Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：党参10～30份、白术5～20份、陈皮5～20份、旱莲草5～25份、女贞子5～25份、茯苓5～25份、天麻5～15份、勾藤10～30份、泽泻5～25份、当归5～25份、黄芪10～30份、黄芩5～20份、半夏5～20份、炒枣仁10～40份。本发明中药组合物具有健脾益肾、平肝潜阳、清热燥湿、息风化痰、补血养血的功效，其治疗眩晕症疗效显著，作用可靠，其组分药源广、配制简便、无毒副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物。
背景技术
眩晕通常也叫头旋眼花，是临床上一种常见的症状。眩晕是目眩和头晕的总称，以眼花、视物不清和昏暗发黑为眩；以视物旋转，或如天旋地转不能站立为晕，因两者常同时并见，故称眩晕。发作时常常会感到天旋地转的晕，甚至出现恶心、呕吐、冒冷汗等自律神经失调的症状。对于眩晕这种疾病，目前西医没有很好的办法，只能靠输液进行抗凝、扩张血管来一时缓解症状，停药后易出现反复。
中医认为，眩晕症由风阳上扰，痰瘀内阻等导致脑窍失养，脑髓不充。以头晕目眩，视物运转为主要表现。虚者为髓海不足，或气血亏虚，清窍失养；实者为风、火、痰、瘀扰乱清空。本病病位在于头窍，其病变脏腑与肝、脾、肾有关。
根据中医理论，针对眩晕症的发病机理，以清热化痰、补益肝肾为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗眩晕症的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：党参10～30份、白术5～20份、陈皮5～20份、旱莲草5～25份、女贞子5～25份、茯苓5～25份、天麻5～15份、勾藤10～30份、泽泻5～25份、当归5～25份、黄芪10～30份、黄芩5～20份、半夏5～20份、炒枣仁10～40份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：党参20份、白术12份、陈皮10份、旱莲草15份、女贞子15份、茯苓15份、天麻8份、勾藤20份、泽泻15份、当归15份、黄芪20份、黄芩10份、半夏10份、炒枣仁30份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：党参具有补中益气、健脾益肺的功效；白术具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗安胎的功效；陈皮具有理气健脾、调中利水、燥湿化痰的功效；旱莲草具有养肝益肾、凉血止血的功效；女贞子具有滋补肝肾、益阴养血之功；茯苓具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功效；天麻具有息风止痉、平肝潜阳、祛风通络的功效；钩藤具有清热平肝、熄风止痉的功效；泽泻具有利水渗湿、泄热通淋的功用；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛，润肠通便的功效；黄芪具有益气固表、补肺健脾、敛汗固脱、驱风运毒的功效；黄芩具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血安胎的功效；半夏具有燥湿化痰，降逆止呕、消痞散结的功效；炒枣仁具有养肝敛汗、宁心安神的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏健脾益肾、平肝潜阳、清热燥湿、息风化痰、补血养血之功效，对眩晕症达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率92.3%，治愈率达60%。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：党参20g、白术12g、陈皮10g、旱莲草15g、女贞子15g、茯苓15g、天麻8g、勾藤20g、泽泻15g、当归15g、黄芪20g、黄芩10g、半夏10g、炒枣仁30g。
实施例2
一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：党参30g、白术15g、陈皮5g、旱莲草10g、女贞子25g、茯苓20g、天麻5g、勾藤15g、泽泻10g、当归25g、黄芪10g、黄芩20g、半夏5g、炒枣仁25g。

一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：党参15g、白术10g、陈皮20g、旱莲草5g、女贞子20g、茯苓25g、天麻10g、勾藤25g、泽泻5g、当归10g、黄芪25g、黄芩15g、半夏12g、炒枣仁10g。

一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：党参10g、白术20g、陈皮15g、旱莲草25g、女贞子5g、茯苓10g、天麻12g、勾藤10g、泽泻25g、当归5g、黄芪30g、黄芩12g、半夏20g、炒枣仁40g。
实施例5
一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：党参25g、白术5g、陈皮12g、旱莲草20g、女贞子10g、茯苓5g、天麻15g、勾藤30g、泽泻20g、当归20g、黄芪15g、黄芩5g、半夏15g、炒枣仁20g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面约5厘米水，沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，临床疗效总结：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于观察病例65例，其中男31例，女34例，年龄20～70岁。
二、诊断依据：
(1)、头晕目眩，视物旋转，轻者闭目即止，重者如坐车船，甚则仆倒；
(2)、可伴恶心呕吐，眼球震颤，耳鸣耳聋，汗出，面色苍白等；
(3)、慢性起病逐渐加重，或急性起病，或反复发作；
(4)、测血压，查血色素，红细胞计数及心电图，电测听，脑干诱发电位，眼震电图及颈椎X线摄片，经颅多普勒等有助明确诊断。有条件做CT、磁共振检查。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分、用量根据患者的体重、年龄及症状酌情增减。七天为一疗程，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用。服药期间忌食生冷、油腻、辛辣、刺激之物。
四、疗效评定：
(1) 治愈：症状、体征及有关实验室检查基本正常；
(2) 好转：症状及体征减轻，实验室检查有改善；
(3) 未愈：症状无改变。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1～10个疗程，治愈39例，好转21例，无效5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
姚某，女，37岁。就诊15日前突感眩晕，如坐舟中，卧床不起，逐自觉头胀痛，头晕似天旋地转，呕吐，吐出大量清涎。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，干呕消失，头胀痛、眩晕减轻；续服1个疗程，头晕进一步好转，痰涎减；继续巩固2个疗程，诸症皆消，病愈。
病例2：
金某，男，50岁。患眩晕两年余，发作时感觉天旋地转，甚至倒地，影响正常工作。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，眩晕未再发作，正作正常，治愈。
