Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗颈椎病的膏药及其制备方法。该膏药由以下重量份配比的原料制成：杜衡、阴香皮、肉苁蓉、没药、草乌、威灵仙、乌梅、石菖蒲、夏天无、茯苓、马蹄叶、舒筋草 桑枝、酸枣仁、地枫皮、夜交藤、红丹和芝麻油。本发明的治疗颈椎病的膏药具有活血化瘀、消炎止痛、通经舒络之功效，对于颈椎病具有疗效好、疗程短、无毒无明显副作用、使用方便的优点。同时本制备方法工艺独到，方法简单，成本低，节能环保，同时能显著缩短生产周期，降低生产成本及能耗，具有显著的竞争优势和广泛的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种外用中药，尤其涉及一种治疗颈椎病的膏药及其制备方法。
背景技术
伴随着年龄的增长， 颈椎发生退行性改变(如椎间盘变性、弹性减弱、骨刺形成、小关节紊乱、韧带增厚、钙化等)，所以中、老年人人群中患颈椎病的较多；同时，随着伴随着电脑、 空调的广泛使用，人们屈颈和遭受风寒湿的机会不断增加，颈椎病发病年龄有年轻化的趋势。喜欢高枕及有反复落枕病史者易患颈椎病，此外，躺着看书、看电视等日常生活中不良姿势过多的人，易发生颈椎病。由于颈椎间盘向四周膨隆。可将其周围组织(如前。后纵韧带)及椎体骨膜掀起。而在椎体与突出的椎间盘及被掀起的韧带组织之间形成间隙。称"韧带间盘间隙"。其中有组织液积聚。再加上微细损伤所形起的出血。使这种血性液体发生机化然后钙化。骨化。于是形成了骨赘。椎体前后韧带的松弛。又使颈椎不稳定。更增加了受创伤的机会。使骨赘逐渐增大。颈椎病危害：1、耳部:耳鸣、听力减退，甚至耳聋。2、咽喉部:可有咽喉部不适、发干、异物感、暖气以及牙痛等症状。3、头面部症状:头痛、偏头痛、头沉头晕、梳部或颈后部疼痛，以及面部发热、充血、麻木等症状。治疗颈椎病目前常用疗法有三种 ：一是物理方法，这种方法采用按摩、针灸、医疗器械牵引治疗等，这种方法只适用于症状轻微的患者，且治后也容易复发 ；二是手术治疗，这种治疗费用高、风险大，治疗比较痛苦，患者难以接受 ；三是药物治疗，包括西医治疗和中医治疗，而现有的中西医口服治疗药物见效慢、疗程长、治愈率低。
现在中医外科中的膏药治疗颈椎病的研究取得了可喜的成果，膏药治疗颈椎病用药皮外吸收、直达病灶、见效快、治愈率高、不易复发，取得大多数患者的认可。中医外科膏药是运用中药归经原则，运用药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的大复方，以发挥药物的良好效果。由于膏药用于肌表薄贴，所以膏药中取气味具厚的药物，并加以引药率领群药，开结行滞直达病所。因此可透入皮肤产生消炎，止痛，活血化淤，通经走络，开窍透骨，祛风散寒等功效。贴于体表的膏药刺激神经末梢，通过反射，扩张血管，促进局部血液循环，改善周围组织营养，达到消肿，消炎和镇痛的目的。同时药物在患处通过皮肤渗透达皮下组织，在局部产生药物浓度的相对优势，从而发挥较强的药理作用。此外，因膏药中有些刺激性强的药物，强刺激通过神经反射，可以调节肌体功能促进抗体形成，提高人体免疫力。药物穿通皮肤及黏膜后，经过血管或淋巴管进入体循环，也可产生全身性药物作用。
目前市场已有的膏药，要么是使用大量使用激素和生物制剂，其治疗成本高，药毒副作用多，不利于人体健康；要么就是难吸收，药效低；例如CN201010138280.4 公开的一种治疗颈椎病的膏药虽然具有较好的疗效，但它治疗效果还是不大明显，治疗周期比较长，还需辅入其它药物治疗，且存在间断的复发性较大；而CN200710016044.3 公开了一种治疗颈腰椎病的通络膏药存在治疗成本高，难以吸收的问题。 而因此，迫切需要寻找一种易吸收、药效好、无毒无副作用的治疗颈椎病的膏药。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗颈椎病的膏药及其制备方法，本发明药物所选药材配伍相宜，符合中医药学和现代医药学理论，对治疗颈椎病引起的各种症状具有显著的效果，疗程短，见效快，疗效可靠，无任何毒副作用，能够达到标本兼治的目的。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种治疗颈椎病的膏药，该膏药由以下重量份配比的原料制成：杜衡26-35份、阴香皮24-34份 、肉苁蓉12-14份、没药24-28份、草乌13-17份、威灵仙13-18份、乌梅12-15份、石菖蒲15-20份、夏天无13-18份、茯苓18-20份、马蹄叶10-16份、舒筋草10-34份 桑枝8-12份、酸枣仁8-10份、地枫皮12-17份、夜交藤5-10份、红丹100-120份和芝麻油500-600份。

一种的治疗颈椎病的膏药的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a、按重量份组成称取杜衡、阴香皮 、肉苁蓉、没药、草乌、威灵仙、乌梅、石菖蒲、夏天无、茯苓、马蹄叶、舒筋草 桑枝、酸枣仁、地枫皮、夜交藤，粉碎研磨制成药粉，混合搅拌，加入芝麻油泡制5-7天；
b、上步物料用小火加热熬制，得熬制物，滤除熬制物中的药渣，得药液；
c、药液中添加红丹，搅拌均匀，熬制成半成品药膏；
d、将上步半成品药膏凉水浸泡7-10天去火毒，然后敷于帆布上，制成膏药。
所述药粉的细度为100-150目。
所述草乌粉碎研磨前经过预处理，预处理方法如下：将的草乌用水浸泡4-6小时，取出；再用水煮1.5-3个小时，取出，晒20-24小时后切薄片，干燥。
所述没药粉碎研磨前经过预处理，预处理方法如下：将洗净的没药放入锅内炒至表面熔化时，喷洒米醋，继续炒至外层明亮光透，取出放凉备用。
本发明提供了一种治疗颈椎病的膏药及其制备方法，其有益效果是：具有活血化瘀、消炎止痛、通经舒络之功效，对于颈椎病具有疗效好、疗程短、无毒无明显副作用、使用方便的优点。 同时本制备方法工艺独到，方法简单，成本低，节能环保，同时能显著缩短生产周期，降低生产成本及能耗，具有显著的竞争优势和广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种治疗颈椎病的膏药，该膏药由以下重量份配比的原料制成：杜衡26-35份、阴香皮24-34份 、肉苁蓉12-14份、没药24-28份、草乌13-17份、威灵仙13-18份、乌梅12-15份、石菖蒲15-20份、夏天无13-18份、茯苓18-20份、马蹄叶10-16份、舒筋草10-34份 桑枝8-12份、酸枣仁8-10份、地枫皮12-17份、夜交藤5-10份、红丹100-120份和芝麻油500-600份。
其制备方法如下：
a、按重量份组成称取杜衡、阴香皮 、肉苁蓉、没药、草乌、威灵仙、乌梅、石菖蒲、夏天无、茯苓、马蹄叶、舒筋草 桑枝、酸枣仁、地枫皮、夜交藤，粉碎研磨制成药粉，混合搅拌，加入芝麻油泡制5-7天；
b、上步物料用小火加热熬制，得熬制物，滤除熬制物中的药渣，得药液；
c、药液中添加红丹，搅拌均匀，熬制成半成品药膏；
d、将上步半成品药膏凉水浸泡7-10天去火毒，然后敷于帆布上，制成膏药。

其制备方法如下：
a、按重量份组成称取杜衡、阴香皮 、肉苁蓉、没药、草乌、威灵仙、乌梅、石菖蒲、夏天无、茯苓、马蹄叶、舒筋草 桑枝、酸枣仁、地枫皮、夜交藤，粉碎研磨制成药粉，混合搅拌，加入芝麻油泡制5-7天；
b、上步物料用小火加热熬制，得熬制物，滤除熬制物中的药渣，得药液；
c、药液中添加红丹，搅拌均匀，熬制成半成品药膏；
d、将上步半成品药膏凉水浸泡7-10天去火毒，然后敷于帆布上，制成膏药。

实施例5
临床资料： 作为治疗颈椎病的膏药，选择确诊的颈椎病患者70例临床观察，其中男性40例，女性30例，年龄50-73岁，病程1-6年；将患处洗净擦干，将膏药敷于患处，每日1副，12天为1个疗程，连续使用2-3个疗程。 疗效判定： （1）治愈：症状全部消失，身体恢复正常。 （2）显效：症状明显减轻，身体明显好转。 （3）有效：症状有所减轻，身体有所好转。 （4）无效：通过治疗后症状无减轻或加重。 由上述临床验证结果可知，用本发明外敷损伤患处，治疗颈椎病患者70例，取得了较好的临床疗效，治愈64例，显效和有效共6例，有效率达到100%，用药期间未发现局部及全身过敏现象，用药安全。 典型病例举例： 1、冯某，男，53岁，陕西延安人。患者患有颈椎病多年，服用药物治疗，服用一段时间后未见任何好转，经朋友介绍来我院就诊，使用本发明膏药1个疗程后，症状明显好转，使用本发明膏药2个疗程后，症状消失，身体恢复正常，一年后随访无复发。 2、 诸某，男，58岁，广州茂名人。患者患有颈椎病5年余，去过多家医院就诊，服用过多种药物治疗，未见任何起色，经人介绍来我院就诊，使用本发明膏药1个疗程后，上述症状明显缓解，继续使用本发明膏药2个疗程后，原症状消失全无，身体恢复正常，半年后随访无复发。 3、吴某，女，51岁，浙江义乌人。患者肩部、上臂疼痛，咳嗽、喷嚏时加重。去医院就诊，确诊为颈椎病，用过很多药物治疗都未见好转，后来我院就诊，使用本发明膏药1个疗程后，上述症状明显好转，继续使用本发明膏药1个疗程后，上述症状消失，1年后随访无复发。
4、陈某，男，58岁，辽宁丹东人。患者颈部活动受限，去医院就诊查出：颈部活动度受限，可查及明显压痛点，使用1个疗程后，患者身体恢复良好，使用本发明膏药2个疗程后，患者自述原症状早已完全消失，日常生活、工作与患病前无异。
