本发明公开了一种儿童明目面条及其制作方法,该面条由小麦粉、龙眼肉、枸杞子、夏枯草、野菊花、脱脂奶粉制备得到;本发明制得的面条清肝明目,对于儿童的真假性近视有一定的预防和治疗效果。

本发明涉及一种面条,具体为一种儿童明目面条及其制作方法。
背景技术
造成儿童屈光不正的原因很多,其中遗传因素是很重要的原因,不合理的用眼也是不可忽视的原因。青少年儿童的眼球正处在生长发育阶段,调节能力很强,眼球壁的伸展性也比较大,阅读、书写等近距离工作时,不仅需要眼的调节作用的发挥,双眼球还要内聚,这样眼外肌对眼球施加一定的压力,久而久之,眼球的前后轴就可能变长,形成近视。良好的饮食习惯,均衡的营养,能够维护眼睛的健康,对预防和治疗近视眼有积极的效果。尽管目前市场上儿童的面条种类较多,但功能还是比较单一。在儿童面条中加入一些有预防和治疗近视功能的原料,能够在正常的吃饭过程中起到保健效果,适合儿童这一特殊的群体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种儿童明目面条,该面条清肝明目,对于儿童的真假性近视有一定的预防和治疗效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种儿童明目面条,该面条是由包括如下重量份数的原料制备得到的:小麦粉160-200份、枸杞子2-4份、夏枯草1-2份、野菊花3-10份、龙眼肉1-3份、脱脂奶粉80-100份。
制作儿童明目面条的方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量配比取枸杞子、夏枯草、野菊花、龙眼肉,洗净,浸泡1h,煎煮3次,每次20min,将3次所得的液体混合;
(2)在面粉中加入脱脂奶粉、步骤(1)所得的液体以及清水,搅拌均匀,室温放置1h;
(3)采用手工或者机械的方法制备成手工面条或者机制面条。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的儿童明目面条,在面条中添加了枸杞子、夏枯草、野菊花、龙眼肉的煎煮液。其中的原料枸杞子性味甘、平,养肝明目祛风、阴兴阳起,即能养阴、又可助阳,可用于肾阴虚、肝阳旺的头晕目眩等症,枸杞子还富含胡萝卜素(维生素A原)、维生素B1、维生素B2和钙,是健康眼睛的必须营养。夏枯草苦、辛、寒,入肝、胆经,为清火明目、散结消肿的要药。野菊花性微寒、辛、苦,归肺、肝经,也有疏风、清热、解毒、消肿、明目等药用功效。龙眼肉甘、平,补脾养心、增强智慧,治疗心脾血虚引起的心悸不安和记忆力减退。结合儿童的生理病理特点,在面条中加入上述原料,从肝肾、脾胃着手,补先天之不足,调后天之失宜,可以使眼睛的视力得到最大程度的恢复。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不能作为本发明的限定。
实施例一:一种儿童明目面条,该面条是由包括如下重量份数的原料制备得到的:小麦粉180份、枸杞子3份、夏枯草1份、野菊花5份、龙眼肉2份、脱脂奶粉90份。
制作儿童明目面条的方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量配比取枸杞子、夏枯草、野菊花、龙眼肉,洗净,浸泡1h,煎煮3次,每次20min,将3次所得的液体混合;
(2)在面粉中加入脱脂奶粉、步骤(1)所得液体以及清水,搅拌均匀,室温放置1h;
(3)采用手工或者机械的方法制备成手工面条或者机制面条。

1.一种儿童明目面条,其特征在于:该面条是由包括如下重量份数的原料制备得到的:小麦粉160-200份、枸杞子2-4份、夏枯草1-2份、野菊花3-10份、龙眼肉1-3份、脱脂奶粉80-100份。
2.一种制作权利要求1所述的儿童明目面条的方法,其特征在于:所述儿童明目面条的制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量配比取枸杞子、夏枯草、野菊花、龙眼肉,洗净,浸泡1h,煎煮3次,每次20min,将3次所得的液体混合;
(2)在面粉中加入脱脂奶粉、步骤(1)所得的液体以及清水,搅拌均匀,室温放置1h;
(3)采用手工或者机械的方法制备成手工面条或者机制面条。
