(1)原料的处理:首先将白芸豆、银耳、粳米、玉米、花生、杏仁、莲子、山楂、红枣、桂圆,以上十种原料洗净,精选,
称量:将白芸豆、银耳、粳米、玉米、花生、杏仁、莲子、山楂、红枣、桂圆,按权利要求4-7之一的重量份数比,准确称量,备用;
(2)将粳米、玉米浸泡2-3小时,将白芸豆、莲子浸泡1-2小时,将银耳浸泡15分钟,备用;
(3)煎煮:分别将白芸豆、银耳、粳米、玉米、花生、杏仁、莲子、山楂、红枣、桂圆放入锅内,按照1:4的比例加水煮沸后,再用温火80℃~50℃熬至1.5~2.5小时,静置20~30分钟便熬成稀稠适中的营养粥,
(4)将熬制的营养粥冷却、包装、抽检、出售。

1.一种白芸豆银耳营养粥,由白芸豆、银耳组成,其特征是:所述的白芸豆重量份数为10-20,所述的银耳重量份数为5-10,将白芸豆浸泡1-2小时,将银耳浸泡15分钟,放入锅内,按照1:4的比例加水煮沸后,再用温火80℃~50℃熬至1~2小时,静置20~30分钟便熬成稀稠适中的营养粥。

4.一种白芸豆银耳营养粥,其组成包括: 白芸豆、银耳、粳米、玉米、花生、杏仁、莲子、山楂、红枣、桂圆,其特征是:所述的白芸豆重量份数为10-20,所述的银耳重量份数为5-10,所述的粳米重量份数为10-30,所述的玉米重量份数为10-30,所述的花生重量份数为1-5,所述的杏仁重量份数为1-4,所述的莲子重量份数为2-7,所述的山楂重量份数为1-4,所述的红枣重量份数为2-7,所述的桂圆重量份数为2-7。
5.根据权利要求4所述的白芸豆银耳营养粥,其特征是:所述的白芸豆重量份数为10,所述的银耳重量份数为5,所述的粳米重量份数为10,所述的玉米重量份数为10,所述的花生重量份数为1,所述的杏仁重量份数为1,所述的莲子重量份数为2,所述的山楂重量份数为1,所述的红枣重量份数为2,所述的桂圆重量份数为2。

7.根据权利要求4或5或6所述的白芸豆银耳营养粥,其特征是:所述的白芸豆重量份数为15,所述的银耳重量份数为7.5,所述的粳米重量份数为20,所述的玉米重量份数为20,所述的花生重量份数为3,所述的杏仁重量份数为2.5,所述的莲子重量份数为4.5,所述的山楂重量份数为2.5,所述的红枣重量份数为4.5,所述的桂圆重量份数为4.5。
8.一种权利要求4-7之一所述的白芸豆银耳营养粥的制作方法,其特征是:该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的处理:首先将白芸豆、银耳、粳米、玉米、花生、杏仁、莲子、山楂、红枣、桂圆,以上十种原料洗净,精选,
称量:将白芸豆、银耳、粳米、玉米、花生、杏仁、莲子、山楂、红枣、桂圆,按权利要求4-7之一的重量份数比,准确称量,备用;
(2)将粳米、玉米浸泡2-3小时,将白芸豆、莲子浸泡1-2小时,将银耳浸泡15分钟,备用;
(3)煎煮:分别将白芸豆、银耳、粳米、玉米、花生、杏仁、莲子、山楂、红枣、桂圆放入锅内,按照1:4的比例加水煮沸后,再用温火80℃~50℃熬至1.5~2.5小时,静置20~30分钟便熬成稀稠适中的营养粥,
(4)将熬制的营养粥冷却、包装、抽检、出售。
