实施例4
一种治疗肝阳上亢引起头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：当归10g、黄芪20g、鸡血藤15g、细辛10g、乌梢蛇20g、鸡屎藤15g、槐花12g、草乌20g、丹参10g、独活20g、川牛膝12g、地龙15g、木瓜25g、石决明5g、伸筋草12g、川芎25g、红花5g、元胡20g、全蝎12g、秦艽25g、乳香5g、没药20g、血竭12g、甘草6g。
实施例5
一种治疗肝阳上亢引起头痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：当归30g、黄芪10g、鸡血藤25g、细辛7g、乌梢蛇12g、鸡屎藤40g、槐花5g、草乌15g、丹参25g、独活5g、川牛膝20g、地龙10g、木瓜15g、石决明10g、伸筋草20g、川芎15g、红花12g、元胡25g、全蝎5g、秦艽20g、乳香12g、没药25g、血竭5g、甘草15g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗肝阳上亢引起头痛的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，男27例，女23例，年龄30～75岁。
二、临床表现：
症见:头痛头涨，眩晕，心烦易怒，两胁胀痛，失眠多梦，口苦咽干等症状。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1) 痊愈：症状和体征消失或基本消失；
(2) 有效：症状和体征大部分好转；
(3) 无效；症状和体征均无明显改善，症状如前。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈36例，随访未见复发；有效11例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
马某，女，47 岁。近期出现持续性头目胀痛，嗜睡，但醒后仍觉头部胀痛，同时伴有面红目赤，急躁易怒，口苦咽干等症状。诊断为：肝阳上亢所引起的头痛。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，头目胀痛明显减轻，面红目赤等症状消失；继续服用2个疗程，不良症状消失，恢复健康。
病例2 ：
龙某，男，56 岁。患者自述：1周前出现头痛头涨，眩晕，心烦易怒，两胁胀痛，失眠多梦，健忘，口苦咽干等症状。诊见：舌红，脉细数。诊断为：肝阳上亢头痛。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，头痛头涨明显减轻，两胁胀痛消失；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状完全消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗肝阳上亢引起头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：当归10-30份、黄芪5-25份、鸡血藤10-40份、细辛5-10份、乌梢蛇5-20份、鸡屎藤10-40份、槐花5-20份、草乌5-20份、丹参10-40份、独活5-20份、川牛膝5-20份、地龙5-20份、木瓜10-30份、石决明5-25份、伸筋草5-20份、川芎10-30份、红花5-20份、元胡5-25份、全蝎5-20份、秦艽5-25份、乳香5-20份、没药5-25份、血竭5-20份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗肝阳上亢引起头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：当归20份、黄芪15份、鸡血藤30份、细辛6份、乌梢蛇10份、鸡屎藤30份、槐花10份、草乌10份、丹参30份、独活10份、川牛膝10份、地龙12份、木瓜20份、石决明15份、伸筋草10份、川芎20份、红花10份、元胡15份、全蝎10份、秦艽15份、乳香10份、没药15份、血竭10份、甘草10份。
