Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物。
背景技术
心阴虚证为临床常见虚证之一。心阴虚指阴液亏损，心与心神失养，虚热内扰，以心烦、心悸、失眠及阴虚症状为主要表现的虚热证候。甚则可见盗汗，低热，五心烦热，口干等症；舌红少津，脉细数或促。目前，常用的中成药主要有天王补心丹、朱砂安神丸等，其作用缓慢，须较长时间服用才能起到效果，存在疗效慢的不足。
中医认为，多因情志内伤，五志化火，消灼心阴;或因劳伤太过，心阴暗耗；或热病伤阴，心阴亏损；或肝肾阴虚日久，致使心阴不足。其病主要在心，也常可因心阴不足，虚火内燔，而灼伤肝、脾、肺、肾之阴而致四脏功能失常。治宜滋阴降火，养心安神。
根据中医理论，针对心阴虚的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有治疗心阴虚的中成药存在疗效缓慢的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗心阴虚的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：麦冬10～20份、天冬10～20份、柏子仁10～20份、枣仁10～20份、生地10～30份、当归10～20份、玄参10～20份、远志9～15份、茯神10～20份、天麻10～20份、丹参20～30份、白芍9～15份、桃仁9～15份、红花5～15份、党参10～20份、川芎9～15份、白术10～20份、柿蒂10～20份、栀子10～20份、黄柏5～15份、阿胶6～12份、知母5～15份、薄荷9～15份和浮小麦10～30份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：麦冬15份、天冬15份、柏子仁15份、枣仁15份、生地20份、当归15份、玄参15份、远志12份、茯神15份、天麻15份、丹参25份、白芍12份、桃仁12份、红花10份、党参15份、川芎12份、白术15份、柿蒂15份、栀子15份、黄柏10份、阿胶9份、知母15份、薄荷12份和浮小麦20份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：麦冬具有养阴生津、润肺清心的功效；天冬具有养阴清热，润肺滋肾的功效；柏子仁具有养心安神、滋阴养血的功效；枣仁具有养肝敛汗、宁心安神的功效；生地具有清热凉血、养阴生津、止痛调经的功效；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便的功效；玄参具有凉血滋阴、泻火解毒的功效；远志具有安神益智、祛痰镇惊、行气散郁的功效；茯神具有渗湿利水、安神宁心的功效；天麻具有息风止痉、平肝潜阳、祛风通络的功效；丹参具有活血调经、祛瘀消痈、清心除烦、养血安神的功效；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗的功效；桃仁具有活血祛瘀、润肠通便的功效；红花具有活血通经、散瘀止痛的功效；党参具有补中益气、健脾益肺的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效；白术具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗安胎的功效；柿蒂具有降逆下气的功效；栀子具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒的功效；黄柏具有清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮的功效；阿胶具有补血滋阴、润燥、止血的功效；知母具有清热泻火，生津润燥的功效；薄荷具有疏散风热、清利解毒、疏肝解郁的功效；浮小麦具有除虚热、止汗的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏补血养阴、清热泻火、养心安神、活血通经之功效，对心阴虚达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率97%，治愈率达80%。

一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：麦冬15g、天冬15g、柏子仁15g、枣仁15g、生地20g、当归15g、玄参15g、远志12g、茯神15g、天麻15g、丹参25g、白芍12g、桃仁12g、红花10g、党参15g、川芎12g、白术15g、柿蒂15g、栀子15g、黄柏10g、阿胶（烊冲）9g、知母15g、薄荷12g和浮小麦20g。
实施例2
一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：麦冬10g、天冬20g、柏子仁10g、枣仁20g、生地10g、当归20g、玄参10g、远志15g、茯神10g、天麻20g、丹参20g、白芍15g、桃仁9g、红花15g、党参10g、川芎15g、白术10g、柿蒂20g、栀子10g、黄柏15g、阿胶（烊冲）6g、知母15g、薄荷9g和浮小麦30g。
实施例3
一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：麦冬20g、天冬10g、柏子仁20g、枣仁10g、生地30g、当归10g、玄参20g、远志9g、茯神20g、天麻10g、丹参30g、白芍9g、桃仁15g、红花5g、党参20g、川芎9g、白术20g、柿蒂10g、栀子20g、黄柏5g、阿胶（烊冲）12g、知母5g、薄荷15g和浮小麦10g。
实施例4
一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：麦冬12g、天冬18g、柏子仁12g、枣仁18g、生地15g、当归18g、玄参12g、远志13g、茯神12g、天麻18g、丹参22g、白芍13g、桃仁10g、红花14g、党参12g、川芎13g、白术12g、柿蒂18g、栀子12g、黄柏13g、阿胶（烊冲）7g、知母12g、薄荷10g和浮小麦25g。
实施例5
一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：麦冬18g、天冬12g、柏子仁18g、枣仁12g、生地25g、当归12g、玄参18g、远志10g、茯神18g、天麻12g、丹参28g、白芍10g、桃仁13g、红花6g、党参18g、川芎10g、白术18g、柿蒂12g、栀子18g、黄柏7g、阿胶（烊冲）11g、知母8g、薄荷13g和浮小麦15g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物除阿胶按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例60例，其中男28例，女32例，年龄40～80岁。病程最短者3个月，最长者达2年，平均0.9年。
二、诊断依据：
1、心悸怔仲，失眠多梦；
2、五心烦热，潮热，盗汗，两颧发红，舌红少津，脉细数。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。五天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣、刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：临床主要症状及体征消失；
(2)有效：主要症状明显减轻；
(3)无效；症状无好转或者加重者为无效。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1-6个疗程，治愈48例，好转10例，未愈2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
关某，男，45岁，心悸、心烦、睡眠不好、爱做梦神倦乏力。舌红，苔薄黄，脉细弦。诊断为：心阴虚。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，心悸心烦症状基本消失、睡眠转好；继续巩固1个疗程，诸症状均消失，治愈。
病例2：
刘某，女，60岁，心悸不宁，心中烦热，失眠多梦，头晕眼花，耳鸣。舌质红，苔薄黄，脉细弦数。诊断为：心阴虚。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，自觉药后头晕眼花减轻，耳鸣消失；续服1个疗程，心悸烦热已不明显，睡眠质量提高；巩固服用1个疗程，症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗心阴虚的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量配比为：麦冬15g、天冬15g、柏子仁15g、酸枣仁15g、生地黄20g、当归15g、玄参15g、远志12g、茯神15g、天麻15g、丹参25g、白芍12g、桃仁12g、红花10g、党参15g、川芎12g、白术15g、柿蒂15g、栀子15g、黄柏10g、阿胶9g、知母15g、薄荷12g和浮小麦20g。
