Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量份的中药原料制成：牡丹皮5-15份，栀子9-15份，柴胡9-15份，香附10-20份，白芍10-20份，当归10-20份，茯苓10-20份，薄荷4-12份，酸枣仁20-40份，合欢皮20-40份，夜交藤20-40份，甘草5-15份，枳壳9-15份，赭石20-40份，生地10-20份，知母10-20份，玄参10-20份，蝉蜕5-15份。本发明中药组合物具有养肝敛汗、宁心安神的功效，其治疗失眠疗效显著，作用可靠，其组分药源广、配制简便、无毒副作用。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗失眠症的 中药组合物。
背景技术
[0002] 失眠症是指无法入睡或无法保持睡眠状态，导致睡眠不足的一种症状。又称入睡 和维持睡眠障碍，为各种原因引起入睡困难、睡眠深度或频度过短、早醒及睡眠时间不足或 质量差等，是一种常见病。西医治疗睡眠多采用安眠药，但是服用安眠药后的睡眠不同于生 理睡眠，而是被动睡眠。因此，服药后即便整夜入睡，醒来依然会感觉疲乏。
[0003] 中医认为，失眠多因肝郁化火、痰热内扰、阴虚火旺、心脾两虚、心胆气虚等多种原 因。
[0004] 根据中医理论，针对失眠的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目 的。

[0005] 为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、 作用可靠、无副作用的治疗失眠症的中药组合物。
[0006] 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其 特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料制成：牡丹皮5-15份，桅子9-15份，柴胡 9-15份，香附10-20份，白芍10-20份，当归10-20份，茯苓10-20份，薄荷4-12份，酸枣仁 20-40份，合欢皮20-40份，夜交藤20-40份，甘草5-15份，枳壳9-15份，赭石20-40份，生 地10-20份，知母10-20份，玄参10-20份，蝉蜕5-15份。

[0008] 本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发 明中药组合物中：牡丹皮具有清热凉血、活血散瘀的功效；桅子具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、 凉血解毒的功效；柴胡具有疏散退热、升阳舒肝的功效；香附具有理气解郁、调经止痛的功 效；香附具有舒肝理气、解郁止痛的功效；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗的功效； 当归具有补血活血、调经止痛，润肠通便的功效；茯苓具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之 功效；薄荷具有疏散风热、清利解毒、疏肝解郁的功效；酸枣仁具有养肝敛汗、宁心安神的 功效；合欢皮具有解郁安神、活血消肿的功效；夜交藤具有养心安神、祛风通络的功效；甘 草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛 痰止咳、调和诸药的功效；枳壳具有理气宽中、行滞消胀的功效；赭石具有平肝潜阳、降逆 止血的功效；生地黄具有清热，生津滋阴，养血的功效；知母具有清热泻火，生津润燥的功 效；玄参具有凉血滋阴、泻火解毒的功效；蝉蜕具有散风除热、宣肺定痉的功效。本发明组 合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏养肝敛汗、宁心安 神之功效，对失眠达到标本兼治的目的。
[0009] 本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵 循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用 可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率98%，治愈率达81%。

[0021] 本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方 的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15〜20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进 行煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20〜30分钟；第二煎煮，加水没过药面约5 厘米，进行煎煮，水沸后煎煮15〜20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。

[0023] -、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例55例，其中男26例，女29例， 年龄18〜60岁。病程最短者1个周，最长者达1年，平均0. 5年。

[0025] 1、轻度：偶发，对生活质量影响小；
[0026] 2、中度：每晚发生，中度影响生活质量，伴一定症状（易怒、焦虑、疲乏等）；
[0027] 3、重度：每晚发生，严重影响生活质量，临床症状表现突出。
[0028] 三、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分、用量根据患者的体重、年龄及症状酌 情增减。五天为一疗程，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服 用。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣、刺激及腐烂之物。

[0030] 1、临床痊愈：睡眠正常，睡眠时间6小时以上，伴随症状消失；
[0031] 2、有效：总睡眠时间延长2小时以上，但不足6小时，伴随症状改善；

[0033] 五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1-5个疗程，临床痊愈45例，有效9例，无 效1例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。

[0036] 刘某，女,35岁，考职称压力大，睡眠时间每晚不足5个小时，睡眠浅，对声音敏感， 半夜醒后无法再次入睡，早起精神不振，记忆力差，持续半个多月。服用本发明的中药组合 物制备的药剂2个疗程，睡眠时间增加到5小时；继续巩固2个疗程，每天保证睡眠6个小 时以上，半夜几乎不醒，醒后也马上再次入睡。

[0038] 关某，男，27岁，电脑技术员，长时间面对电脑屏幕，光刺激严重，睡浅易醒，对灯光 的干扰很敏感，极易被^(醒，早起体乏无精神，记忆力、集中力下降。服用本发明的中药组合 物制备的药剂1个疗程，睡眠变深，睡醒后乏力无精神的症状消失。继续服用2个疗程，记 忆力、集中力恢复。
