技术领域
本发明涉及糖尿病病人饮品,特别涉及一种山药降糖露。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的饮料品种很多,由于饮料含糖较多,或有些饮料、果品本身糖尿病病人就不能饮用,只能喝纯净水。另外时刻都得吃降糖药,没有饮料供糖尿病病人专用。因此急需研制一种专供糖尿病病人饮用的饮品。发明人发现以下几种食材具有降糖、消渴和保健的功能,糖尿病病人都可以食用。
1、山药:益气养阴,补脾肺肾,益肾气,健脾胃,止泻痢,化痰延,润皮肤,治消渴。(1)预防心脑血管病;(2)抗肿瘤;(3)提高身体免疫力;(4)抗衰老;(5)促进人体消化。
2、山楂:降血糖,血压,血脂,抗心律不齐作用,开胃,健脾,是消食化痰的良药。也是抗癌作用很强的药物。
3、天花粉:为消热、泻火、生津止渴、排脓消肿,主治热病口渴消渴,本草纲目:天花粉,解烦渴为消喝之神药。
4、枸杞子:功能主治:敛肺,滋肾,生津,治肺虚咳喘。生津止渴,补元气不足,清肝,明目。
5、五味子:滋肾生津,明目,止消渴,除烦热,解酒毒,壮筋骨。
6、葛根:解热消痰,抗菌,抗心律失常,降血压血糖,改善心脑血管循环。
7、黄精:补精气,治脾胃虚弱,治肺结核,治高血脂,治糖尿病,治贫血。
8、山茱萸:治内热,消渴,温肝补肾,强阴益精,安五脏,明目,强力补肾气,兴阳道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种山药降糖露,专供糖尿病病人饮用,即解口渴又降了血糖,具有双效功能,起到保健作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
山药降糖露,由山药、天花粉、枸杞子、柠檬酸、稳定剂为原料制成的饮品,该饮品原料还包括山楂、五味子、葛根、黄精、山茱萸、木糖醇、阿司巴糖;原料的重量配比为山药20-40份、山楂15-35份、天花粉5-10份、枸杞子5-15份、五味子5-10份、葛根5-10份、黄精5-15份、山茱萸5-15份、木糖醇2-5份、阿司巴糖3-5份、柠檬酸0.01-0.02份,稳定剂0.01-0.03份,其余为适量的维生素、调味剂及纯净水;其制作工艺为:
1)将山药清洗、去皮、切片,将山楂清洗、破碎,将二者盛装在容器中备用;
2)将天花粉、枸杞子、五味子、葛根、黄精、山茱萸六种原料粉碎,用纯净水泡发4个小时;
3)将步骤1的原料加入到步骤2的原料一起煮浆,煮2个小时;
4)将煮好的原料去渣,分离出汁液盛装在容器内;
5)分离出的渣加入纯净水继续煮两遍,渣浆分离,汁液与步骤4的汁液混合;
6)将全部汁液过滤,调配加入维生素、柠檬酸,调味剂,木糖醇、阿司巴糖、稳定剂;
7)高温热罐装、杀菌、包装,出成品。
所述饮品每500克含原料30克-50克。
所述的维生素为维生素C,调味剂为香精,稳定剂为黄原胶。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
山药降糖露的八种主要原料属于药食同源,均具有降糖、消渴和保健的功能,制成的饮品专供糖尿病病人饮用,即解口渴又降了血糖,具有双效功能,起到保健作用。同时也是妇女美容养颜的保健饮品。

山药降糖露,由山药35份、山楂25份、天花粉5份、枸杞子10份、五味子10份、葛根5份、黄精10份、山茱萸10份、木糖醇2份、阿司巴糖3份、柠檬酸0.01份,稳定剂0.02份,其余为适量的维生素、调味剂及纯净水;其制作工艺为:
1)将山药清洗、去皮、切片,将山楂清洗、破碎,将二者盛装在容器中备用;
2)将天花粉、枸杞子、五味子、葛根、黄精、山茱萸六种原料粉碎,用纯净水泡发4个小时;
3)将步骤1的原料加入到步骤2的原料一起煮浆,煮2个小时;
4)将煮好的原料去渣,分离出汁液盛装在容器内;
5)分离出的渣加入纯净水继续煮两遍,渣浆分离,汁液与步骤4的汁液混合;
