本发明公开了一种果香鱼粉消食糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米粉250-260、干黄豆3-4、年糕10-20、营养添加剂7-8、芒果汁2-3、咸鸭蛋4-5、玉米浆2-5、鳝鱼粉3-5、蔗糖粉5-6、鲜牛蒡7-8、玫瑰露15-20、燕麦片2-3、花生10-11、西瓜皮8-9、皮哨子0.6-1.4、掐不齐0.5-1.5、百两金1-2.1、白及0.5-1.3、万年藓1-2;本发明的糕口感丰富,还含有多种保健成分,加入了皮哨子、掐不齐、万年藓等成分,具有很好的行气消积、清热解毒、舒筋活络等作用,赋予了本发明糕很好的保健作用。

本发明涉及一种保健香糕,尤其涉及一种果香鱼粉消食糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。如今,糕类食品也层出不穷,但是有的为了降低生产成本,无法满足人们日常对于营养的需求,有的甚至降低了糕原料原本的营养价值,因此生产一种高保健的糕类食品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种果香鱼粉消食糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种果香鱼粉消食糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉250-260、干黄豆3-4、年糕10-20、营养添加剂7-8、芒果汁2-3、咸鸭蛋4-5、玉米浆2-5、鳝鱼粉3-5、蔗糖粉5-6、鲜牛蒡7-8、玫瑰露15-20、燕麦片2-3、花生10-11、西瓜皮8-9、皮哨子0.6-1.4、掐不齐0.5-1.5、百两金1-2.1、白及0.5-1.3、万年藓1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2-3、炙龟甲2.8-3.2、黄芪叶2.2-3.4、樱桃叶2.7-3、菱角13-18、果酒2-3、精盐4-5、桂花4-5、鹿角粉7-8、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)菱角兑药汁、果酒混合煎煮20-25分钟,取出晾干,将晾干的菱角拌入红稀泥、桂花、精盐的混合物,置于容器中密封静置1-2天,取出放于烤炉上平铺,加热小火烘烤1-2小时,取出菱角;
(3)将步骤(2)所得菱角去壳烘干磨粉,与鹿角粉合并即得。
一种果香鱼粉消食糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将皮哨子、掐不齐、百两金、白及、万年藓用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)咸鸭蛋煮熟去蛋白,拌入玉米浆、鳝鱼粉、燕麦片,混合搅拌均匀,得鱼香蛋泥,鲜牛蒡洗净切段,将鲜牛蒡中央挖取管状通孔,填入鱼香蛋泥,共同上炉烘烤15-20分钟,取出牛蒡中物料,加水调成糊状,得香酱;
(3)西瓜皮切丁,均匀滚上蔗糖粉后入烘箱烘至5%-8%含水量,待用;
(4)黄豆用芒果汁加水浸泡6-7小时,取出与花生、年糕混合切成碎粒状,倒入锅中兑玫瑰露混合熬煮至干,取出晾凉待用;
(5)将中药粉、糯米粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(3)(4)所得物料混合,倒入适量水以及除香酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(6)将成型的糕坯抹上香酱,置于沸水浴中蒸30-40 分钟后,取出,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的糕口感丰富,还含有多种保健成分,加入了皮哨子、掐不齐、万年藓等成分,具有很好的行气消积、清热解毒、舒筋活络等作用,赋予了本发明糕很好的保健作用。

实施例1:
一种果香鱼粉消食糕,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
糯米粉250、干黄豆4、年糕20、营养添加剂8、芒果汁3、咸鸭蛋5、玉米浆5、鳝鱼粉3、蔗糖粉6、鲜牛蒡8、玫瑰露20燕麦片2-3、花生11、西瓜皮9、皮哨子1.4、掐不齐1.5、百两金2.1、白及1.3、万年藓2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2、炙龟甲2.8、黄芪叶2.2、樱桃叶2.7、菱角15、果酒2、精盐4、桂花4、鹿角粉7、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;
(2)菱角兑药汁、果酒混合煎煮20分钟,取出晾干,将晾干的菱角拌入红稀泥、桂花、精盐的混合物,置于容器中密封静置1天,取出放于烤炉上平铺,加热小火烘烤1小时,取出菱角;
(3)将步骤(2)所得菱角去壳烘干磨粉,与鹿角粉合并即得。

(2)咸鸭蛋煮熟去蛋白,拌入玉米浆、鳝鱼粉、燕麦片,混合搅拌均匀,得鱼香蛋泥,鲜牛蒡洗净切段,将鲜牛蒡中央挖取管状通孔,填入鱼香蛋泥,共同上炉烘烤15-20分钟,取出牛蒡中物料,加水调成糊状,得香酱;
(3)西瓜皮切丁,均匀滚上蔗糖粉后入烘箱烘至8%含水量,待用;
(4)黄豆用芒果汁加水浸泡7小时,取出与花生、年糕混合切成碎粒状,倒入锅中兑玫瑰露混合熬煮至干,取出晾凉待用;
(5)将中药粉、糯米粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(3)(4)所得物料混合,倒入适量水以及除香酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(6)将成型的糕坯抹上香酱,置于沸水浴中蒸40 分钟后,取出,即得。

1.一种果香鱼粉消食糕,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉250-260、干黄豆3-4、年糕10-20、营养添加剂7-8、芒果汁2-3、咸鸭蛋4-5、玉米浆2-5、鳝鱼粉3-5、蔗糖粉5-6、鲜牛蒡7-8、玫瑰露15-20、燕麦片2-3、花生10-11、西瓜皮8-9、皮哨子0.6-1.4、掐不齐0.5-1.5、百两金1-2.1、白及0.5-1.3、万年藓1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
鸡蛋花2-3、炙龟甲2.8-3.2、黄芪叶2.2-3.4、樱桃叶2.7-3、菱角13-18、果酒2-3、精盐4-5、桂花4-5、鹿角粉7-8、红稀泥适量;
制备方法为:(1)鸡蛋花、炙龟甲、黄芪叶、樱桃叶洗净烘干研磨成粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,得药汁;

(2)咸鸭蛋煮熟去蛋白,拌入玉米浆、鳝鱼粉、燕麦片,混合搅拌均匀,得鱼香蛋泥,鲜牛蒡洗净切段,将鲜牛蒡中央挖取管状通孔,填入鱼香蛋泥,共同上炉烘烤15-20分钟,取出牛蒡中物料,加水调成糊状,得香酱;
(3)西瓜皮切丁,均匀滚上蔗糖粉后入烘箱烘至5%-8%含水量,待用;
(4)黄豆用芒果汁加水浸泡6-7小时,取出与花生、年糕混合切成碎粒状,倒入锅中兑玫瑰露混合熬煮至干,取出晾凉待用;
(5)将中药粉、糯米粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(3)(4)所得物料混合,倒入适量水以及除香酱以外的剩余各物料,不断搅拌混匀后,置于模具中成型,得成型的糕坯;
(6)将成型的糕坯抹上香酱,置于沸水浴中蒸30-40 分钟后,取出,即得。
