技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗帕金森病的中药组合物。
背景技术
众所周知，帕金森病是一种严重危害中老年健康的以黑质-纹状体多巴胺神经元进行性变性、多巴胺递质缺乏为主要病理生化基础的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。我国初步估计该病患病率为57／10万人以上，随着社会老龄化进展和寿命的延长，其患病率逐步升高。目前，所有的治疗措施仍停留在对症治疗阶段，且长期应用会产生疗效减退及症状波动、异动症等难以克服的副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有的技术不足，提供一种治疗帕金森病的中药组合物，成本低，治疗帕金森病疗效高，无毒副作用，具有补益、滋阴、平肝、熄风、活血、化瘀的功能。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗帕金森病的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料药制成：赤芍17～22，鸡血藤13～17，山茱萸17～22，柴胡3～7，岩扫把13～17，羌活17～22，鞘菝葜17～22，巴戟天13～17，秦艽17～22，女贞子22～28，大还魂13～17，千金藤3～7，硬飘拂草13～17，狗脊8～12，黄连8～12，麻仁5～10，黄芪13～17，白附子8～12，合欢皮8～12，半夏17～22，将上述原料用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，成本低，治疗帕金森病疗效高，无毒副作用，具有补益、滋阴、平肝、熄风、活血、化瘀的功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
由如下重量份的原料药制备而成，赤芍20，鸡血藤15，山茱萸20，柴胡5，岩扫把15，羌活20，鞘菝葜20，巴戟天15，秦艽20，女贞子25，大还魂15，千金藤5，硬飘拂草15，狗脊10，黄连10，麻仁8，黄芪15，白附子10，合欢皮10，半夏20。取上述20味中草药原料，总重量为200克加净化水1000毫升，浸泡6小时，然后用武火煮沸文火煎熬120分钟，去渣得滤液约150毫升，药渣再加水200毫升，煎熬30分钟，去渣得滤液约30毫升，共得约180毫升药汁，每日分早中晚3次口服，每次约60毫升温药汤空腹服用，30天为一个病程。
本发明赤芍有清热凉血，活血祛瘀的功效；鸡血藤具有活血舒筋，养血调经的功效。治风湿痹痛，手足麻木，肢体瘫痪；山茱萸具有滋补，健胃，利尿，补肝肾，益气血等功效；柴胡有和解表里，疏肝升阳之功效；岩扫把祛风清热解毒，治小儿惊风抽搐；羌活用于外感风寒，头痛无汗，寒湿痹，上肢风湿疼痛；鞘菝葜祛风除湿，活血顺气，止痛；巴戟天主治阳痿遗精，宫冷不孕，月经不调，少腹冷痛，风湿痹痛，筋骨痿软；秦艽祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛。用于筋脉拘挛，骨节酸痛；女贞子补益肝肾，明目，清虚热。主治：头晕目眩，须发早白，视物昏花；大还魂活血散瘀，消肿止痛；千金藤清热解毒，利尿消肿，祛风活络；硬飘拂草滋阴润燥，补虚益损。治虚弱头晕，痨伤盗汗；狗脊用于风湿痹痛，腰膝酸软，下肢无力；黄连有清热燥湿，泻火解毒之功效；麻仁治水肿，利小便，破积血，疏通血脉；黄芪具有补气固表，利水退肿，托毒排脓，生肌等功效；白附子具有祛风痰，定惊搐，解毒散结，止痛的功效；合欢皮有解郁，和血，宁心，消痈肿之功。有治心神不安，忧郁，失眠功效；半夏燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。用于痰多咳喘，痰饮眩悸，风痰眩晕，痰厥头痛。全方配伍严谨，诸药配合，气血并顾，益气健脾以固本虚，标本兼治，相得益彰。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列重量比例混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺与实施例1相同。（单位：重量份）

下面结合我院进行的临床试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
临床资料：临床观察帕金森病患者80例。
一、诊断依据：
依据1992年中华全国中医学会老年医学会《中医老年帕金森病诊断和疗效评定标准》。
1)主症：头或肢体颤振，少动，肢体拘痉，颈背僵直。
2)兼症；表情呆板，头胸前倾，言语壅涩，上肢协调不能，皮脂外溢，口角流挺，智力减退或精神碍障，生活自理能力降低。
3)发病年龄在55岁以上。
4)发病诱因：可有明显诱因，如感受外邪，中毒或脑部病变，也可无诱因。
5)慢性起病或进行性加重。
具有主症两个以上，慢性起病或进行性加重，结合年龄、诱因等特点可确诊为老年帕金森病。
二、治疗方法：
对照组：常规使用美多芭0.25g(生产厂家：上海罗氏制药厂，批号：200207)，口服，每日3次。30天为1个疗程。
治疗组：服用实施例一药液，每日分早中晚3次口服，每次约60毫升温药汤空腹服用，共治疗3个月。
三、疗效评价标准：
根据改良Webster症状评分方法及中医老年帕金森病诊断和疗效评定标准中的评分方法。应用尼莫地平法进行评分，疗效指数＝(治疗后得分-治疗前得分)／治疗前得分×100％。
四、治疗结果：
对照组：显效7例，有效20例，无效13例，有效率为67.5％。
治疗组：显效10例，有效28例，无效2例，有效率为95％。
典型病例：
邓某某，男，71岁。右上肢震颤，休息及情绪激动时震颤明显，走路不稳，伴头晕纳差，口苦口干，肢体僵硬，腰膝酸软，中医诊断为帕金森病。每日分早中晚3次口服，每次约60毫升温药汤空腹服用。共服药50剂诸症消失，病痊愈，随访至今未复发。
胡某某，男，65岁。患者出现右肢不自主震颤，行走不平稳，面部表情僵硬，伴头晕耳鸣，失眠多梦，口干，中医诊断为帕金森病。每日分早中晚3次口服，每次约60毫升温药汤空腹服用。服药30剂震颤明显减轻，夜间睡眠好转，食欲转佳，生活能够自理，精神较前明显好转。
