本发明属于中药领域，尤其涉及一种用于治疗头痛山豆根中药制剂及制备方法。
背景技术
头痛是临床上最为常见的临床症状之一，是人体对各种致痛因素所产生的主观感觉，属于疼痛的范畴。致痛因素可以是物理的、化学的、生物化学的或机械性的，等等。这些因素刺激了位于颅内外组织结构中的感觉神经末梢，通过相应的传导通路传到大脑而感知。头痛出现将会严重影响人们的身体健康，且头痛病一般都具有病程长、治疗见效慢、费用高、愈后易复发等特点，目前国内外多采用西药治疗，西药治疗药费高，副作用大，还容易复发。中医判断头痛病因为外感和内伤两大类，一般外感头痛，为时短暂，多由风邪为主，但必须注意分析其挟寒、挟热、挟湿；内伤头痛以气血虚、肾虚、肝阳、痰浊、瘀血致病为多见，为时较久，有虚有实，或虚中挟实，错综复杂，如血虚夹肝阳，肝阳夹痰浊，气虚夹瘀阻，内伤夹外感者，必须分清主次，明辨标本，施治方可中的，对外感头痛，治以祛邪为急。中药药性平和，副作用小，且易治标治本，采用中医中药的手段来治疗头痛疾病，标本兼顾，是一极待开发的渠道，适用范围广并有其独到的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服已有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种具有配伍完善，无毒副作用，疗效可靠的治疗头痛山豆根中药制剂及制备方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
治疗头痛山豆根中药制剂，由以下重量份的中药原料制成：
川芎200-300份、白芷200-300份、打箭菊200-300份、山豆根200-300份、龙眼壳200-300份
所述的治疗头痛山豆根中药制剂，由以下重量份的中药原料制成：
川芎250份、白芷250份、打箭菊250份、山豆根250份、龙眼壳250份。
所述的治疗头痛山豆根中药制剂的制备方法，其制备方法为：
按比例称取上述中药原料川芎250份、白芷250份、打箭菊250份、山豆根250份、龙眼壳250份，清洗晾干，粉碎成颗粒，加水浸泡1.5小时，然后加水煎煮两次，第一次加原料药8倍量的水，武火煎沸后，再文火煎煮1-2小时，取煎液、滤过，第二次加原料药6倍量的水，煎煮0.5-1.5小时，取两次煎液，滤过，热封袋中，每袋180ml，高温灭菌，包装即得。
用法与用量：口服本发明中药制剂，每次180ml，每日2次，饭后半小时，1周为1个疗程。
本发明原料药的药理作用如下，川芎：辛、温，归肝、胆、心包经，活血行气、祛风止痛；白芷：辛、温，归肺、胃经，散寒解表、祛风燥湿、消肿排脓、止痛；打箭菊：味苦、性寒，散瘀、止痛，主治跌打损伤、胸背痛、头痛；山豆根：苦、寒，归肺、胃经，清热解毒、利咽消肿；龙眼壳：味甘，性温，无毒，补气血、益心脾、安神；诸药共奏疏风清热之功，本发明的中药制剂对外感头痛风热型患者有显著治疗效果，可迅速缓解头痛而胀，发热恶风，面红目赤，口渴，便秘，尿黄的症状，本制剂无毒副作用，治疗效果显著，从根本上解除了患者的痛苦。
具体实施方式
实施例l：
中药原料：川芎250份、白芷250份、打箭菊250份、山豆根250份、龙眼壳250份。
制备方法：按比例称取上述中药原料川芎250份、白芷250份、打箭菊250份、山豆根250份、龙眼壳250份，清洗晾干，粉碎成颗粒，加水浸泡1.5小时，然后加水煎煮两次，第一次加原料药8倍量的水，武火煎沸后，再文火煎煮1-2小时，取煎液、滤过，第二次加原料药6倍量的水，煎煮0.5-1.5小时，取两次煎液，滤过，热封袋中，每袋180ml，高温灭菌，包装即得。

临床试验
1）一般资料：
采用本发明中药制剂共治疗40例患者，其中男14例，女26例；年龄最大者78岁，年龄最小者16岁。
2）诊断标准：主症头痛而胀，甚则如裂，发热恶风，面红目赤，口渴，便秘尿黄，舌质红苔黄，脉浮数。
3）治疗方法：口服本发明实施例1中药汤剂，每次180ml，每日2次，饭后半小时，1周为1个疗程。
4）疗效评价标准：
基本恢复：头痛消失，体征及症状完全改善，心情舒畅，精神焕发。
显效：头痛基本消失，体征及症状显著改善，心情舒畅，精神很好。
有效：头痛改善，体征及症状有改变，偶感稍有不适，但能接受。
无效：体征无改变，症状如前。
5）治疗结果：患者40例中，经两周治疗，其中基本恢复25例，显效10例，有效5例，无效0例，总有效率达100％。
实施例5：
典型病例：孟某，78岁，男，头痛而胀，发热恶风，面红目赤，口渴，便秘，尿黄，服用实施例1的中药制剂1周见效，2周基本恢复。
实施例6：
典型病例：秦某，42岁，女，头痛而胀，发热恶风，面红目赤，口渴，便秘，服用实施例1的中药制剂1周见效，2周基本恢复。
Claims (1)
1.一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的中药原料制成：
川芎250份、白芷250份、打箭菊250份、山豆根250份、龙眼壳250份；
按比例称取上述中药原料川芎250份、白芷250份、打箭菊250份、山豆根250份、龙眼壳250份，清洗晾干，粉碎成颗粒，加水浸泡1.5小时，然后加水煎煮两次，第一次加原料药8倍量的水，武火煎沸后，再文火煎煮1-2小时，取煎液、滤过，第二次加原料药6倍量的水，煎煮0.5-1.5小时，取两次煎液，滤过，热封袋中，每袋180ml，高温灭菌，包装即得。
