本发明涉及一种使用无机物或者非高分子有机物作为配合材料,尤其是一种高分子高热容量吸热材料的配方。
目前降温材料是世界上最近几年才发展起来的新兴材料,有非常广泛的用途和推广应用价值。各国科技人员都认识到这一巨大的潜在市场,对此进行了大量研究开发,各种产品相继问世,但是到目前为止都存在着三个比较突出的缺点:一个是凉爽度差,升温快,持续凉爽时间短;第二个是多为液态、乳液态、颗粒粉沫状或硬膏状,缺乏平稳柔软舒适感;第三个是应用范围窄,寿命短,经不住阳光照晒。
本发明目的是提供利用聚乙烯醇、碳酸钙、氯化钙为主要原料的配制的一种高分子高热容量吸热材料的配方。
本发明是这样来实现的:一种高分子高热容量吸热材料的配方是:聚乙烯醇8.0-10%,碳酸钙0.5-8.3%,氯化钙0.0-3.4%,水83.3-90.9%,(按重量100%计)。
具体的制造方法是:取聚乙烯醇、水置于容器中,边加热边搅拌,至完全溶解为透明无色液体,加入碳酸钙粉沫、氯化钙粉沫,搅拌均匀后倒入模具,置于冰箱中速冷至-20℃,保持五小时取出,待室温后出模为成品。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本产品是一种采用特殊工艺和材料制成的复合高分子由冻状到橡胶海棉状、弹性降温新材料,它具有较高的热容量、极好的降温性、高蓄冷性、制冷冰点温度的可调性,且柔软富有弹性,凉爽舒适耐用,使用广,易推广使用。
实施例一:取聚乙烯醇(17-99)175克,水1750克,置于3000升的容器中,边加热边搅拌,至完全溶解为透明无色液体(90-120℃),加入碳酸钙粉沫75克,搅拌均匀后倒入模具,置于冰箱中速冷至-4℃,保持五小时后取出,待室温后出模为成品。
实施例二:取聚乙烯醇(17-99)174克,水1740克,置于3000升的容器中,边加热边搅拌,至完全溶解为透明无色液体(90-120℃),加入碳酸钙粉沫70克,氯化钙粉沫16克,搅拌均匀后倒入模具,置于冰箱中速冷至-20℃,保持五小时后取出,待室温后出模为成品。
