比,在节省成本投资的同时,生产效率提高5—10倍以上,产生非常显著的经济效益,实用性很强。
本发明的立式一模多腔挂衣架模具脱模机构,所述的每块脱模块上制有嵌槽,嵌槽中安装斜导板,每块成型镶块的外壁制有斜导槽,斜导板与斜导槽相配合。脱模时,由注塑机动力带动动模板,动模板带动脱模块向下运行,由于脱模块上的斜导板与成型镶块外侧壁上的的斜导槽相配合,在脱模块向下运行时,带动成型镶块向上向外滑动,使每块成型镶块与相邻的另一块成型镶块分离,挂衣架从中脱出。所述的圆形底板上制有与成型镶块数量对应的凹槽,每个凹槽中安装滑槽块,所述的每块成型镶块底部均安有滑条板,滑条板与滑槽块相配合,使成型镶块滑动可靠。所述的每块脱模块顶板设置锁模块,定模板上制有锁模槽,锁模块与锁模槽相配合,有了锁模块,合模时将脱模块锁住牢靠。所述的动模板上制有定位槽,脱模块底部制有定位块,定位块与定位槽相配合,安装牢靠。所述的芯柱和下流道镶块中制有气孔,气孔中设置气杆,气杆下安装弹簧,气孔连通气源,气孔通气后,在弹簧的辅助下带动气杆向上顶起,气杆带动曲线形余料顶起脱模。所述的成型镶块有12—48块,所述的曲线形流道槽的数量与成型镶块的数量相一致。即一副模具一次注塑加工12—48个挂衣架,生产效率高。

本发明涉及一种立式一模多腔挂衣架模具脱模机构,如图1—图5所示,包括模具定模板1和动模板2,定模板1和动模板2之间由导柱01相连,定模板中安有进胶口3,动模板下安有动模底板4,所述的动模板2上安装圆形底板5,圆形底板上安装芯柱6,以圆形底板5的中心为圆心,绕着芯柱6呈立式环形阵列,在圆形底板5上设置成型镶块7,每块成型镶块7的两侧壁上开制半爿模腔8,各半爿模腔8与相邻的半爿模腔拼合成完整的挂衣架模腔,挂衣架模腔中有注塑成型的挂衣架9,每块成型镶块7的外侧设置脱模块10,脱模块10带动成型镶块7脱模,所述的芯柱6上安装下流道镶块35,定模板1中安装上流道镶块36,上流道镶块36和下流道镶块35的对应面各制有半爿曲线形流道槽37,两半爿曲线形流道槽37拼合成完整的流道槽,流道槽的一头连通进胶口3,流道槽的另一头通过浇口38连通挂衣架模腔,流道槽中有注塑成型后的曲线形余料39,曲线形余料39与挂衣架9连接。本方案的主要特点是将成型镶块7以圆形底板5的中心为圆心,绕着芯柱6呈立式环形阵列,并且每块成型镶块7的两侧壁上开制半爿模腔8,各半爿模腔8与相邻成型镶块的半爿模腔拼合成完整的挂衣架模腔,当挂衣架9注塑成型后,由脱模块10带动成型镶块7向上向外滑动,使各成型镶块四散开,即各相邻的两块成型镶分离,挂衣架9脱出。但在成型镶块7向上向外滑动时,会拉动挂衣架,为避免拉伤挂衣架,在上流道镶块36和下流道镶块35的对应面各制有半爿曲线形流道槽37,成型后的余料为曲线形余料39,具有弹性,能拉伸和缩回,当成型镶块7拉动挂衣架9时,相当于拉动曲线形余料39,曲线形余料可伸回,起到保护挂衣架的作用,避免拉伤,保证质量,降低报废率。与已有技术相比,在节省成本投资的同时,生产效率提高5—10倍以上,产生非常显著的经济效益,实用性很强。所述的每块脱模块10上制有嵌槽14,嵌槽中安装斜导板11,每块成型镶块7的外壁制有斜导槽12,斜导板11与斜导槽12相配合。脱模时,由注塑机动力带动动模板,动模板带动脱模块向下运行,由于脱模块上的斜导板与成型镶块外侧壁上的的斜导槽相配合,在脱模块向下运行时,带动成型镶块向上向外滑动,使每块成型镶块与相邻的另一块成型镶块分离。所述的圆形底板5上制有与成型镶块数量对应的凹槽15,每个凹槽中安装滑槽块16,所述的每块成型镶块7底部均安有滑条板17,滑条板17与滑槽块16相配合,使成型镶块滑动可靠。所述的每块脱模块10顶板设置锁模块18,定模板1上制有锁模槽19,锁模块18与锁模槽19相配合,有了锁模块,合模时将脱模块锁住牢靠。所述的动模板2上制有定位槽13,脱模块10底部制有定位块20,定位块20与定位槽13相配合,安装牢靠。所述的芯柱6和下流道镶块35中制有气孔40,气孔中设置气杆41,气杆下安装弹簧42,气孔连通气源,气孔通气后,在弹簧的辅助下带动气杆向上顶起,气杆带动曲线形余料顶起脱模。所述的成型镶块7有12—48块,所述的曲线形流道槽37的数量与成型镶块7的数量相一致。即一副模具一次注塑加工12—48个挂衣架,生产效率高。

1.立式一模多腔挂衣架模具脱模机构,包括模具定模板(1)和动模板(2),定模板(1)和动模板(2)之间由导柱(01)相连,定模板中安有进胶口(3),动模板下安有动模底板(4),其特征在于所述的动模板(2)上安装圆形底板(5),圆形底板上安装芯柱(6),在圆形底板(5)上设置成型镶块(7),成型镶块(7)以圆形底板(5)的中心为圆心,绕着芯柱(6)呈立式环形阵列,每块成型镶块(7)的两侧壁上开制半爿模腔(8),各半爿模腔(8)与相邻的半爿模腔拼合成完整的挂衣架模腔,挂衣架模腔中有注塑成型的挂衣架(9),每块成型镶块(7)的外侧设置脱模块(10),脱模块(10)带动成型镶块(7)脱模,所述的芯柱(6)上安装下流道镶块(35),定模板(1)中安装上流道镶块(36),上流道镶块(36)和下流道镶块(35)的对应面各制有半爿曲线形流道槽(37),两半爿曲线形流道槽(37)拼合成完整的流道槽,流道槽的一头连通进胶口(3),流道槽的另一头通过浇口(38)连通挂衣架模腔,流道槽中有注塑成型后的曲线形余料(39),曲线形余料(39)与挂衣架(9)连接。
