本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：柏子仁具有养心安神、滋阴养血的功效；板蓝根具有清热解毒、凉血消肿、利咽的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效；麦冬具有养阴生津、润肺清心的功效；葛根具有发表解肌、升阳透疹、解热生津的功效；天麻具有息风止痉、平肝潜阳、祛风通络的功效；柴胡具有疏散退热、升阳舒肝的功效；薄荷具有疏散风热、清利解毒、疏肝解郁的功效；黄柏具有清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮的功效；蔓荆子具有疏散风热、清利头目的功效；新塔花具有疏散风热、清抻头目、安神强壮的功效；夏枯草具有清肝明目、清热利尿、散结消肿的功效；罗布麻具有清热平肝、利水消肿的功效；夏天无具有活血通络、行气止痛的功效；南蛇藤根具有祛风胜湿、行气散血、消肿解毒的功效；徐长卿具有镇痛、止咳、利水消肿、活血解毒的功效；升麻具有发表透疹、清热解毒、升举阳气的功效；大枣具有补中益气、养血安神的功效；六月雪具有舒肝解郁、清热利湿、消肿拔毒、止咳化痰的功效；紫苏子具有降气消痰、平喘、润肠的功效；菊花具有疏散风热、平肝明目、清热解毒的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏疏肝解郁、养心安神、活血通络、祛瘀止痛之功效，对头痛达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率94%，治愈率达66.3%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：柏子仁20g，板蓝根15g，川芎10g，麦冬15g，葛根15g，天麻15g，柴胡10g，薄荷15g，黄柏15g，蔓荆子10g，新塔花15g，夏枯草15g，罗布麻10g，夏天无15g，南蛇藤根15g，徐长卿15g，升麻10g，大枣15g，六月雪15g，紫苏子10g，菊花15g，甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：柏子仁30g，板蓝根10g，川芎15g，麦冬10g，葛根20g，天麻10g，柴胡15g，薄荷10g，黄柏20g，蔓荆子10g，新塔花20g，夏枯草10g，罗布麻15g，夏天无10g，南蛇藤根20g，徐长卿10g，升麻15g，大枣10g，六月雪20g，紫苏子5g，菊花20g，甘草5g。
实施例3
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：柏子仁10g，板蓝根20g，川芎5g，麦冬20g，葛根10g，天麻20g，柴胡5g，薄荷20g，黄柏10g，蔓荆子20g，新塔花10g，夏枯草20g，罗布麻5g，夏天无20g，南蛇藤根10g，徐长卿20g，升麻5g，大枣20g，六月雪10g，紫苏子15g，菊花10g，甘草15g。
实施例4
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：柏子仁23g，板蓝根12g，川芎13g，麦冬12g，葛根18g，天麻12g，柴胡13g，薄荷12g，黄柏18g，蔓荆子8g，新塔花18g，夏枯草12g，罗布麻18g，夏天无12g，南蛇藤根18g，徐长卿12g，升麻18g，大枣12g，六月雪18g，紫苏子8g，菊花18g，甘草8g。
实施例5
一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：柏子仁17g，板蓝根18g，川芎7g，麦冬18g，葛根12g，天麻18g，柴胡7g，薄荷18g，黄柏12g，蔓荆子13g，新塔花12g，夏枯草18g，罗布麻7g，夏天无18g，南蛇藤根12g，徐长卿18g，升麻7g，大枣18g，六月雪12g，紫苏子13g，菊花12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约7厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例98例，其中男50例，女48例，年龄20～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、头痛部位多在头部一侧额颞、前额、颠顶，或左或右辗转发作，或呈全头痛；头痛的性质多为跳痛、刺痛、胀痛、昏痛、隐痛，或头痛如裂等；头痛每次发作可持续数分钟、数小时、数天，也有持续数周者；
2、隐袭起病，逐渐加重或反复发作；
3、应查血常规，测血压，必要时做腰穿、骨穿，脑电图;有条件时做经颅多普勒、CT、磁共振等检查，以明确头痛的病因，排除器质性疾病。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、痊愈：头痛症状完全消失，随访半年未见复发；
2、显效：头痛症状基本消失，或明显减轻；
3、有效：头痛有所减轻，发作次数减少；
4、无效：头痛症状无减轻。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-12个疗程，治愈65例，显效18例，有效9例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：孙某，女，49岁。就诊自述：两月前无诱因出现右侧偏头痛，晨起明显，呈搏动性痛，每次持续约十分钟，可以自行缓解，疼痛时放射至左眼，左侧面部，伴旋转性眩晕，恶心，耳鸣。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，自觉头痛症状减轻,耳鸣好转；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：田某，男，34岁。患者头痛1年有余，反复发作，发作时头痛难忍，时伴有恶心、呕吐。经常口服布洛芬、正天丸等药物，效果不明显。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，头痛显著减轻，发作频率降低，恶心、呕吐症状消失，续服3个疗程后，所有症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：柏子仁10-30份，板蓝根10-20份，川芎5-15份，麦冬10-20份，葛根10-20份，天麻10-20份，柴胡5-15份，薄荷10-20份，黄柏10-20份，蔓荆子10-20份，新塔花10-20份，夏枯草10-20份，罗布麻5-15份，夏天无10-20份，南蛇藤根10-20份，徐长卿10-20份，升麻5-15份，大枣10-20份，六月雪10-20份，紫苏子5-15份，菊花10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：柏子仁20份，板蓝根15份，川芎10份，麦冬15份，葛根15份，天麻15份，柴胡10份，薄荷15份，黄柏15份，蔓荆子10份，新塔花15份，夏枯草15份，罗布麻10份，夏天无15份，南蛇藤根15份，徐长卿15份，升麻10份，大枣15份，六月雪15份，紫苏子10份，菊花15份，甘草10份。
