本发明公开了一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量份配比为：酸枣仁10-30份，柏子仁10-20份，生地黄10-30份，地骨皮10-20份，五味子5-15份，夜交藤20-40份，百合10-30份，连翘10-20份，莲子5-15份，黄连5-15份，远志10-30份，合欢皮10-20份，当归10-20份，川牛膝5-15份，炙甘草5-15份，茯神10-30份，菊花5-15份，龙骨20-40份。本发明中药组合物具有补脾养肝、宁心安神、清热泻火、养阴生津的功效，其治疗失眠症疗效显著，作用可靠。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物。
背景技术
[0002] 失眠症是指无法入睡或无法保持睡眠状态，导致睡眠不足的一种症状。又称入睡和维持睡眠障碍，为各种原因引起入睡困难、睡眠深度或频度过短、早醒及睡眠时间不足或质量差等，是一种常见病。临床上治疗睡眠多采用安眠药，但是服用安眠药后的睡眠不同于生理睡眠，而是被动睡眠。因此，服药后即便整夜入睡，醒来依然会感觉疲乏。
[0003] 中医认为，失眠多因肝郁化火、痰热内扰、阴虚火旺、心脾两虚、心胆气虚等多种原因。
[0004] 根据中医理论，针对失眠的发病机理，以补脾养肝、宁心安神为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

[0005] 为了克服现有技术中安眠药治疗失眠症存在治标不治本的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗失眠症的中药组合物。
[0006] 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其特征在于:其中药原料及重量份配比为:酸枣仁10-30份，柏子仁10-20份，生地黄10-30份，地骨皮10-20份，五味子5-15份，夜交藤20-40份，百合10-30份，连翘10-20份，莲子5-15份，黄连5-15份，远志10-30份，合欢皮10-20份，当归10-20份，川牛膝5-15份，炙甘草5-15份，茯神10-30份，菊花5-15份，龙骨20-40份。

[0008] 本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中:酸枣仁具有养肝敛汗、宁心安神的功效；柏子仁具有养心安神、滋阴养血的功效；生地黄具有清热、生津滋阴、养血的功效；地骨皮具有凉血除蒸、清肺降火的功效•’五味子具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心的功效；夜交藤具有养心安神、祛风通络的功效；百合具有养阴润肺、清心安神、滋补精血的功效；连翘具有清热解毒、散结消肿的功效；莲子具有补脾止泻、养心益肾功效；黄连具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒的功效；远志具有安神益智、祛痰镇惊、行气散郁的功效；合欢皮具有解郁安神、活血消肿的功效；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便的功效；川牛膝具有逐瘀通经、通利关节、利尿通淋的功效；炙甘草具有补脾和胃、益气复脉的功效；茯神具有渗湿利水、安神宁心的功效；菊花具有疏散风热、平肝明目、清热解毒的功效；龙骨具有镇惊安神、敛汗固精、止血涩肠、生肌敛疮的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏益补脾养肝、宁心安神、清热泻火、养阴生津之功效，对失眠症达到标本兼治的目的。
[0009] 本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率90%，治愈率达71%。

一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为:酸枣仁25g，柏子仁12g，生地黄25g，地骨皮12g，五味子13g，夜交藤25g，百合25g，连翘12g，莲子13g，黄连8g，远志25g，合欢皮12g，当归18g，川牛膝8g，炙甘草13g，茯神15g，菊花13g，龙骨25g。
[0016] 本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下:将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15〜20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20〜30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15〜20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
[0017] 本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下:
一、一般性资料:本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，其中男45例，女55例，年龄16〜70岁。病程最短者I个周，最长者达3年，平均I年。
[0018] 二、诊断标准:
1、轻度:偶发，对生活质量影响小；
2、中度:每晚发生，中度影响生活质量，伴一定症状(易怒、焦虑、疲乏等)； 3、重度:每晚发生，严重影响生活质量，临床症状表现突出。
[0019] 三、用法用量:临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。五天为一疗程。
[0020] 四、疗效标准:
1、痊愈:睡眠正常，睡眠时间6小时以上，伴随症状消失；
2、有效:总睡眠时间延长2小时以上，但不足6小时，伴随症状改善；
3、无效:睡眠如服药前，或睡眠时间延长不足2小时，症状无改善。
[0021] 五、治疗效果:该临床观察病例中，服药1-8个疗程，痊愈71例，有效19例，无效10例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
[0022] 六、典型病例:
病例1:范某，女，18岁，高考压力大，睡眠时间每晚不足5个小时，睡眠浅，对声音、光线敏感，半夜醒后无法再次入睡，早起精神不振，整个人处于焦虑状态，记忆力差，轻微头痛，持续半个多月。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂I个疗程，平均睡眠时间增加到6小时；继续服用2个疗程，每天保证睡眠6个小时以上，半夜几乎不醒，醒后也马上再次入睡，精神见好；继续巩固服用I个疗程，痊愈。
[0023] 病例2:李某，男，37岁，长时间面对电脑屏幕，光刺激严重，睡浅易醒，对灯光的干扰很敏感，极易被惊醒，早起体乏无精神，头晕头痛，每日依靠咖啡、浓茶提神，注意力难集中，严重影响工作；服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，睡眠变深，睡醒后乏力无精神、头晕头痛的症状消失；继续服用I个疗程，痊愈。

1.一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其特征在于:其中药原料及重量份配比为:酸枣仁10-30份，柏子仁10-20份，生地黄10-30份，地骨皮10-20份，五味子5_15份，夜交藤20-40份，百合10-30份，连翘10-20份，莲子5-15份，黄连5_15份，远志10-30份，合欢皮10-20份，当归10-20份，川牛膝5-15份，炙甘草5-15份，茯神10-30份，菊花5_15份，龙骨20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其特征在于:其中药原料及重量份配比为:酸率仁20份，柏子仁15份，生地黄20份，地骨皮15份，五味子10份，夜交藤30份，百合20份，连翘15份，莲子10份，黄连10份，远志20份，合欢皮15份，当归15份，川牛膝10份，炙甘草10份，茯神20份，菊花10份，龙骨30份。
