Abstract

目前从国外引进一种以氟利昂为填充物的凉爽垫,它有恒温的作用,但又有选价高,寿命短的缺点,在此基础上,我所研制了一种以芒硝为主要原料,以其它填充剂为辅料,靠芒硝的得失结晶水的平衡来维持恒温温度的恒温材料,它造价低,原料来源广,可加工成各种不同成品。

Description

一、目前国内外普通使用一种凉爽垫。这种凉爽垫在高温环境下能在一段时间内保持恒温,其内部填充物是制冷剂氟利昂,受热后,该填充物变成气体,这就要求包装的密封性相当高,即使如此,包装的密封性仍是凉爽垫使用寿命下降的主要原因,而且,用氟利昂做为填充物,必然造成凉爽垫的成本上涨。
我所研制了一种与其效果相同、性能优于进口产品,且可根据不同情况,制成不同凉爽用品的恒温材料,这种恒温凉爽材料来源广泛,且成本低廉,还可通过改变配方以调节不同的恒温温度。
二、这种恒温材料主要化学成分是芒硝,另外还有锯末、润滑剂、防腐剂晶种材料等等,其化学过程和物理过程如下:
芒硝(十水硫酸钠)在受热的情况下,失去结晶水,从而通过这种平衡来维持一定配方规定的恒温温度,失去的水分由锯末吸收,因而锯末起到了软化作用,由于润滑剂的作用,使材料不至于局部受热而造成局部软化,当失水达到一定程度后,在环境温度低于受热后的恒温材料温度的温度环境下凉却,这时,以晶种材料为晶种,而不会因为环境温度偏高或偏低造成结晶速度过慢或过快而导致的晶块过大或过小,由于有防腐剂存在,这种从化学方面来讲的可逆反应可反复进行而不致于这种材料的腐坏。
由于国内的工作条件和生活条件还不能完全达到先进水平。把这种材料加工成各种各样的成品,在工作温度和生活温度过高的地方,尤其在我国南方会有很广泛的用途。

Claims (3)

1、一种利用化学可逆反应维持恒温的材料,其特征在于该材料是无水硫酸钠、锯末和水的混合物。
2、根据权利要求1所述材料,其特征是恒温点为26-37℃。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述材料,其特征在于恒温是在水封闭系统中保持的。
