技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，特别涉及一种退热贴。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展，人民生活的不断提高，人们的保健意识在增强，我们国家的整体医疗水平也在逐渐的提升，赿来赿多的疑难病症都找到了很好的救治手段。由于早期局部软件组织损伤、高热病人及中暑者、牙痛等病症引起的疼痛、肿痛给患者带来极大痛苦，严重者可能导致行动不便，严重影响患者的生活质量。
在日常生活中，人们经常会遇到各种原因引起的发热，尤其是外感发热，及时进行物理降温是首先采取的措施，物理降温多用酒精在患者背部、面部、腹部、腋窝等处擦浴，用酒精降温只是起到单一降温退热作用，不能从根本上消除病因。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种使用简单方便、疗效显著、标本兼治的退热贴。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
本发明的退热贴，其特征为：由以下重量份数的原料药制成：一匹草6-8份、丁榔皮6-8份、八月札5-7份、八角枫花3-5份、人头七9-11份、藿香4-6份、荠菜8-10份、远志3-5份、金银花3-5份、连翘4-6份、防风8-10份、蒲公英3-5份、薄荷3-5份、麻黄7-9份、桂枝4-6份、干姜7-9份。
丁榔皮：祛风通络，利湿止泻。主治筋骨疼痛、肢体瘫痪、痢疾、水泻腹痛。
一匹草：主治风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、咳嗽、吐血、积食、虚劳。
八月札：疏肝和胃、活血止痛、软坚散结、利小便。主治肝胃气滞、脘腹、胁肋胀痛，饮食不消、痢疾、疝气、腰痛、月经不调、恶性肿瘤。
八角枫花：治风头痛和胸腹胀痛。
人头七：补肾健脾、活血调经、解毒。主治头昏失眠、须发早白、不欲食、月经不调、毒蛇咬伤。
制备方法：以常规方法制成贴剂，最好是水凝胶贴，水凝胶贴的制备方法属于现有技术，由背衬层、水凝胶层、防粘层组成，水凝胶层中还可以均匀分散有明胶，明胶中包裹着药物，或者是水凝胶中直接分散有药物（药物是指原料药水煎法制成的药液的浓缩液）。将水凝胶层涂布在背衬层上，再压合防粘层，分切呈合适的尺寸即可制成水凝胶贴。
使用方法：贴附在额头或太阳穴，也可以贴附在颈部大椎穴。牙痛患者贴在腮部。每天1-3片，每贴可使用6-8小时，即一次6-8小时。
本产品采用独特的物理降温技术，在恒温条件下，10分钟降温度数大于等于1.5℃，可使局部毛细血管收缩，减轻局部充血，可使神经末梢的敏感性降低而减轻疼痛，降温退热，可减少局部血流，防止炎症和化脓扩散。可将体内的热传导发散，增加散热，降低体温，减少不良反应的发生；该产品不经过肝脏代谢，不对胃肠道有破坏，通过热传导发散、增加散热、降低体温、快速止痛、消除痹症。本产品就是促进人体局部微循环系统运转正常，从而消除各种微循环阻滞给人体带来的危害，达到治愈的目的，效果非常显著。注意事项：使用前清洁使用部位保持干燥，以增强产品粘性。冷藏后使用效果更佳。请勿贴在眼睛周围、粘膜、湿疹及伤口等皮肤损伤处。本产品适用于早期局部软件组织损伤、高热病人及中暑者、牙痛等引起的疼痛性病症的降温、冷敷理疗、缓解肿痛及辅助治疗，并能起缓解疲劳的作用。

实施例4临床验证：
（1）一般资料
2012年1月-12月，用本发明的退热贴观察治疗发热病人100例，年龄2个月-80岁，其中感冒发烧80例，牙疼发烧13例，扁桃体炎发烧7例。
（2）治疗方法：贴附在额头或太阳穴，也可以贴附在颈部大椎穴。牙痛患者贴在腮部。每天1-3片，每贴可使用6-8小时，即一次6-8小时。
（3）疗效标准：
治愈：体温恢复正常，皮肤发红、头昏、恹恹欲睡等症状完全消失。
有效：体温明显下降或有所下降，症状缓和。
无效：用药后较前无变化或加重。
（4）治疗结果：治愈80例，占80%，其中感冒发烧67例，牙疼发烧8例，扁桃体炎发烧5例，有效20例，占20%，无效0例。体温在38℃以下者60例，4小时即可退热，体温在38℃以上者，早期可以配合适当的口服药物，24小时体温即恢复正常。
